In the science and technology currently, also the success development have penetrated all aspects of the field of life, it is not only bringing the convenience and happiness, but also to new behaviors and issues. There are many issues that long time ago was never known, never imagined; now they are true. this reality is meant by contemporary issues. During this time the theme and scope of da'wah only revolves around the problems of hablum minallah (vertical relationship), or in akhhrawi problem; Syahadat, prayer, fasting, hajj and other religious ritual themes. While the theme of other Islamic da'wah, namely hablum minannas (horizontal relationship) is not much touched on, when in fact the scope or theme of da'wah is very broad. Issues of the ummah's interests are part of the themes of Islamic da'wah, such as democracy, the problem of increasing the resources of the ummah, the problem of economic improvement, work ethic and others. They are rarely alluded in the subject of da'wah material so that da'wah seems not to stand on the earth but in the air.

It is easy to gain an impression from the recent contents of Australian scientific journals dealing with ecological research that little attention is paid to the botanical ecology of Australia's inland wetlands. Less than 1% of the papers published in key Australian ecological journals over 1987-93 dealt with some aspect of the vegetation ecology of these environments. Yet over the period 1982-94 research on this topic accounted for up to 23% of the papers presented at annual conferences of the two major Australian scientific societies to which Australian limnologists are likely to belong. This discrepancy indicates that wetland vegetation is the subject of a considerable research effort by Australian limnologists, but that few of their research findings are published in refereed Australian journals. Analyses of the references cited in key review articles suggests that refereed journals outside Australia cannot account fully for the 'missing' publications: we demonstrate that much research is placed in the largely inaccessible 'grey literature' published by government departments and the like. It is also possible that some research is destined never to be published. This imbalance between the intensity of the research effort and the history of publication in Australian refereed journals prompted local scientists involved in wetland research to participate in a Special Issue dedicated to the botanical and process-oriented aspects of wetland ecology.

The first season of the HBO series True Detective has drawn attention to Eugene Thacker’s horror of philosophy trilogy and his tripartite mode of thinking of the world and the subject’s relation to it. This article is an effort to read Thacker’s speculative realism into a critique of the police power. Where the police concept is vital to sustaining the Cartesian world-for-us, a world of mass-consumption and brutal privation, the limitations, failures or absence of police might also reveal horizons of disorder—primitivism, anarchism—the world-in-itself. A critical reading of True Detective and other police stories suggests that even its most violent and corrupt forms, as inseparable from security, law and order, the police power is never beyond redemption. What is rendered unthinkable then is the third ontological position—a world-without-police—as it exposes the frailties of the present social order and the challenges of thinking outside the subject.

AbstractAlthough knowledge management has become the subject of an enormous quantity of articles and books in recent times, certain more problematic aspects of it remain neglected. Firstly, literature addressing knowledge management concentrates almost exclusively on business organizations and fails to provide details or recommendations adequate to effective application within the sphere of public administration. This holds especially true for Czech academic literature. Secondly, despite a reasonable number of articles on knowledge management in scientific journals, information about perceptions of knowledge-management activities, procedures and tools within organizations lacks detail. The purpose of this article is to investigate and summarize the activities, procedures and tools in use for dealing with knowledge within Czech self-governments and to discuss the main empirical findings. Although the quantitative survey herein does not provide fully representative data, it is still in a position to indicate that knowledge management in Czech public administration tends to be underdeveloped as well as undervalued.

The evaluation of the research in SMES and entrepreneurship has been the subject of several research works. These works have been made particularly in the anglo-saxon countries, Busenitz et al (2003), Meyer and al, (2014), Lasch and Yami (2008) in France and Sánchez and Gutiérrez (2011) in Spain. By contrast, no analysis of scientific journals in the field of entrepreneurship has yet been made in Morocco, from where, the desirability of this work, if only by a comparison of the results with the work already cited. This article has thus, for the purpose of presenting the results of a bibliographic study of 237 articles of the three major journals of Moroccan management on 2005-2013. The results suggest that the research in entrepreneurship is still low with a rate of 12% of the whole research in management. That the review of the Moroccan trade and management made more than 62% of this production volume, and the qualitative methodology is the most used.
