Objectives: At present, China’s rural development has entered a new era, and rural sports development is in its infancy. In order to achieve further development in rural sports, it is necessary to clarify the overall environment for the development of rural sports, understand the current stage of rural sports development, and supplement sufficient talents. Methods: Based on this paper, the SWOT-PEST model of rural sports development path transformation in the new era is analyzed, mainly from the perspective of talent big data. Results: A talent big data recommendation system is constructed based on collaborative filtering, the current rural sports development analyzed. Conclusion: The development environment and advantages and disadvantages of the module of talents are in order to facilitate the industry to adopt corresponding strategies.

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that building a powerful education country is a basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. We must give priority to education, deepen education reform, and speed up education modernization. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, public security education in China, especially public security higher education, has gone through an extraordinary development road from scratch, from weak to strong, with the great attention of the party and the state. It has made remarkable achievements and made great contributions to the construction of the national public security team. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is an important task to summarize the problems existing in public security higher education in China and to think about the development strategy of public security higher education in the new era. In this paper, I will discuss the development strategy of public security higher education in the new period.

In order to explore the deep internal cause of frequent occurrence of coal mine disasters in new era, firstly the paper has studied current situation of “institutional walls, equipment idle” in Chinese township coals by behavioral economics. And then, we analyzed cognitive dissonance of speculative psychology by cultural psychology in the course of passive safety investment. The results show that just relying on the infinite increase of rewards and punishments regulation system cannot effectively make them take active safety investment in the new period of economic development. Our study highlights the importance of mutual construction of psychological and social cultural in the preventing coal mine disaster.
