This study aims to determine the direct effect of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services, as well as to determine the indirect effect of interpersonal communication and universal-diverse orientation (UDO) through self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services at State University of Jakarta. The research used was a survey with a causal design. The number of sample respondents was determined as 178 employees, the sampling technique was carried out by simple random (sample random sampling) from 230 employees of the State University of Jakarta.  The results of this study indicate that; (1). There is a positive direct effect of Interpersonal Communication on the Quality of Academic Services, (2). There is a positive direct influence Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on the Quality of Academic Services, (3). There is a positive direct effect of Self Efficacy on Academic Service Quality., (4) There is a positive direct influence of Interpersonal Communication on Self Efficacy, (5) There is a positive direct influence of Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on Self Efficacy. The novelty in this research is that research conducted at this time is research looking at several variations of variables such as the influence of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services and quality variables as independent variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of hospital image and service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, and by testing the hypothesis. The result of the study found that: 1) There is a positive direct effect of Hospital Image on Customer Satisfaction of Awal Bros Tangerang. 2) There is a positive direct influence Quality of service to Customer Satisfaction Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. 3) There is a positive direct influence Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. 4) There is a positive direct impact Hospital image of Customer Loyalty Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital.5) There is a positive direct effect quality of service to Customer loyalty Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. 6) There is no positive indirect influence of Hospital Image on Customer loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. 7) There is an indirect effect of service quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction  Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital.

The result of the research shows that there are positive direct influence of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication and organizational commitment toward the quality of public service in BNP2TKI. Transformational leadership and interpersonal communication has the positive direct influence for organizational commitment. Transformational leadership has the positive direct influence for interpersonal communication. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, technical competencies and self-efficacy on the employee performance.</em> <em>This study conducted a survey of 70 respondents from the population of 185 employees in PT Wahana Optima Permai (PT WOP, a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri Pension Fund Four-DPBME) Head-Office, and Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya branches. The selected respondents are employees of the business and support units associated with the leasing and management of office buildings. This research used a quantitative survey associative and a path analysis method. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy was significantly positive direct influence on employee performance. In order to improve the quality of employee performance, PT WOP should improve the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and self-efficacy employees. As a conclusion, that any change in the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy will direct affect employee performance.</em></p>

The aims of the study is to find out The Effect of Balance, Arm Muscle Strength, and Creativity towards Discus skills. This research was carried out on the campus of the Faculty of Sport Science, Manado. State University in Tondano City, Minahasa Regency. This research is a descriptive study. The result of the study is There is a positive direct effect of balance on Discus Throwing Skills at the Faculty of Sport Sciences Mando State University Students. This means that a good balance will result in increased discus throwing skills. There is a positive direct effect of arm muscle strength on discus throwing skills at the students of the Faculty of Sport Science, Mando State University. This means that good arm muscle strength will result in increased discus throwing skills achieved by the student concerned. There is a direct influence on the position of creativity fantasy on discus throwing skills at the Students of the Faculty of Sport Science, Mando State University. This means that good creativity will result in increased disc throwing skills.

East Java statistics indicate that the total population of East Java Province is increasing every year. The increase in the population is followed by an increase in social problems, including unemployment. The unemployment rate can affect the economy of the society. Efforts must be made to reduce it by improving the quality of society through factors related to education and health. According to data from East Java in 2017, East Java's education has a significant positive direct effect on the East Java economy of 0.343%, while indirectly through unemployment has an insignificant effect increased by 0.0021%. In addition, health has no significant direct and indirect effect on the East Java economy with coefficients of 0.078% and -0.0023%, respectively.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the work attitude of private junior high school teachers in Tanjung Priok district. This research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The populations in this study were 307 teachers with 75 research samples of teachers selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive influence on teacher work attitude; (2) interpersonal communication also has a positive direct effect on teacher work attitude; (3) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on interpersonal communication. Therefore, work attitude can be developed through the improvement of organizational culture and interpersonal communication.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. The purpose of this study was to determine and study the teacher performance model of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) which was built based on the associative causal relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables: (1) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher work ethics, (2) the influence of organizational culture on work ethics. , (3) the influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, (4) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, (5) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance, (6) the influence of organizational culture on performance, (7) the effect of work ethic on performance, and (8) the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance. The methods used to achieve the objectives of this study are survey, sampling and quantitative methods. The population of this research is MAN teachers in North Sumatra Province, amounting to 1177 teachers (sampling frame) and involving 298 respondents (proportional random sampling). This research is also classified as an explanatory study which explains that to determine the magnitude of the influence of a variable with other variables, both direct and indirect effects can be used path analysis. The results of this study are (1) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on work ethic, (2) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on work ethic, (3) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (4) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on satisfaction. work, (5) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, (6) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on performance, (7) work ethic has a positive direct effect on performance, and (8) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on the performance of MAN teachers in North Sumatra. Overall, the perfect fit model has been tested, a model of MAN teacher performance improvement which is proportionally influenced directly and indirectly by job satisfaction, work ethic, self-efficacy, and MAN organizational culture.

<p>The commitment of lecturers as indicated in their loyalty and performance plays a very important role in achieving organizational goals. The researcher formulates the problem as follows;. What is the personality of the theological school lecturer in West Java? 2. How is the performance of theological school lecturers in West Java? 3. How is the commitment of theological school lecturers in West Java? 4. How much influence does the personality and performance of the lecturers have on the organizational commitment of theological school in West Java? The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of personality, lecturer performance on commitment to the theological school lecturer organization in West Java. 124 lecturers who were sampled were taken from 8 theological schools in region II Bogor. Data collection techniques obtained by conducting interviews. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods, descriptive statistics, linkert scale and path analysis. Then the results show that there is a positive direct effect of personality on organizational commitment by having a positive direct influence on the path coefficient ρ31 = 0.169, Lecturer performance on organizational commitment with a positive direct effect by having a positive direct influence on the coefficient ρ32 = 0.267, Dosendan performance and personality. performance together against organizational commitment ρ32 = 0.436. So the conclusion is that the personality and high performance of the lecturers greatly influence organizational commitment</p>
