Abstract. Currently, almost countries around the world have contracted Corono Virus Disease (Covid-19). This Virus initially appeared in China, precisely in Wuhan City at the end of 2019. This Virus is very dangerous because of its transmission from humans to other people so fast that even now there is no drug or vaccine that can overcome the corona virus. Indonesia is no exception, which is increasingly increasing the number of COVID-19 cases. The existence of this plague certainly has a big impact in almost all aspects of economic, social, cultural, even education. Almost all levels of education that were originally carried out in schools are now switching online/online. This article aims to explain  how the influence of independent character education on students during online learning. This study was conducted through literature study looking at the resulr of surveys ad journals from electronic media. The conclusion of this article is the inculcation of independent character during online learning in elementary school.

The existence of school's website is a necessity that can not be avoided anymore. School's website is very useful as one of online learning and information presenting medium and also as a prerequisite for some inter-schools competition. Without the school's website, a school can not be a winner in a particular competition, like "Fund Management of School Operation Assistance". This situation has been experienced by the State Elementary School 103 Sinjai which failed to get the championdue to unavailability of the school website. This research aims to design a school website for the State Elementary School 103 Sinjai. The website that will be created uses PHP and MySQL-based CMS. Content and features of the website is created as the result of interviews with school's parties. The collecting of data was done by observation, documentation, and literature study. The softwares that used were Xampp, Dreamweaver Macromedia, one of isntallation package of PHP, Apache web server, and MySQL, as well as Research and Development's CMS. After installation of the softwares and Research and Development's CMs was completed, it was followed by adjustment of website content by logging in to the admin page. The created website has domain link as follows : http://sdn103sinjai.sch.id which has been published since the beginning of May 2016 and has been used by school parties in providing information about the various (all sort of) school activities.

Lack of student education activeness in online learning during the pandemic is the background of this research. This study aims to provide an overview of how active elementary school students learn in online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic and find out the factors causing the lack of student learning activeness in online education. The type of research used is literature study research. The data collection technique used is to collect theoretical studies and references sourced from articles and journals that have been accredite. This literature uses literature published in 2020-2021which can be accessed in full text in pdf format. The criteria for the articles reviewed are articles in Indonesian language research journals with the subject of student activity. Based on the results of literature research from several journals that have been written by previous researchers, it shows that in online learning, student activity is influenced by several factors, namely factors from teachers, parents, and students themselves.

This study has a research objective, namely to find out the results of a literature review about the learning independence of elementary school students in online learning and to find out the results of a literature review regarding the learning outcomes of elementary school students in online learning. The research method used in this study is to collect articles, journals and books that are in line with the title of the research used by the researcher. So the results of this study are learning independence is one of the factors that determine student success in learning, so that learning independence is important for anyone, especially a student if he wants to achieve success in his life. From the emergence of independent learning in students, it can affect the learning outcomes obtained by students in the learning process, because learning outcomes are assessments made by teachers in learning that can show learning outcomes that can be used as guidelines by teachers to see students' understanding of the material given during learning .Keywords- Independent Learning; Learning outcomes; Online Learning.

Nur Aida, 2021. Implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City. Supervised by Nursalam and Rosleny Babo. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. This study aims to determine the skills of teachers in varying IPS through online learning. The results of the study showed that the implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School Makassar, namely a) Variation skills in teaching styles, b) Skills to open and close lessons, c) Skills to explain, d) Skills to ask, e) Skills to provide reinforcement, and f) Class management skills. 2. The results of the interview on the implementation of Teacher Skills in Social Studies Learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City a) The reaction of students who do not understand online learning, students are very bored because sometimes they do not listen b) Students do not like social studies in online learning by reason of the network less clear and intermittent voice, c) The method used is the lecture method, and the assignment method, and uses the powerpoint media. d) Students like the lecture and assignment method. e) The efforts taken by the teacher in overcoming the difficulties of learning social studies in online learning by reading a lot, students must be trained to be able to listen to learning and arrange the best possible schedule. f) Factors that cause difficulties in online learning, namely students' internal factors, and technical and external factors. g) make use of technology in learning using more via zoom. 3. Abstract: Pandemic Covid-19 made government implemented the regulation of education that learning process only conduct by distance education, thus one of the method in this programme was by online learning. The objective of this research was to digging information about the online learning process by elementary teachers. Using the descriptive qualitative method with subjects of 37 teachers in Bogor City. Data was collected by survey with 2 type of questions (open and closed questions). The results shows, that before pandemic Covid-19 the implementation of online learning in elementary schools were very low, but after pandemic the readiness of teachers regarding the goverment regulation is well accomodated even though teachers still have shortcoming with the authenticity of learning outcomes from assignments. Furthermore, teachers still cannot fully conduct evaluation by online assessment particularly to evaluate the affective and social aspects. This study attempts to describe the evaluation of the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with cipp model. This study using a qualitative methodology descriptive. case with the approach. The data collection techniques used in this research is a questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analysis using a method of triangulation and obtain information or data from various sources to verify the data. The research results be concluded that the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with a model cipp was going pretty good.
