Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning can also be an answer to a health problem that is Pandemic Corona (Covid-19) which is very influential also in every aspect of life, especially in education.Keywords: Effectiveness, Utilization, Islamic Religious Education, E-Learning, Covid 19. Abstrak Internet dapat dijadikan cara untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dari Dosen kepada mahasiswa/mahasiswi. Adapun Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan internet salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran E-Learning. E-learning adalah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning) yang memanfaatkan  teknologi komputer atau jaringan komputer atau internet E-learning, sehingga dapat  memungkinkan proses pembelajaran melalui komputer di tempat mereka  masing– masing tanpa harus secara fisik  pergi  mengikuti pelajaran atau pun  perkuliahan di kelas,  Sistem pembelajaran e-learning adalah cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. E-learning  juga dapat menjadi jawaban dari suatu permasalahan kesehatan yaitu Pandemi Corona (Covid-19) ini yang sangat berpengaruh juga pada setiap aspek kehidupan terutama bidang pendidikan.Kata kunci  :  Keefektifitas, Pemanfaatan, Pendidikan Agama Islam,  E-Learning, Covid 19.

In the information society conditions and social needs are constantly changing. The development of information technology together with the new methods of gathering and distributing information that have been generated open the way to alternative forms of education in knowledge society. Intensive development of distance education is a response to changes caused by the escalating pace of innovation in many areas of social and economic life. Computers and the Internet are replacing the previous model of traditional education. The development of technology has contributed to the search of mobile forms of learning, or e-learning. E-learning allows you to fill gaps in the traditional teaching. Modern techniques allow you to find previously unknown solutions that can be used to streamline the process of distance learning. Both traditional education and the world of business treat e-learning as an effective tool that supports science. The convenient application of this tool, the opportunity to individually decide about the time devoted to studying, low costs and easy access speak for applying e-learning as an educational method. This article attempts to present the role of the Internet in the educational process. The aim of the paper was to show the influence of e-learning on raising the efficiency of education.

The aim of the research is to assess the learning process during a pandemic, provide feedback on this issue and promote a deeper understanding of the importance of the results of a Blended Learning Course project. This result clearly shows that effectiveness and satisfaction play an important role in involving students in this format of learning. It is obvious that the possibilities of self/ autonomous learning in BLC are significantly expanded. In general, it can be seen that the use of innovative and traditional forms of education makes it possible to obtain a much better result in the training of specialists. The experience of Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University in the implementation of blended learning shows that the integration of the traditional education system with e-learning is the most effective. The strategic plan for the development of the Pedagogical University for 2022 provides for the solution of a number of tasks that are directly related to the intensification of the use of digital technologies in the educational process.

