The purpose of the study was to determine, test and analyze empirically the effect of work discipline, training and professionalism on employee commitment and performance at DPMPTSP Karanganyar Regency. Sampling using the census technique of 35 respondents. Research data is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used instrument test, linearity test, hypothesis test, path analysis. The results showed that training and professionalism had a significant effect on commitment, while work discipline had no significant effect on commitment; work discipline, training, professionalism and commitment have a significant effect on performance. The F test results show that work discipline, training, professionalism and commitment have a significant effect on performance. The total R2 test results are 0.981, meaning that the performance variable is explained by work discipline, training, professionalism, and commitment of 98.1 %, the remaining 1.9 % is explained by other factors outside the research model. The results of the path analysis show that the direct path of work discipline to performance is the most dominant and most effective path to improve performance. The commitment intervening variable cannot mediate all independent variables on the dependent variable.

The purpose of this research is to know and examine the influence of Leadership, Discipline and Communication on Performance Through Motivation in Open University Tutor (Study on Wonosobo II Learning Group UPBJJ Yogyakarta Open University). Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and questionnaire, the sampling method was census method. Analysis using path analysis (path analysis). The result of t test shows that Leadership has an insignificant effect on the motivation of open university tutor. Discipline has no significant effect on the motivation of open university tutors. Communication has no significant effect on the motivation of open university tutors. Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Discipline has no significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Motivation has no significant effect on the performance of open university tutors.F test results show that leadership, discipline, communication and motivation together have a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. The result of total coefficient determination test 41,8%. This means that the performance of university tutor tutors is open, explained by Leadership, discipline, communication and motivation variables as intervening variable of 41.8%. And the remaining 58.2% described other variables outside the research model, for example, organizational culture and commitment, the work environment not included in the model. The result of path analysis shows that communication has significant effect to performance, is the most dominant path.Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Communication, Motivation and Performance

This research aims to obtain data and information relating to the supervision and performance of employees. Research methods used in this research is descriptive research method of analysis. Then the data obtained processed and compiled up to gained clarity about the influence of the variable variable bound against free. Data collection techniques used through three ways: 1) observation (direct observation against the object of the research); 2) interviews; 3 question form); 4) study of the documentation. Based on a number of data research results and hypothesis test results by using path analysis (path analysis), it can be concluded that the direct and indirect supervision has a significant influence on performance of religious Ministry Office clerk in Tasikmalaya Regency. The magnitude of the influence on performance of such oversight specified direct and indirect supervision. The greatest contribution given by direct supervision then followed by indirect supervision.

Motivation to study is the change of energy in an individual that can be signed with the emergence of feelings and reaction to reach goals. While self-discipline is a circumstance which form through a process that shows the values of self-confession, obedience, regularity, and orderliness to the applicable regulation, and to support good learning outcome should have motivation to study and also a good self-discipline. This study aim to find out the relation between motivation to study and self-discipline with the learning outcome in electrical motor installation subject. The population of this study is the whole electrical installation expertise program’s student in SMK Kapin. While the used sample is all the student who already got electrical motor installation subject as many as 60 students. The used method in this research is expost facto which used quantitative approach. The primary data is the motivation to study and self-discipline data, while the secondary data is the learning outcome data. The data analysis technique that used is hypothesis test and F-test that previously done prerequisite analysis test using normality test and linearity test. The calculation result shows that the hypothesis test with 5% of significant level obtained rcount = 0,6 and rtable = 0,254, because rcount > rtable , then the Fcount =16,03 and Ftable = 3,15 which mean Fcount > Ftable so it can be concluded that there is a significant relation between the motivation to study and self- discipline with the learning outcome of electrical motor installation practice in electrical installation expertise SMK Kapin Jakarta. ABTRAK Motivasi belajar aSdalah perubahan energi dalam diri seseorang yang ditandai dengan timbulnya perasaan dan reaksi untuk mencapai tujuan. Sedangkan disiplin diri adalah suatu kondisi yang terbentuk melalui proses yang menunjukan nilai-nilai pengakuan diri sendiri, ketaatan , kepatuhan, keteraturan, dan ketertiban kepada peraturan yang berlaku, dan untuk mendukung hasil belajar yang baik harus memiliki motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri yang baik juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum siswa dalam mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa program keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik SMK Kapin, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik sebanyak 60 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian primer adalah data motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri, sedangkan data sekunder adalah data hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji-F yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh nilai rhitung = 0,6 dan nilai rtabel = 0,254, karena nilai rhitung > rtabel , kemudian nilai Fhitung sebesar 16,03 dan nilai Ftabel = 3,15 yang berarti Fhitung > Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum instalasi motor listrik Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Kapin Jakarta .

