The Qur'an as a book of guidance, is full of verses that regulate the behavior and attitudes of the children of Adam. Not only in terms of the vertical relationship between humans and Allah SWT as the Creator, but also in the horizontal relationship between human beings with one another as fellow creatures. The verses of the Qur'an that regulate the vertical relationship between humans and Allah SWT are commonly referred to as verses of the law of worship. Meanwhile, the verses that regulate horizontal interaction between human beings are known as the legal verses of muamalah. Unfortunately, the legal verses in the Qur'an in general and in their entirety have not received adequate attention. This paper discusses verses related to law in the Qur'an and hadith. This discussion is explored with library studies. It is hoped that this paper can provide an overview of legal education from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadith.

This study uncovers the morphosyntactic properties of yabai and its clipped forms. It aims to arrive at an understanding of how the forms and the meanings might be associated. A lexical-pragmatic-based analysis was carried out using Twitter and speech corpus data. The findings reveal the following picture of the lexeme: (a) when yabai undertakes an adjective role, modifying a noun, it is likely that a negative evaluation is invited. In this regard, yabai fulfils a lexical function. (b) The adverb use of yabai presents two variations: modifying a verb or modifying an i-adjective. At any rate, the adverb use describes the degree of an event or an object, leading to the assumption that yabai fulfils a grammatical function.(c) The predicate function presents the following diversities: the negative-denotation yabai and yabee are lexical items; the positive/neutral-denotation yabai, yabee and yaba are grammatical items. The clipped forms, i.e. yaba; yabee and yabe are limited to interjection use and adverb use, which are signs of complete grammaticalisation. A quantitative analysis via KH Coder suggests that yabai’s adverb function appears to be limited to women friendships, with parent-child relationship and vertical relationship being ruled out.

The cultivation of spiritual values to learners is a very vital step in shaping the characteristics and character of the human person, because the internalization of spiritual values is closely related to the cultivation of religious values, and is part of the formation of adolescent character as the next generation of religion and nation. This research is to find out the process of planting and internalizing spiritual value education conducted at The Senior high school of Mafaza Institute located in the Maguntapan Bantul area of Yogyakarta, while the type in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, while the subject in this study is teachers or teachers at this institution as well as some M.A. Mafaza students. While the data collected passes through the process of interviews, observations and documentation which then the author of the data analysis to draw conclusions. The results of this study show the following: 1). The process of planting and internalizing values and spiritual in this institution is carried out with an understanding of the material in the classes. 2). Then as a follow-up in the form of application in programs and activities such as requiring mandatory congregational prayers, sunnah worship and others, there are also activities such as the loving mosque and the the Adiwiata program. So from there it is seen that all aspects in value and spiritual, namely the aspect of Aqidah and Worship become the center of attention in planting to their students. So that it covers everything, either in the pattern of vertical relationship (Servant-Godnya) or horizontal (Servants and Environment).

<p>Subordination of women becomes a question in carrying out the household dish, especially the care for children who are born, which is the responsibility of husband and wife. It is impossible for the Sukhinah family to be formed if the burdens, both domestic and social, are not matched equally between men and women. Like a pillar in a house, if the load is not the same, not only will one of the pillars be destroyed but the house itself will collapse, if that is the case then the sukhinah family is the goal of every Hindu marriage, namely a happy and prosperous marriage that will not be realized. In fact there are divorce cases that have occurred in Denpasar City, divorce cases for Hindu couples in general have increased, namely in 2013 as many as 297 cases, in 2014 as many as 326 cases, 2015 as many as 315 cases, in 2016 as many as 418 cases, in 2017 as many as 495 cases , and in 2018 there were 566 cases. Based on the above phenomena, the author wants to explore the potential problems faced by Balinese Hindu women when carrying out domestic, public and social roles (traditional krama) in building a sukhinah family. It seems that women have problems adapting well to their husband's family environment because of differences in paradigms, different parenting styles and differences in habits. The factors causing the challenges faced by Balinese Hindu women in Denpasar City actually arise from the vertical relationship between women.</p>

Prayer is the second obligation of a muslim as evidence of the statement and declaration of the creed as well as concrete evidence that differentiates between muslim and non-muslim. Therefore, prayer is an obligation that must be carried out continuously and consistently by every muslim who has reached the age of mukallaf, namely puberty and reasoning until the end of his life. The prayers that are performed must of course be in accordance with the guidance of Allah and His messenger with the main objective of forming positive characters in a muslim, both in interacting with Allah (vertical relationship) and interactions with fellow beings, namely other people and natural surroundings (horizontal relationship). More precisely, the values of prayer must be actualized in life and engraved in reflecting a muslim figure. But in reality, not all muslims praying are formed in their character. Thi is the background of this article, the outher will try to explain the essence of prayer, wisdom and purpose of prayer in the hope that it can contribute to improving the quality of prayer so hat what is the goal of prayer cen be realized in the formation of the character of true muslims

