fulfilling the law according to the Apostle Paul in Romans 13: 8-10. The research method in writing scientific papers is a qualitative method with an exegetical study approach. The results of the exegetical study of Romans 13: 8-10, the meaning of fulfilling the law is to love God, love fellow believers, not believers and the government as rulers determined by God. So that the implementation of the present day congregation is that every Christian must love God faithfully, love his neighbor as himself, love his fellow believers by not being a stumbling block to fellow believers, loving others who are not believers through friendship with them and giving sweet love to Jesus Christ for them, then loves the government as the ruler through obedience to all the rules and regulations he sets.Keywords: Meaning, Compliance, Law

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna teologis “Kerajaan Allah dan kebenarannya” berdasarkan studi eksegetis Matius 6:33 dan untuk mengetahui implementasinya bagi kehidupan orang Kristen masa kini. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah metode kualitatif, yakni dengan pendekatan studi eksegetis. Di dalam penelitian dan pembahasan terdapat hasil, yaitu: kerajaan Allah adalah kegiatannya yang mengadakan ruang dan kebebasan bagi manusia yang tertindas, kerajaan itu datang dengan keadilan yang menyelamatkan, membebaskan manusia dari kuasa Mamon (harta, milik, nama, dll), membebaskan dari kekuatiran hidup pada saat ini dan pada waktu yang akan datang (makanan, minuman dan pakaian) serta memberikan kepadanya kepercayaan bahwa Allah sebagai Bapa yang menjaga dan memelihara kehidupannya sepenuhnya; mencari kerajaan Allah dan kebenarannya adalah perioritas orang Kristen; dan Allah akan memelihara orang yang mengutamakan Dia.Penelitian ini mengambil kesimpulan bahwa manusia diperintahkan Allah untuk mengutamakan mencari kerajaan Allah dan kebenarannya, karena hanya Allah saja yang berkuasa atas manusia dan hanya Dia saja yang benar, kemudian Yesus mengungkapkan ada janji yang akan diberikan Allah yang bagi orang yang mencari kerajaan Allah dan kebenarannya, yaitu pemeliharaan-Nya. Sebagai orang Kristen yang percaya kepada Yesus Kristus harus mengutamakan mencari kerajaan Allah dan kebenarannya dengan segenap hati, jiwa dan perbuatannya secara terus-menerus.Kata kunci : Kerajaan Allah, Kebenaran dan Pemeliharaan. Abstract This study aims to determine the theological meaning of "the kingdom of God and truth (exegetical study of Matthew 6:33) and to find out its implementation for the lives of Christians present time. The research method in writing scientific papers is a qualitative method, namely the exegetical study approach. In the research and discussion there are results, namely: the kingdom of God is an activity that provides space and freedom for oppressed humans, the kingdom comes with justice that saves, frees humans from the power of Mammon (property, property, name, etc.), frees from worries. live in the present and in the time to come (food, drink and clothing) and give him the confidence that God is the Father who keeps and takes care of his life completely; seeking the kingdom of God and its righteousness is a Christian priority; and Allah will take care of those who put Him first. This research concludes that humans are ordered by God to prioritize seeking God's kingdom and its truth, because only God alone has power over humans and only He is true, then Jesus revealed that there is a promise that God will give for those who seek God's kingdom and its truth. namely His care. As a Christian who believes in Jesus Christ, he must give priority to seeking the kingdom of God and its righteousness with all his heart, soul and deeds continuously.Keywords: Kingdom of God, Truth and Care

AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis tentang partisipasi perempuan Indonesia sebagai politisi di lembaga legislatif. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peluang perempuan Indonesia untuk masuk ke dalam kancah politik dan sejauh mana peran pemerintah dalam mengakomodir hal tersebut.   Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi. Hasil menunjukan, meskipun sudah ada Undang-Undang yang mendukung partisipasi perempuan sebagai politisi di parlemen, namun hasilnya masih belum memenuhi kuota yang tersedia, dikarenakan kendala yang biasanya ada dalam syarat rekruitmen di internal partai politik. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Perempuan, Politisi, Legislatif. AbstractThis research analyze about Indonesian women participation as politician at legislative institution. Purpose to find out, how much Indonesian women opportunity can be join to political arena and to what extent of the government role accommodating it. Research method used qualitative method with phenomenology study approach. Result show that despite the existence of law support women participation to be politicians in parliament, but the result still do not the expected quota, the constraints imposed by internal political parties requisite when reqruitment process. Key Words: Participation, Women, Politician, Legislative.