The COVID-19 pandemic that began a year ago was marked by mass isolation of the population and transition to the remote interaction in many areas of human life. In this regard the ability of the domestic vocational education system to fully function through electronic, mobile and remote forms and means of carrying out educational activities is of particular importance. Thus, the problem arises of choosing a software platform for a distance education system that can meet the criteria for organizing and implementing a high-quality and uninterrupted educational process at a university under conditions of distance learning. The article presents the experience of implementing e-learning in the conditions of isolation of students and teachers of Rostov State University of Economics (RINH). The purpose of the article is to analyze the educational capabilities of the Module distance education system based on the experience of its practical application. The research methods used are methods for collecting and accumulating data, methods of assessment and experiential learning. The practical use of the Module system has revealed such shortcomings as the lack of the possibility of conducting interactive lessons in the mode of videoconferencing and the built-in system for testing students' knowledge. Nevertheless, the authors have concluded that the platform is acceptable for solving educational problems. Purpose of research.Today, one of the main tasks of distance education is a personification of learning, taking into account the mental and physical states of students. Therefore, the purpose of research, conducted by the Institute of Distance and Additional Professional Education of Ulyanovsk State Technical University is to develop a model of a regional distance education system for persons with disabilities based on an inclusive paradigm. One of the model’s components is the organization of training methods, the identification of which was the original purpose of the study, the intermediate result of which is described in the proposed paper.Materials and methods.In order to achieve the purpose of the research, we use a systematic approach, since the inclusive regional distance education system for persons with disabilities is a part of the social system with its structure, characteristics, principles, and laws of development, and a subject-subject approach based on the idea of the individual’s subject activity in his/her life processes.The paper provides a brief retrospective analysis of the distance education development in Russia and abroad. The foreign authors’ works in the field of distance education (D.R. Garrison, B. Holmberg, M. Jeffries, D. Keegan, O. Peters) belong to an earlier period and serve as a starting point for Russian scientists A. Andreev, E. Polat, V.Soldatkin, V. Tikhomirov, S. Shchennikov.A number of well-established classifications of training methods are given and the thesis is suggested that technological innovations lead to a significant expansion of pedagogical methods and techniques, pedagogical innovations that affect the nature of distance education activities for people with disabilities.Results.The result of the first stage of our research work is the propose and description of the author’s methods of organizing the education for children with disabilities: the method of adaptive and expert borrowing, the method of variable and dual training, the method of evolutionary and expert development, and the method of inclusive group virtual learning. These methods expand pedagogicalknowledge. The authors validate feasibility of the possibility of borrowing the benefits of e-learning to study humanities, natural and technical sciences, and propose the tools that allow adapting training to the students’ characteristics, regardless of their physical disabilities. Since the introduction to various fields of activity is difficult for children with disabilities, a dual education system based on the interaction of vocational education institutions and enterprises may provide an opportunity to try themselves in different professions. A virtual company is proposed to be an “employer”.Conclusion.The project deliverable will be a model of an inclusive regional distance education system for children with disabilities, developing and supplementing the theoretical, methodological and technological foundations of e-learning. In the future, a set of conditions for the functioning and development of an inclusive regional distance education system for children with disabilities will be identified, causing the learning process in the system under study. This system is characterized by the use of distance learning technologies with adaptive and expert support of the educational process, borrowing the benefits of e-learning from various areas of knowledge, and defining organizational, technical and pedagogical support for the implementation of the learning process for persons with disabilities.

Learning media is part of learning resources which is a combination of software (teaching materials) with hardware (learning tools. One type of learning media is e-learning. E-learning is a learning medium that uses the internet to deliver learning materials from teachers to students. One of the e-learning media is edmodo. Edmodo is a learning platform intended for students, teachers and parents. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of using edmodo in the learning process of biology. This type of research is a meta-analysis. Meta analysis is collecting and analyzing data from research results from relevant journals. The data were obtained by studying the literature on the articles on Google Scholar using the keywords "learning media", "e-learning", "edmodo" and “validation”. From the results of the search carried out, several articles were found that were in accordance with the research to be carried out and it was concluded that the use of edmodo was included in the valid and very valid category in several aspects such as content aspects, linguistic aspects, study aspects and graphic aspects

One of the main problems in the education system in Indonesia is a quality problem and the results of the learning process. The development of educational processes in the universities of Kazakhstan in modern conditions occur in the following areas: individualization of educational methods, the transition to a continuous educational technology, the use of information technology in the educational process. The emergence of a new form of distance learning has fundamentally changed the idea of organizing the educational process as a whole. The use of modern educational technologies allows to increase the number of university students served. Relevance The article describes the implementation of this process, which is associated with the solution of a number of issues such as: developing an infrastructure for e-learning: developing new methods and training and sets of programs to support a single information space: developing e-courses: training students in using e-learning tools for training. Methods In the context of ubiquitous informatization, interactive forms of interaction are needed, covering a large contingent of students, ensuring the mobility of the teaching staff. The only form corresponding to these requirements is distance learning presented in the form of a whole range of technologies ensuring the delivery of the main volume of the material being studied to students, interactive interaction of students and teachers in the learning process, providing the learner with the opportunity for independent work on mastering the material being studied as well as in the learning process. Results Remote educational technologies in teaching students are one of the important activities of the university. The Faculty of Distance Learning provides technological support for the educational process, conducts training for teaching staff in distance learning technologies. Discussion The authors of the article describe the technology of remote learning using information and communication tools of the Internet. Development of distance courses based on state standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan and compiled taking into account the experience of European universities - leaders in the field of e-learning. Conclusion The authors of the article believe that the increasingly widespread term “e-learning” includes the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), which, potentially, can be used in education, is rapidly expanding.
