Pollution is a great issue of the environment that is gaining global attention currently because industrial development has disturbed the ecosystem of the world and depleting the ozone. It has resulted in global warming and increased the temperature, which has changed the climate at different levels globally. According to a world report, about 25% of forest land is required for ecosystem favourability. There are so many trees which are grown in the world. Among these trees, Eucalyptus is very popular and was first grown in Australia. This plant has both economic and health benefits. Pharmacologists converted this plant into medicine for different health disease control in the world. Essential Oil squeezed from the leaf and bark of the tree and leaves also possess great benefits. The well-known diseases are blood pressure, diabetes, Arthritis, plague, Cough etc., while it is also used for mosquitoes, termites, and white ants control. The plant also has its disadvantage; it decreases the water table and disturbs the tube well system. Those plants need much water, so they compete with other plants in the area and affect the size of the plant. The major objective was to review the socio-economic and medicinal value of the eucalyptus tree. Total 19 articles were downloaded from the net and reviewed in depth. The result indicates that the Eucalyptus tree has many socio-economic and medicinal values

Heyets, G. Cresti, J. Lin., V. I. Liashenko, A. Noman, I. Nubler, K. Ohno, H. alazar-Xirinachs, E. Starikov, J. Stiglitz, V. Treichel, K. Shwab. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. In spite of the multiple attempts to generalize the approaches and instruments of industrial policy for groups of countries the search of optimal design of industrial policy is still going on, what makes the adoption of important industrial development regulations complicated and is the reason of bitter discussions between the branches of authorities in the course of formation of Strategy of Ukrainian industrial complex development, legislative regulation of «industrial visa-free» and export duties on some types of feedstock. The phenomenon of economic growth is studied by economists and statisticians in various aspects for a long time. Economic theory is devoted to assessing factors of growth in the tradition of R. Solow, R. Barrow, W. Easterly and others. During the last quarter of the century, however, the institutionalists, namely D. North, D. Wallis, B. Weingast as well as D. Acemoglu and J. Robinson, have shown the complexity of the problem of development on the part of socioeconomic and political institutions. As a result, solving the problem of how economic growth affects inequality between countries has proved extremely difficult. The modern world is very diverse in terms of development level, and the article offers a new approach to the formation of the idea of stylized facts using cluster analysis. The existing statistics allows to estimate on a unified basis the level of GDP production by 174 countries of the world for 1992—2016. The article presents a structured picture of the world: the distribution of countries in seven clusters, different in levels of development. During the period under review, there was a strong per capita GDP growth in PPP in the middle of the distribution, poverty in various countries declined markedly. At the same time, in 1992—2016, the difference increased not only between rich and poor groups of countries, but also between clusters.

During the second half of 20th century, a high level of plague incidence in the world was in 1960–1979 and 1990–2009. The significant decrease of infection cases was in 1950–1959, 1980–1989, 2010–2015. It is noticed, that the observed cyclical nature of the alternation of high and low incidence plague’s periods, in many respects related to modern trend of climate fluctuations.

Ukraine is a unitary state, yet historically various regions, oblasts, districts, and local areas have different levels of economic development. To secure sustainable economic and social development and provide social services guaranteed by the state for each citizen according to the Constitution, the mechanism of redistribution between revenues and expenditures of oblasts, regions, and territories through the budgets of a higher level is used. The paper aims to research the peculiarities of improving interbudgetary relations in conditions of authorities’ decentralization. The paper defines the nature of interbudgetary relations. The basic and reverse subsidies to Ukraine and Lvivska oblast are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages the communities face at changing approaches to balancing local budgets are determined. Regulative documents that cover the interbudgetary relations in Ukraine are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the problem of local finances reforming, including the development of interbudgetary relations. The scheme of the economic interbudgetary relations system in Ukraine is developed. The ways to improve the system of interbudgetary relations in Ukraine are suggested. The negative and positive aspects, advantages, and disadvantages of the system of interbudgetary relations in Ukraine require the following improvements. 1. It is necessary to avoid the complete budget alignment in the process of budgets balancing by interbudgetary transfers as the major objective. 2. The interbudgetary transfers should be distributed based on a formal approach. 3. The changes have to be introduced to the calculation of medical and educational subsidies in terms of financial standard of budget provision to avoid the money deficit for coverage of necessary expenditures. 4. There is a need to improve interbudgetary relations at the levels of districts, villages, towns, and cities of district subordination. 5. Improvement of the mechanism of targeted benefits provision, their real evaluation, and control for the use of funds.

Psalm 104 is a majestic hymn to creation, a dynamic corollary to the more formal presentation of the creation of the world in Genesis 1. Reflection upon some of the passages provides us with insight into the biblical author’s appreciation for nature, an attitude that needs to inspire us in this age of ecological crisis. Though the biblical text is unaware of such an ecological crisis; nonetheless, passages shine forth that can speak to us in our modern age of global warming and environmental collapse.

Background:Hypertension occurred in 30-80% of TAK patients around the world. The occurrence of hypertension might severely worsen TAK prognosis. Nevertheless, data describing the specific imaging features in hypertensive TAK patients and the associations between hypertensive severity, blood pressure control status and long-term outcome were still lacking. Objectives:To investigate the characteristics and associations of hypertensive characteristics with adverse events-free survival in Takayasu arteritis (TAK) patients with hypertension. Methods:This research was based on a prospectively on-going observational cohort-East China Takayasu Arteritis (ECTA) cohort. In all, 618 TAK patients, who registered in the ECTA cohort up to December 2019, were enrolled. The main outcome was the adverse-events-free survival among hypertensive TAK patients during the follow-up ended on August 2020.Results:Totally, 204 (33.0%) patients suffered from hypertension, with 48 (23.5%), 62 (30.4%), and 94 (46.1%) mild, moderate, and severe hypertension, respectively. Cluster analysis indicated three imaging phenotypes for hypertensive TAK patients: Cluster 1: involvement of the abdominal aorta and/or renal artery (n=56, 27.5%); Cluster 2: involvement of the ascending aorta, thoracic aorta, and the aortic arch and its branches (n=38, 18.6%); Cluster 3: combined involvement of Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 (n=111, 54.4%). By the end of the follow-up, the blood pressure control rate was 50.8%, while the adverse-events-free survival was 67.9% in the entire hypertensive population. Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that well-controlled blood pressure (HR=2.13, 95%CI 1.32–3.78, p=0.047), co-existence of severe aortic valve regurgitation (HR=0.87, 95%CI 0.64–0.95, p=0.043), Cluster 1 (HR=0.69, 95%CI 0.48–0.92, p=0.017) and Cluster 3 (HR=0.72, 95%CI 0.43–0.94, p=0.048) imaging phenotype was associated with the adverse-events-free survival. Conclusion:Patients with controlled hypertension showed better adverse-events-free survival, while those with the Cluster 1 imaging phenotype were more likely to suffer from worse adverse-events-free survival. Hypertension occurred in 30-80% of TAK patients around the world. The occurrence of hypertension might severely worsen TAK prognosis.References:[1]Johnston SL, Lock RJ, Gompels MM.
