ABSTRACT The implementation of this study aims to 1) To know the positive direct influence of conflict management ability on teacher work achievement in SMPN as Pinolosian, 2) To know the positive direct influence of work stress control on teacher work achievement, 3) To know the direct positive influence of self-efficacy on teacher's work performance, 4) To know the positive direct influence of conflict management ability on teacher self-efficacy, 5) To know the positive direct influence of stress control on teacher self-efficacy. This research method uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. As well as data analysis using descriptive and inferential. The results of this study showed that 1) there is a positive direct influence of Conflict Management Ability on teacher work performance 2) there is a positive direct influence of work stress control on teacher work performance 3) there is a positive direct influence of self-efficacy on teacher work performance, 4) there is a positive direct influence of conflict management ability on teacher self-efficacy, 5) there is a positive direct influence of stress control on teacher self-efficacy. Keywords: Ability to Manage Conflict, Work Stress Control, Self Efficacy, Work Achievement ABSTRAKPelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan kepada 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif dari Kemampuan Manajemen Konflik terhadap prestasi kerja guru di SMPN sekecamatan pinolosian, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif dari pengendalian stres kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif langsung dari self efficacy terhadap kinerja kerja guru, 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif dari kemampuan manajemen konflik pada self efficacy guru, 5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif dari kontrol stres pada self efficacy guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Serta analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari kemampuan manajemen konflik pada kinerja kerja guru 2) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari pengendalian stres kerja pada kinerja kerja guru 3) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari self efficacy pada kinerja kerja guru, 4) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari kemampuan manajemen konflik pada self efficacy guru , 5) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari kontrol stres pada self efficacy guru. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Mengelola Konflik, Kontrol Stres Kerja, Self Efficacy, Pencapaian Kerja

The purpose of this research was to study the impact of goal setting and intrinsic motivation on the work performance of teachers in the Sub-District of North Bekasi State Junior High School. This research was conducted using a survey method with path analysis techniques. The population in this study were the civil servant teachers of the State Junior High Schools in North Bekasi District totaling 221 teachers, while the sample in this study was 69 teachers who were randomly selected. The results of this study are as follows; (1) there is a positive direct effect of goal setting on teacher work performance; (2) there is a positive direct effect of intrinsic motivation on teacher work performance, and (3) there is a positive direct effect of goal setting on intrinsic motivation. Therefore, increased work performance can be increased through increased goal setting and strengthening intrinsic motivation in school teachers.     Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari tentang pengaruh penetapan tujuan dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara yang berjumlah 221 guru, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 69 guru yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut; (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif penetapan tujuan terhadap prestasi kerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi intrinsik terhadap prestasi kerja guru, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif penetapan tujuan terhadap motivasi intrinsik. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan prestasi kerja dapat ditingkatkan melalui ketepatan dalam penerapan penetapan kerja dan penguatan motivasi intrinsik pada guru dan standar kerja di sekolah.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, technical competencies and self-efficacy on the employee performance.</em> <em>This study conducted a survey of 70 respondents from the population of 185 employees in PT Wahana Optima Permai (PT WOP, a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri Pension Fund Four-DPBME) Head-Office, and Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya branches. The selected respondents are employees of the business and support units associated with the leasing and management of office buildings. This research used a quantitative survey associative and a path analysis method. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy was significantly positive direct influence on employee performance. In order to improve the quality of employee performance, PT WOP should improve the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and self-efficacy employees. As a conclusion, that any change in the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy will direct affect employee performance.</em></p>

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap altruistik, pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap altruistik, persepsi kepemimpina  kepala sekolah  terhadap   disiplin kerja guru, pengaruh  iklim organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru, dan pengaruh altruistik terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisi jalur dengan responden guru di SMA Negeri 1 Sibolga dengan teknik sampling Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket..Angket yang digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan ujicoba untuk mendapatkan instrument yang valid dan reliabel. Sebelum dilakukan ujicoba instrument dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis sebagai persyratan analisis jalur, yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linieritas.          Hasil temuan penelitian adalah terdapat  terdapat pengaruh langsung positif persepsi terhadap kepemimpina kepala sekolah terhadap altruistik. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara iklim organisasi terhadap altruistik. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara iklim organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Terdapat pengaruh pengaruh langsung positif antara altruistik terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan untuk meningkatkan Disiplin kerja guru dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi dan altruistik guru. Besar pengaruh ketiga variabel eksogen, yaitu persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi dan altruistic guru sebesar 25,30% terhadap variabel endogennya, yaitu Disiplin Kerja.Kata Kunci: persepsi, kepemimpinan, kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi, altruistik, disiplin kinerja Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership perceptions on altruistics, the influence of the organization's climate on altruistics, the perception of the principal's leadership on teacher work disciplines, the influence of the organization's climate on teacher work discipline, and the altruistic influence on teacher work discipline.This type of research uses quantitative research with a path analysis approach with teacher respondents at Sma Negeri 1 Sibolga with Stratified Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique.Data collection is done using questionnaires.. The questionnaire used first was tested to obtain a valid and reliabel instrument.Prior to the instrument test, the analysis requirements were conducted as a test of the analysis of the path, namely the normality test and the linearity test. The findings of the study are that there is a positive direct influence of perception on the principal's leadership on altruistics.There is a positive direct influence between the organization's climate and altruistic. There is a positive direct influence on the principal's leadership on the discipline of the teacher's work.There is a positive direct influence between the organization's climate on teacher work discipline.There is a positive direct influence between altruistic and teacher discipline.The findings of this study conclude to improve teacher work discipline can be done by improving perception of principal leadership, organizational climate and altruistic teachers.The large influence of the three exogenous variables, namely the perception of the principal's leadership, organizational climate and altruistic teachers amounted to 25.30% against its endogenous variable, namely Work Discipline.Keywords: perception, leadership, principal, organizational climate, altruistic, performance discipline.Keywords: learning strategies, mind maps, expository, office technology