This study was conducted to find out the interpretations of Islamic criminal law verses and to see the polemics which occurred in the applications of Islamic criminal law in Indonesia alongside the harmonization of its applications in Indonesia. This study used a normative-descriptive approach in a way that explained in detail the laws and the verses’ interpretations as well as the polemics of Islamic criminal law in the Indonesia’s positive law. In the context of the development and application of national law in Indonesia, Islamic law is one of the sources adopted. Islamic law itself regulates the vertical relationship with Allah and the relationship with humans. These two relationships have a role in the formation of national law in Indonesia. In terms of applications, Islamic law can contribute to the development of positive law with the following three alternatives: 1) Islamic law which is a continuation of legal politics in the colonial period, either through transitional rules of the 1945 Constitution’s article 2 or by means of being stipulated in the further new legislation, 2) positive Islamic law which is sourced from Islamic values, and 3) the theory of legal leveling.  This theory is applied to make Islamic law a source of national law in the future.

Responsibility accounting carried out by organizations in the business sector is based more on material budgets. This budget is in the form of accumulated costs at the responsibility center that is used to assess management performance. Islam explains that accountability based on al-Mishbah's interpretation has a broad essence. Responsibility accounting  includes the relationship between humans and humans (material), environmental (social), and Creator (spiritual). This research uses a qualitative method with an exploratory case study approach. The case study approach was chosen because the context of accountability accounting is an important understanding related to phenomena that occur in the field. The exploratory type case study approach was chosen with the aim of the researcher to reconstruct the existing accounting responsibility in Nurul Hayat Surabaya in accordance with the terminology at the Al Mishbah interpretation. The results obtained that Nurul Hayat Surabaya has a vertical relationship to the Creator, horizontal to direct stakeholders and indirect stakeholders, as well as a commitment that is in line with the four characteristics of Rasullullah. So according to the thought of the accounting accountability reconstruction researchers, what happened could be that in Nurul Hayat Surabaya, it could be in accordance with al-Mishbah's interpretation of tijarah. Responsibility accounting is material, social and spiritual.

Technological advances due to the rapid flow of globalization, change the pattern of teaching in the world of education. The philosophy of education shows a vertical relationship, up or down with the branches of education. It is hoped that the public can better understand the importance of globalization so that the negative impacts that have an impact can be minimized and it is also hoped that the realization of positive activities towards education will be even better. Education contributing to the success of development in the agricultural sector is not solely determined by development in the technology sector but is determined by the development of the quality of human resources, aspects of human personality, which include knowledge, values, attitudes and skills. The influence of globalization encourages education in the agricultural sector to be increasingly encouraged by stakeholders to always be improved so that the agricultural sector becomes more productive.

ABSTRAK-Tujuan dari mempelajari Ilmu komunikasi adalah untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan sesama manusia,  sehingga dapat saling berkomunikasi dengan lebih efektif dalam mencapai tujuan, baik tujuan individu, tujuan organisasi maupun  tujuan masyarakat. Di dalam Komunikasi Organisasi ada Budaya Komunikasi dengan garis hubungan yang berbeda. Garis hubungan vertikal kebawah, yaitu antara atasan dan bawahan, garis hubungan horizontal yaitu komunikasi antar pegawai dan garis hubungan yang terakhir adalah vertikal keatas dari pegawai ke atasannya. Tiap  garis hubungan tersebut ada polanya masing-masing. Jika pola komunikasi berjalan tidak mengikuti aturannya, maka pelaksanaan komunikasi akan berjalan kurang baik. Pelaksanaan komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk dapat mendorong semangat serta meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Pelanggaran komunikasi seringkali disebabkan karena pelaku tidak mengetahui bahwa komunikasi mereka telah melanggar  jalur ketertiban.“Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh pola komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.”Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif atau sering juga disebut sebagai metode tradisional. Yaitu dimana data yang dihasilkan akan berupa angka-angka dan analisisnya menggunakan statistik. Hasil pengujian regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel pola komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja“pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pembedayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P4TK) Bisnis dan Pariwisata Jakarta. Kata kunci:”Komunikasi, Pola komunikasi, kinerja pegawai” ABSTRACT- The main purpose of studying communication is to develop and improve the ability to communicate with humans, so they can interact with each other more effectively in achieving goals, both individual goals, organizational goals and community goals. In the context of organizational communication,  an organizational culture sees communication relationships from the perpetrator's relationship line. The downward vertical relationship line, that is between superiors and subordinates, the horizontal relationship line is between one employee and another employee and last one is upward vertical relationship line, that is between the employee to the superior. Each of these lines of communication has its own pattern. If the communication pattern does not go according to the rules, then the implementation of communication will not work well. This will become one of the disturbances or obstacles in achieving company performance because the message is not conveyed correctly. Communication violations that occur are mostly caused by the perpetrators of the communication not knowing that they have violated the order lines. The purpose of this study is to obtain an in-depth picture and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of organizational communication patterns on employee performance. The research used quantitative research methods or often referred to as traditional methods. The resulting data will be in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The results of regression testing show that the”variable organizational communication patterns affect the performance of employees at Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P4TK) Bisnis dan Pariwisata Jakarta.”  Keywords: Communication, communication patterns, employee performance