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know and analyze empirically influence of trust, promotion and product quality on satisfaction and loyalty of customer of saving in PD. BPR of Bank Daerah Klaten. The analytical technique used is by using instrument test which includes validity test and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient determination test and correlation analysis. Hypothesis test results trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of savings. Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Trust has no significant effect on customer savings loyalty. Promotion has a significant effect on customer savings loyalty. Product quality has no significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer savings loyalty. The result of F test can be concluded jointly variable of trust, promotion, product quality, and satisfaction influence to customer loyalty of saving PD. BPR of Bank Daerah Klaten. The total R2 result of 0.890 can be interpreted as the loyalty of customers of PD saving. BPR Bank Daerah Klaten explained by the variable of trust, promotion, product quality and satisfaction of 89% and the remaining 11% described other variables outside the research model as an example location, service quality and infrastructure facilities. The result of path analysis shows that the influence of trust through satisfaction is the most dominant influence in influencing customer loyalty of PD saving. One of the traditional agricultural commodities in Bali, especially in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency is salt, which is known as a source of livelihood in Kusamba Village. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the production and income of salt farmers in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by conducting interviews with 62 salt farmers in Kusamba Village. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The test results showed that the area of ??land, labor and capital had a positive and significant effect on the amount of salt production in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. Land area, labor, capital and salt production have a positive and significant effect on the income of salt farmers in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. Land area, labor, and capital have a positive effect on the income of salt farmers through salt production in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency.

The purpose of this study was to test empirically Effect of Compensation, Motivation and External Factors To Performance Officer With Property Taxes Voting in the District Effectiveness Matesih Karanganyar. The analysis technique used is using validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. Compensation Hypothesis Test Results significantly influence the effectiveness of tax collection. Motivation significantly influences the effectiveness of tax collection. External factors do not significant effect on effectiveness of tax collection. Compensation significant effect on the performance of Officers. Motivation significant effect on the performance of the Property Taxes polling clerk. External factors do not significant effect on the performance of Officers. Effectiveness of tax collection clerk significant effects on performance. F test results can be concluded jointly variable compensation, motivation, and external factors affecting the effectiveness of tax collection performance. The R2 total of 0,974 means that the performance of the Property Taxes in the district polling officer Matesih Karanganyar explained by the variable compensation, motivation, external factors and the effectiveness of tax collection amounted to 97.4%. The results of path analysis showed that the effective compensation and motivation through a direct path, while external factors are not effective for direct and indirect pathways.

The aim of research to examine the influence of internal factors and external factors on the performance of vendors through entrepreneurial orientation in Tawangmangu Karanganyar regency, Central Java. This study took a sample of street vendors in Karanganyar, Central Java Tawangmangu some 150 street vendors. This study use path analysis. Hypothesis test results show that internal factors and external factors influence the entrepreneurial orientation and performance of vendors Entrepreneurial orientation does not affect the performance of street vendors. The variable external factors more effectively the performance of vendors without going through orientansi entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence social media Instagram and consumer confidence in millennial purchase interest. The variables of this research are Instagram social media (X1), consumer trust (X2) and millennial purchase interest (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach, by distributing 200 online questionnaires to millennials of productive age. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is the path analysis. Hypothesis test results show intagram social media and consumer trust have a significant influence on millennial buying interest and mediation hypothesis testing results show that consumer confidence variables mediate Instagram social media on millennial buying interest. The purpose of this study are to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership, Work Environment, Competence And Organizational Culture To Job Satisfaction That Impact Lecturer Performance At Polytechnic ATMI Surakarta.This study is a survey research. The data used are primary data by sampling of lecturer at Polytechnic ATMI Surakarta as many as 57 respondents. The data analysis method was tested by validity, reliability test, t-test, F, coefficient of determination (R2) and path analysis test.T test results as follows: leadership not significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment significant effect on job satisfaction, competence significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture not significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership not significant effect on performance, the working environment have a significant effect on performance, competence significantly influence the performance, organizational culture not significant effect on the performance, satisfaction significant effect on the performance of work. F test results showed simultaneous variables of leadership, work environment, competence, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of lecturers. Results Analysis The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 77.7% of faculty performance variation can be explained by the leadership, work environment, competence, organizational culture and job satisfaction while the remaining 22.3% is explained by other factors outside the model. The result of path analysis showed a direct influence on the performance of greater competence than the indirect effect on performance competence through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance of the work environment is greater than the indirect effect on the performance of the work environment through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance leadership is smaller than the indirect effect of leadership on performance through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance organizational culture is smaller than the indirect effect of organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. Based on the results of total leverage to improve performance would be more effective if through increased competence.

The tourism sector is one important sector that can contribute to improving the regional economy. However, the implementation of product and tariff strategies that are not optimal can have an impact on the low sales value and profits, and in turn affect regional revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of product strategy performance, tariff strategy and sales value on profits. Using a quantitative approach, the population in this study is 20 tourist destinations in DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documents and related literature. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate product strategy, tariff strategy, and sales value have a partial and simultaneous effect both on profit. The dominant variables in this study are (1) the application of the tariff strategy as a determinant of sales value and (2) the application of the product strategy as a determinant of profit.Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting yang bisa berkontribusi bagi peningkatan perekonomian daerah. Namun demikian, penerapan strategi produk dan tarif yang tak maksimal dapat berdampak pada rendahnya nilai penjualan serta laba yang diperoleh, dan pada gilirannya memengaruhi penerimaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja strategi produk, strategi tarif dan nilai penjualan terhadap laba usaha. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 destinasi wisata di Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen dan literatur-literatur terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi produk, strategi tarif, dan nilai penjualan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap laba. Variabel dominan dalam penelitian ini ialah (1) penerapan strategi tarif sebagai determinan penjualan dan (2) penerapan strategi produk sebagai determinan laba.
