The rapid development of technology has led to the increased embracing of portable consumer electronics, such as mobile phones, digital cameras, and notebook computers. The lens cameras installed in these electronics are indispensable, and the function and quality of lens cameras have gained increasing attention. This study examines the production processes of lens camera products, utilizing the production capacity indicatorCpmto develop an evaluation model. This approach seeks to determine the important product quality characteristic production processes that have a detrimental impact on lens camera product quality. This study then applies a Six Sigma MAIC product quality improvement process to analyze the reasons for poor product quality, utilizing the Taguchi experimental design to examine the optimal production parameters; this study attempts to control production process quality through applying controls to these parameters. Ultimately, this study attempts to utilize Six Sigma MAIC processes to continually improve the quality of lens camera production processes, helping companies to increase the quality of their lens camera products and improve their competitive positions.

LPDs are non-bank financial institutions that are regulated and approved by the Regional Regulations of the Province of Bali. The management of LPD is fully handed over to the relevant Pakraman village. In line with the rapid development of LPDs, it turns out that on the other hand it shows diverse performance, so that LPDs need to pay attention to the level of product quality and customer interest in the products offered.            The purpose of the study was to determine the comparison of product quality and interest in saving at the Tajun Traditional Village LPD with the Traditional Village of Tegal. The number of samples from Tajun Adat Village LPD was 98 people and the LPD of Tegal Traditional Village was 84 people. The research data were analyzed by the Mann-Whitney Test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the quality of the products of the Adat Village of Tajun LPD and the Traditional Village of Tegal. This difference is indicated by indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and empathy. The product quality of Tajun Adat Village's LPD is better than the traditional village of Tegal. There is a significant difference between the interest in saving the traditional village of Tajun LPD and the traditional village of Tegal. The difference is in the indicator of confidence. Interest in Saving Tajun Indigenous Village LPD is higher than the Traditional Village of Tegal.

SummaryLactose-negative mutants ofLactococcus lactissubsp.lactisandLacto-coccus lactissubsp.cremoriswith good autolytic properties were used at two different levels in addition to the normal starter in Gouda-type cheesemaking experiments. Increased numbers of bacteria were observed in fresh cheese, and the pH changes during ripening were as normal. A more rapid development of soluble N compounds was observed in cheeses with mutant addition, especially withLc. lactissubsp.lactisIMN-L2–3 andLc.lactissubsp.cremorisIMN-C12–1, compared with the control cheese. Cheese with addedLc. lactissubsp.lactisIMN-L2–3 andLc.lactissubsp.cremorisIMN-C12–1 showed the most extensive ripening and the highest product quality of the mutants tested. The experimental cheeses were graded higher than the control cheese. The ripening time was significantly reduced, and the quality was retained at an acceptable level during storage.

Basit Ali glanced at his watch. It was 3 p.m. on 17 March 2014, and only two hours were left before he would meet with CEO Amjad Raheem about production capacity analysis. Due to the excellent product quality of Star Footwear, the CEO was anticipating a significant increase in demand for one of its most famous articles, SF-119, in the next quarter. Historically, the demand for SF-119 fluctuated between 300 and 400 pairs per day. Although the existing production capacity was sufficient to fulfil the current demand of SF-119, the CEO was concerned about the future increase in demand that could be justified using current resources.

Classroom teaching quality evaluation system can enable the school’s functional departments to accurately assess the performance of the teaching staff and current teaching operations. As per the requirements for cultivating high-quality talents, planned teaching staff construction and teaching reforms need to be carried out to promote teachers’ appointments. Improving the system makes the appointment process more scientific by giving due attention to the individual characteristics of all types of teachers while hiring them for related jobs. The system motivates the love of teaching, high academic level, high teaching level, and competitive teaching. In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence and deep learning caused many colleges and universities to put forward the target of campus digitization and education informatization. The state of the classroom is a critical reference factor throughout the teaching and learning process for evaluating students’ acceptance of the course and the quality of the teaching. However, at present, the analysis of the classroom status is mainly conducted manually, which distracts teachers and is also not much precise. Therefore, finding a method that can improve the efficiency of classroom status analysis has great research significance. This study uses the deep neural network method to read each class’s video recording and analyze it from the aspects of students’ behavior and attendance. The system can realize class behavior and eventually evaluate the course quality employed to motivate teachers to improve teaching and overall quality of education.

Effect of Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at the Seniman Coffee Studio The rapid development of coffee shops in the Ubud sub-district is certainly the main competitors of the Seniman Coffee Studio to attract consumers. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics of consumers of Seniman Coffee Studio and the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Seniman Coffee Studio. This study uses descriptive analysis and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The method of obtaining data in this study was through distributing questionnaires at Seniman Coffee Studio. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere has a direct effect of 23.8% on customer satisfaction, product quality has a direct effect of 41% on customer satisfaction, and for service quality it also has a direct effect of 41.7% on consumer satisfaction at the Seniman Coffee Studio. Store atmosphere, both exterior and interior, at Seniman Coffee Studio needs to be improved, seeing its effect is smaller than the quality of the product and the quality service on customer satisfaction.

In any organization, management is considered to be successful, only if there is a reduction in uncertainty, to a great extent. These uncertainties are reduced by the system design, analysis and implementation effectively by human resources. Human resource management , unlike other operations in the organization is a very sensitive activity and not all the things in HR management can be quantified and spoken in terms of data and numbers. On the other hand, Operations management, in an organization where exact productivity, profit and loss are dealt with in a critical form, should be handled with a system and application that provides proper numbers and data from various operations. Operation management requires technical knowledge about the system in study or implementation, whereas HR management deals with the sensitive human resources as much of the job can’t be quantified such as employee happiness. In many organizations, it is evidently proved that the application of six sigma has led to the visible improvement in the holistic quality of the entire operations as well as individual process. In the initial stages, leaders in HR management were of the opinion that six sigma is principle , that is quite inappropriate towards HR management. After so many deliberations and speculations, many literatures and implementations have proved that six sigma can be ported into HR operations for better efficiency and enhancements in terms of quantifiable aspects. In this research article, we have made a novel move, in integrating the various aspects of Operations management and HR management using six sigma model, that will eventually create an ambience that is conducive for all the human resources to experience in an organization. This framework deals with the integration and analysis of every step towards quality improvement process by six sigma with Operations management and HR management.
