The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of multidimensional psychological characteristics on users’ feedback intention by using several statistical analysis methods based on information theory. The feedback process can be described as a communication process based on information theory. The feedback information entropy is associated with the degree of uncertainty elimination of the users who provide feedback information. Many factors are related to this uncertainty, such as information senders often stopped feedback process for some reasons and information senders may have provided fake or spam information. In order to encourage more useful feedback information, a model of a user’s willingness to provide feedback was established with personality traits and cognitive styles as independent variables, feedback motivation as intermediary variables, and feedback willingness as the dependent variable. 206 online and offline questionnaires were obtained to be analyzed by correlation analysis, regression analysis, and structural equation analysis. Cronbach’s α coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire, and exploratory factor analysis method was used to verify the validity of the questionnaire. First, correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between personality traits, cognitive styles, and motivation factors. Second, we further explored the strength of the relationship of the five correlated groups of variables through linear regression analysis. At last, we conducted structure equation analyses to test the hypotheses. The results show that both personality traits and cognitive styles can have a significant impact on feedback motivation factors and also show that self-efficacy may be the only evident feedback motivation to encourage useful feedback information. The results show that the willing users with extraversion trait are more likely be motivated by self-efficacy and thus have evident feedback willingness.

The work is devoted to application of spatial statistics and regression analysis tools in the ArcGIS Pro program. In this report we try to confirm two theories in the relationship between positional characteristics of municipalities and the temporal development of population: The farther the locality is from the main settlement of the territory, the faster it loses its own population. The farther the locality is from the main highways of the territory, the faster it loses its own population. The main aim of this article is to find the strictest definition of the type of correlation between such specific distances as the distance to the regional center, the distance to the nearest highway and the relative changes in the municipalities’ population, according to the example of the Tyumen region. A network data set was created to calculate the distances, it contains several elements: main roads, calculated centers of municipalities (CM), lines — distances from centers to the nearest road (“stops”). For the study we used information on changes of population for 4 periods: 1981–1990, 1990–2002, 2002–2010 and 2010–2018. The dependence was done by enumerating the degrees of distances. We considered that the dependence was selected in case the relevant correlation coefficient was the largest. For each chosen relationship, ArcGIS Pro performed a complete statistical analysis, based on the results, the significance of the model was identified, residual maps constructed, and regression equations calculated. All the models except the first period turned out to be significant, but they were displaced, which indicates the existence of some unexplored factors. In the context of the constructed models, it was assumed that the distance to the regional center is closely connected with an expansion of the population in the surrounding municipalities, but the expansion gets more the closer the municipal district is to Tyumen. The distance to the nearest highway is associated with a decrease of population, and the farther the municipality is from the highway, the more it loses population.

The most unexpected pandemic global outbreak is COVID 19 which is a newly discovered viral infection which originated in Wuhan, China and it caused the outbreak of pneumonia in the rest of the world. Dental practitioners are more susceptible to COVID 19 infection as their work is related to the aerosol formation during various procedures through which the virus spreads. The aim of the study is to create awareness about precautionary measures against COVID- 19 exposure among dental practitioners in Tamilnadu. A Survey based questionnaire was formulated with questions related to the various precautionary measures to be adopted by dental practitioners which would be effective to prevent Covid-19 exposure. A questionnaire with a total of 20 questions was circulated among dental practitioners and the responses were collected by google forms SPSS software statistical analysis was done. The overall awareness of dental practitioners against Covid-19 was above average. The dental practitioners were relatively well aware of the precautions to be adopted while treating the patients, but the implementation in practice is lacking due absence of hands-on experience in using various kinds of PPE. There is a gap between knowledge and attitude and practice among the participants of this survey. It is therefore essential to plan for organising training sessions and hands-on workshops for the use of PPE and public training of the general population regarding Covid-19 to improve the knowledge among the patients visiting the dental clinic as well.