This study aims to analyze the existence of the judicial commission on the supervision of judges in Law no. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using a literature study approach. The main data source used is Law no. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission and the Law on Amendments to Law Number 22 of 2004 concerning the Judicial Commission. Data analysis is carried out by comparing the existence of the judicial commission from the two legal sources, and then drawing conclusions about the existence of the judicial commission, and its function of supervising judges. The results of the study indicate that the change to Law No. 22 of 2004 is the answer to the ambiguity of the duties, authorities and functions of the Judicial Commission, because it is not clear enough what is meant by "other powers in order to maintain and uphold honor, dignity, and behavior". judge." The problem becomes clearer, if the other authority is interpreted as supervision, because in the laws and regulations there are other institutions (besides the Judicial Commission) which are given the authority to carry out supervision. It is also in the context of maintaining and upholding the honor, nobility of dignity, and the behavior of judges is supervision.

Abstrak Gereja pada zaman ini mulai kehilangan esensi dan tujuan utamanya untuk memberitakan Injil. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan gereja kurang optimal dalam pemberitaan Injil adalah lemahnya kepemimpinan misi yang dimiliki. Kepemimpinan misi adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk mempengaruhi dan menggerakan orang supaya terlibat aktif dalam misi Allah. Salah satu tokoh besar dalam kegerakan misi di dunia adalah Rasul Paulus. Oleh sebab itu, penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter kepemimpinan misi yang dilakukan oleh Paulus dan menghubungkan menjadi implikasi bagi pemimpin pada misi kini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya 5 prinsip kepemimpinan misi Paulus yang dapat diimplikasikan bagi pemimpin masa kini, yaitu berdoa dan terlibat aktif dalam pengabaran Injil (Integritas). Lalu mendidik jemaat dan mencetak pemimpin lokal. Dan menentukan standar misionaris.serta mempersiapkan misionaris untuk diutus. Dan yang selanjutnya mendukung misionaris melalui doa, motivasi, dan pencarian solusi atas setiap persoalan. Lalu yang terakhir di atas semua strategi yang Paulus lakukan, Paulus selalu bergantung kepada Allah.   Abstract The church today begins to lose its essence and main purpose to preach the gospel. One of the factors that causes the church to be less than optimal in preaching the gospel is the weakness of its mission leadership. Mission leadership is a person's ability to influence and move people to be actively involved in God's mission. One of the great figures in the missionary movement in the world was the Apostle Paul. Therefore, this study aims to determine the character of mission leadership carried out by Paul and link it to the implications for leaders on current missions. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The result of this research is that there are 5 principles of Paul's mission leadership that can be implicated for today's leaders, namely praying and being actively involved in preaching the gospel (Integrity). Then educate the congregation and produce local leaders. And setting missionary standards and preparing missionaries to be sent. And that further supports missionaries through prayer, motivation, and finding solutions to every problem. Then the last, above all the strategies that Paul did, Paul always depended on God

PELAKSANAAN INVESTASI SUKUK DI INDONESIA:  SEBUAH KAJIAN AKUNTANSI DAN REGULASI Febriyadi Tri Hadmoko [email protected] Eko Hadi Kusuma [email protected] Amrie [email protected] Akuntansi, Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN  ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of SUKUK investment in Indonesia from accounting and regulation aspects. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with content analysis. The steps are taken in this research use a literature study approach, namely bysearching various written or online sources in the form of books, archives, magazines, articles, ordocuments relevant to be identified, classified, and concluded. The data and information are then elaborated as a basis for research analysis. The results showed that SUKUK's treatment in Indonesia, as regulated in PSAK 110, has accommodated sukuk issuers and sukuk users' needs. Furthermore, the regulations for the issuance and implementation of SUKUK in Indonesia are adequate, but there is still a need to strengthen the legal framework by refining existing policies. The results of this study indicate that the government and companies issuing SBSN need to increase promotion and education to the public concerning SUKUK so that Indonesian citizens are expected to have an interest in investing through SUKUK. Keywords: Accounting, Law, sukuk ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan investasi SUKUK di Indonesia dari aspek akuntansi dan regulasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodekualitatif dengan analisis isi. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur yaitu  dengan  melakukan pencarian terhadap berbagaisumber tertulis ataupun online baik berupa buku-buku, arsip, majalah, artikel, atau  dokumen- dokumen yang relevan untuk diidentifikasikan, diklasifikasikan, dan disimpulkan. Data dan informasi tersebut selanjutnya dielaborasi sebagai dasar analisis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan SUKUK di Indonesia yang diatur dalam PSAK 110 sudah mengakomodir kebutuhan penerbit sukuk dan pengguna sukuk. Selanjutnya, regulasi untuk penerbitan dan pelaksanaan sukuk di Indonesia sudah memadai namun masih perlu dilakukan penguatan kerangka hukum melalui penyempurnaan pokok kebijakan yang sudah ada. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan Pemerintah dan Perusahaan penerbit SBSN perlu meningkatkan promosi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang sukuk, sehingga masyarakat diharapkan memiliki minat untuk berinvestasi melalui SUKUK. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kasih yang berpura-pura menurut Rasul Paulus dalam surat Roma 12:9-10. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode kualitatif yakni dengan pendekatan studi eksegesis. Metode penafsiran yang dilakukan tentunya dengan menggunakan syarat dan langkah-langkah penafsiran Alkitab, sehingga langkah-langkah yang dipakai penulis adalah sebagai berikut: analisa teks dan kritik teks, perbandingan terjemahan, konteks umum dan konteks khusus, keadaan hidup tafsiran ayat per ayat tafsiran keseluruhan dan skopus. Dari hasil penelitian studi eksegesis Roma 12:9-10, bahwa kasih yang berpura-pura ialah kasih yang di sertai kejahatan, kasih yang tidak mengganggap saudaranya dan kasih yang tidak saling mengutamakan.Kata Kunci     : Roma, kasih yang berpura-pura AbstactThe purpose of this research is to find out what pretend love according to the Apostle Paul in Romans 12: 9-10. The research method in writing this thesis is a qualitative method, namely the exegetical study approach. The method of interpretation that is carried out is of course by using the terms and steps of Bible interpretation, so that the steps used by the author are as follows: text analysis and text criticism, comparison of translations, general context and special context, living conditions of verse-by-verse interpretation of the whole and scopus. From the research results of the exegetical study of Romans 12: 9-10, that love that pretends is love accompanied by evil, love that does not respect one's brother and love that does not give priority to one another.Keywords: Rome,Pretend love

