One of the traditional agricultural commodities in Bali, especially in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency is salt, which is known as a source of livelihood in Kusamba Village. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the production and income of salt farmers in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by conducting interviews with 62 salt farmers in Kusamba Village. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The test results showed that the area of ??land, labor and capital had a positive and significant effect on the amount of salt production in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. Land area, labor, capital and salt production have a positive and significant effect on the income of salt farmers in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. Land area, labor, and capital have a positive effect on the income of salt farmers through salt production in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency.

This research was made to answer the problem formulation in this study that was to find out whether there were effects of tax regulation understanding, tax sanctions and tax audits on individual taxpayer compliance. With the aim of research was to determine the effect of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliancein KPP Pratama Palembang SeberangUlu, to determine the effect of tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. The variables in this study were tax regulations understanding (X1), taxation sanctions (X2), taxpayer compliance (Y). this type of research was associative and descriptive. The population in this study was 45 UKM Seberang Ulu I. Data that used in this research primary data of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22.The results of the study showed that taxregulations understanding did not have an effect and was not significant on taxpayer compkiance, while taxation sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

The growth of coffee consumption in the community has a negative impact on the increase in the amount of plastic waste from coffee drinks. This condition is the focus of Starbuck's attention to produce green product reusable Color changing cups. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence buying interest in green product reusable color changing cups. The research method used is survey and the data analysis technique used is path analysis. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents who are Instagram followers @starbucksindonesia who use reusable color changing cups at the Sahid Sudirman Center. The results showed that Green Product had a positive effect on repurchase intention through green advertising. This research also shows that the innovation of reusable color changing cups as a green product launched by Starbucks, was received positively and in accordance with the needs of people who have started to care about environmentally friendly products. Starbucks consumers will reuse reusable color changing cups as containers or glasses when purchasing drinks.

This research was conducted in the police unit of Pamong Praja Batang Hari District as part of regional devices in the enforcement and public order implementation and community tranquility. The purpose of this research is to see how the incentive impact and the discipline of motivation and impact on performance of police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District. This research is a research using a method of descriptive and verificative research, which is a method of researching a human group, an object, the situation and condition of a system of thought with a purpose to make a description, a systematic picture according to the facts being investigated. The verificative research aims to examine the hypothesis of the influence between variables of this study. The samples in this study used the census method, which is all employees in the police unit of Batang Hari Distrct, while the data used in this research is the primary data obtained from the results of the statement in questionnaire provided and has been filled by each employee in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District, the data analysis technique that data used is path analysis, with the help of software program SPSS version 22. The results of this study showed that the free variables of incentive and discipline positively and significantly affect the employee's motivation and have a positive and significant impact on the employee performance of the Pamong Praja Police unit at Batang Hari District, this proves that with the increase of incentives and discipline in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District, it will also increase the motivation that will impact the improvement of employee performance in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

This research is a research follow class by using the secound cycle that there is the first cycle and cycle II. On the cycle I and cycle II each cycle there four stage of the (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. Each cycle has two meetings in one week, namely the first meeting and the second meeting with the allocation 2 x 40 minutes of each meeting. Subject in research is learners class VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya totaling 37 learners contained 16 learners men and 21 learners woman. This school is located in Jl. Kebraon Indah Permai Blok K/23 A Surabaya. Data collection techniques to use the observation and test, data analysis technique using the percentage of. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that using pictorial writing media on the meme on Instagram can improve the writing skills of class students VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya. This can be seen from (1) population activity in the cycle I 84,61% on the cycle II 100%, (2) activity learners in cycle I 83,44% on the cycle II 90,20%, (3) the test results writing skills poerty in cycle I 56,73% one the cycle of II increased 83,70%.

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora. The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

Job achievement is very important for an organization or company to achieve its goals. The expected goal can be achieved through this research is to see the Effect of Mutation and Job Training on Job spirit And Its Impact at Ministry of Religion Office Of, Cilegon. The sample in this research were 100 employees of Cilegon city ministry office of total population of 339 employees. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that there is a significant influence between mutation, job training system and job spirit partially. Job mutations (X1) and job training (X2) affect job spirit (Z) by 85 percent, and the rest are influenced by other variables. Furthermore there is also significant influence between work mutation, job training and work morale on job performance partially, where the influence of 78,5 percent, and the rest influenced by other variables Keywords: mutation, job training, morale, employee achievement

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between financial behavior based on income, financial literacy and a personal lifestyle. This study uses primary data through a data collection process by distributing questionnaires online (using Google Forms) among the total of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used here is SPSS, version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between financial literacy variables and financial behavior. Meanwhile, income and lifestyle variables seem to have no influence on financial behavior.