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 203 from 135 teacher’s selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is concluded that (1) there  the negative direct effect of environment towards work stress, (2) there is  negative direct effect of self efficacy towards work stress and (3) there is positive direct effect of  environment towards self efficacy.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai efek dari lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur dalam pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, 203 dari 135 guru dipilih sampel acak. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek pohon; lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Data yang colected dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil pada analyisis itu disimpulkan (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja, (2) Self efikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap self efikasi. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Lingkungan dan Kemanjuran Diri

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas manajerial, self-efficacy, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen kebidanan di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif. In recent years, many studies have been done to identify the factors that affect teacher emotions at schools. However, the empirical evidence on how teachers’ emotions influence students’ outcomes and performance is not extensive. Against this background, this study explored the correlation between teacher EI and student academic achievement and possible mechanisms may lie in this relationship. A sample of 365 Chinese teachers from 25 public middle schools participated in this study by completing measurements of teacher EI, teacher work engagement, and teacher self-efficacy. The student academic achievement was assessed by the grades of the previous term (February to June 2020) reported by the students. The results indicated that teacher work engagement partially mediated the path from teacher EI and student academic achievement. Moderated mediation further showed that teachers with high self-efficacy had a more significant positive impact on the relationship between teacher work engagement and student academic achievement than teachers with low self-efficacy. The limitations of this study were also discussed.

This project validates the Technology Satisfaction Model (TSM) developed. While Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989) ignored the issue of computer self-efficacy and satisfaction. TSM incorporates both. While TAM is used for measuring the acceptance of technology in general; TSM examines the satisfaction on wireless internet usage with a particular focus to the students studying in Higher Education. To develop and validate the TSM, data gained through a survey conducted with 285 students studying in five faculties of a comprehensive public university in Malaysia. Quota sampling technique was used. Instrument reliability and validity were performed by Rasch analysis using Winsteps version 3.49. The results of the study were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 18.0. The findings showed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a statistically significant positive direct influence on satisfaction. Subsequently, computer self-efficacy discovered a significant positive direct influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Moreover, the results also demonstrated that computer self-efficacy had a significant indirect influence on satisfaction mediated by perceived usefulness. Eventually, computer self-efficacy also revealed a statistically significant indirect influence on satisfaction mediated by perceived ease of use of wireless internet.

The role of teachers is arguably the most important in professional groups for our country in the future. So it becomes very important to identify the factors that influence the performance of teachers due to the increasing importance of the role of performing and quality teachers today. Therefore, this study aims to identify the relationship between work stress and teacher work performance. The population for this study consists of National Secondary School (SMK) teachers in the education sector in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia. states of Kedah and Perlis. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method to obtain data. Based on the survey method, followed by cluster sampling method and simple randomization, a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to randomly selected respondents. Of the 500 questionnaires that were distributed, a total of 421 questionnaires were returned representing a response rate of 84.2 percent. However, only 406 identified questionnaires can be used. While the process to analyze the data is using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) Version 24. The results of the analysis found that work stress has a significant positive relationship with teacher work performance. The findings of the study are beneficial to theoretical and practical implications. An understanding of the findings of the study enables the Ministry of Education Malaysia to design and implement more effective self-development programs for teachers. Some suggestions for further study are also presented.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services, as well as to determine the indirect effect of interpersonal communication and universal-diverse orientation (UDO) through self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services at State University of Jakarta. The research used was a survey with a causal design. The number of sample respondents was determined as 178 employees, the sampling technique was carried out by simple random (sample random sampling) from 230 employees of the State University of Jakarta.  The results of this study indicate that; (1). There is a positive direct effect of Interpersonal Communication on the Quality of Academic Services, (2). There is a positive direct influence Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on the Quality of Academic Services, (3). There is a positive direct effect of Self Efficacy on Academic Service Quality., (4) There is a positive direct influence of Interpersonal Communication on Self Efficacy, (5) There is a positive direct influence of Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on Self Efficacy. The novelty in this research is that research conducted at this time is research looking at several variations of variables such as the influence of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services and quality variables as independent variables.

Teacher self-efficacy (TSE) is an important construct in the prediction of positive student and teacher outcomes. However, problems with its measurement have persisted, often through confounding TSE with other constructs. This research introduces an adapted TSE instrument for preservice teachers, which is closely aligned with self-efficacy experts' recommendations for measuring self-efficacy, and based on a widely used measure of TSE. We provide first evidence of construct validity for this instrument. Participants were 851 preservice teachers in three samples from Germany and New Zealand. Results of the multiple-group confirmatory factor analyses showed a uniform 3-factor solution for all samples, metric measurement invariance, and a consistent and moderate correlation between TSE and a measure of general self-efficacy across all samples. Despite limitations to this study, there is some first evidence that this measure allows for a valid 3-dimensional assessment of TSE in preservice teachers.