Kulon Progo Regency is one of the districts that has many innovations, one of which is community empowerment in collaboration with a modern shop abbreviated as the shop name owned by the people (tomira). This research was motivated by the achievements of the Kulon Progo district government in carrying out development and innovation in the development of the Kulon Progo region by fully involving the Kulon Progo district community through community empowerment. This initiative was taken by the government of Kulon Progo Regency to improve community empowerment and protect the people of Kulon Progo Regency from various economic threats. Considering that in the past few years many modern shops have mushroomed in each district/city, so this is what makes Kulon Progo Regency move quickly to empower the community by collaborating between MSMEs or cooperative with modern shops. This study uses a qualitative method which case study approach. With the empowerment that has been done, the original products of Kulon Progo Regency or local products can be traded in modern stores so that local products in Kulon Progo Regency can compete with national products in these modern stores. The existence of such cooperation will indirectly improve the image of Kulon Progo Regency and lift the original products of Kulon Progo Regency. The lifting of the original products of Kulon Progo Regency will have a positive impact on the community, where indirectly the economy of the community will increase so that there will be prosperity for the community. Kabupaten Kulon Progo adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki banyak inovasi, salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat bekerja sama dengan toko modern disingkat nama toko yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat (tomira). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pencapaian pemerintah kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi dalam pengembangan wilayah Kulon Progo dengan melibatkan sepenuhnya masyarakat kabupaten Kulon Progo melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inisiatif ini diambil oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan melindungi masyarakat Kabupaten Kulon Progo dari berbagai ancaman ekonomi. Menimbang bahwa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak toko-toko modern telah menjamur di setiap kabupaten/kota, jadi inilah yang membuat Kabupaten Kulon Progo bergerak cepat untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan berkolaborasi antara UMKM atau bekerjasama dengan toko-toko modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Dengan pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan, produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo atau produk lokal dapat diperdagangkan di toko modern sehingga produk lokal di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dapat bersaing dengan produk nasional di toko modern ini. Adanya kerjasama tersebut secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan citra Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan mengangkat produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pencabutan produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat, di mana secara tidak langsung perekonomian masyarakat akan meningkat sehingga akan ada kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.

This research discusses the concept of zakat in Abu Ubaid's Kitab Al-Amwal. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of social justice in zakat. The research method that I use is a qualitative method with a literature review method. The result of this research is that zakat according to Abu Ubaid has esoteric values of social justice. Zakat instruments can alleviate poverty and stabilize state finances. To create social justice, the zakat instrument provides space for those in need. The space is not only a treasure. But also capital that can be used to start a business. In addition, in order to optimize zakat, the government must take part in maximizing the potential of zakat.

This study aims to understand language management for learning in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of literature study. The results show that the State of Indonesia has carried out language management in relation to the recognition of existing languages and is regulating for the government in the context of the state and nation so that there is a triangular relationship between language and the state which is regulated by the government for the benefit of the nation. If the state has guaranteed the existence of a language as a whole, then a number of policies will emerge to guarantee the rights and obligations of each in managing the existing language. Policies are formulated in the form of rules known as regulations, to serve as joint guidelines between the government and speakers of existing languages.

This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.
