vAbstract, This study aims to determine whether or not the Influence of Parent Communication on theMotivation of Learning Christian Education in Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Pangaribuan, with thehypothesis there is a positive and significant influence between Parent Communication on theMotivation of Learning Christian Religion Education Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Pangaribuan,Tapanuli North of Learning Year 2018/2019.This research uses inferential quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of all IX gradestudents of SMP 1 Pangaribuan, totaling 193 people with a sample are 44 people. Data was collectedby a closed questionnaire of 36 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators accordingto expert theory. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 students who were not researchrespondents, and validity and reliability were tested. The results of data analysis indicate that there isa positive and significant influence between Parent Communication on the Motivation of LearningChristian Religion Education in Class IX SMP N 1Pangaribuan North Tapanuli Regency 2018/2019Learning Year with a coefficient of determination (r2 ) = 35.88% and significant influence testobtained F-count F-table (22.97 4.07), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is acceptedKeywords: Parent Communication, Motivation to Learn Christian Religion Education

vAbstract, This study aims to find out how much positive and significant influence between the use of learningvideos by Christian Education Teachers on the effectiveness of learning in class X Tarutung 2 High SchoolNorth Tapanuli Regency, with the hypothesis there is the Effect of Learning Videos on Learning Effectiveness ofClass X Students of State High School 2 Tarutung North Tapanuli Regency 2018/2019.This research uses inferential quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of all students of class XTarutung 2 High School totaling 288 people with a sample of 40 people. Data was collected by a closedquestionnaire of 30 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. Thequestionnaire trial was conducted on 30 students who were not research respondents, and validity andreliability were tested. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influencebetween Learning Videos on Learning Effectiveness of Class X Students of Tarutung 2 High School NorthTapanuli Regency 2018/2019 with a coefficient of determination (r2) = 38.68% and significant test of influenceobtained by Fcount Ftable of 23.77 4.10, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords: Learning Videos, Learning Effectiveness.

This study aims to determine the effect of Christian Religion Education teaching variations on students’ learning outcomes of Class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balige Academic Year 2019/2020, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence on Christian Religion Education teaching variations on students’ learning outcomes of class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balige Academic Year 2019/2020.               This study uses inferential quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of all Protestant Christian students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balige, totaling 221 people with a sample of 60 people. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 20 items and a test of 20 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory.                The research instrument trials were conducted on 30 students who were not research respondents, and its validity and reliability were tested. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Christian Religion Education teaching variations on students’ learning outcomes of class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balige Academic Year 2019/2020 with a coefficient of determination (r²) = 25.90% and a significance test of influence obtained tcoun ttable =  6.097 2,000 , meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Christian Religion Education teaching variations, Learning Outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to see the influence of the Islamic Work Culture "PASTI OKE" on the employee performance of BRI Syari'ah Banyuwangi branch offices, using a quantitative descriptive approach. With the census determination method a sample of 28 employees. The technique of collecting data uses observation techniques, interview techniques, questionnaire techniques or documentation questionnaire techniques. Meanwhile, the instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or a questionnaire. The test instrument used was the validity and reliability test, the data transformation used the excel program. By using data analysis through multiple regression (multiole regression), the results of the study show that the Islamic Work Culture "PASTI OKE" has a positive effect on employee performance.

With the determination of census samples totaling 28 employees. While the research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect of student perceptions about the role of micro teaching courses on student teaching readiness. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is the 2014 UNP FE Economics Education students who have completed the micro teaching course and the Education Field Experience Program course totaling 84 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling (total sampling) so that the entire population is sampled. Research data are primary data collected by questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inductive analysis using normality test, heterocedasticity test, hypothesis testing using simple regression, t test and coefficient of determination with α = 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between students' perceptions of  the role of micro teaching courses on student teaching readiness, namely sig 0,000 <0,05. Keywords: Perception, Role, Micro Teaching, Teaching Readiness

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on Village Fund Management (DD) in Ponorogoregency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the type of data, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study was conducted on villages in Pulung and Ngebel Subdistricts, this is because the two sub-districts were not on time in submitting the Realization Report on the Use of DD in the 2017 Budget year to Ponorogoregency DPMD. The population of this study is the Village Chief, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Kasi Development, Kasi Community Empowerment, and Chairman of the BPD. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Based on the population and the sample determination method obtained 156 respondents. Effects of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on DD Management in Ponorogoregency using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Test the quality of the data used is the test of validity and reliability. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, namely transparency, has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The second hypothesis of community participation has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The third hypothesis of accountability has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.Regency. The fourth hypothesis obtained results that transparency, community participation, and accountability had a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.This was supported by the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers and real conditions in the field. Kata kunci :   Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas, Pengelolaan   Dana Desa.

Hotel is a labor-intensive industry which until now still requires a lot of human resources in its work operations. The nature of hotel is open for 24 hours to serve guests, especially in operational departments. Overall hotel employees tend not to last long at work. Some employees state that their decision to leave, due to incompatibility with the work environment. This study aimed to analyze the impact of resilience on hotel employees’ engagement in Jakarta. The study was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach. Research respondents were hotel employees in Jakarta area. Data was collected by convenience sampling, by distributing questionnaire which consisted of  respondents’ profiles and statement of variable X variable (resilience) and Y variable (work engagement). The data was analyzed by using validity and reliability test, descriptive (frequency and mean), Pearson correlation, coefficient determination and simple linear regression test. The study found that there was a strong relationship between resilience and work engagement. The higher employees’ resilience is  the higher employee engagement will be.
