Rapid socio-cultural changes taking place in our country entail an inalienable modernization of all spheres of the material and spiritual life of society. This process has not bypassed the traditional education system. Every day the new concept of higher education makes more and more new requirements for the system of training specialists. A kind of «swing» from technical to humanitarian education is a rather old phenomenon, and today, apparently, the creators of artificial intelligence receive a clear priority in the development of educational programs for training specialists of any direction. «New challenges» of modern society entail new problems, one of them, in our opinion, is changes in the world of values. Therefore, the upbringing of deep respect for the culture of other peoples, the formation of the value-semantic component of the life of the young generation is the most relevant direction in education, which is adequately handled by one of the subsystems of Pedagogics - Ethnopedagogics. The aim of the study is to analyze Ethnopedagogics as a humanitarian resource of the education system. The multidimensional nature of the problem has made it possible to use the methods of interdisciplinary synthesis to form an interconnected complex of ideas about Ethnopedagogics as an integral and diverse scientific knowledge.

The article presents a small part of the results of a large-scale study of the psychological health of modern society. On the basis of regression analysis, the necessity of including the subjective picture of the world in the system of psychological health resources is substantiated. The author presents a structural model of the influence of subjective factors on the psychological health of the young generation during the period of life self-determination. The unevenness and multidirectionality of the influence of various subjective factors on psychological health at a young age is noted. Depending on the field of psychological health, it is proposed to consider various sets of subjective factors as resources. Attention is drawn to the insufficient influence of subjective characteristics on psychological health at a young age and the limited use of subjectivity as a resource. It is proposed to consider social comparisons at the stage of life self-determination as a resource of psychological health. At the same time, the gap between ideas about oneself and the ideal of no more than 30% of the total range of assessment is optimal for maintaining psychological health.

It is known that the next generation grows intertwined with technology, can easily communicate with peers all over the world, adapt to new technological tools very quickly, and is fond of independence. For these reasons, it has become impossible to prepare the next generation for the future with the traditional education system. In a world where digital technology dominates our lives, the flipped learning model has emerged. In this model, the student performs cognitive activities on lower levels such as acquisition information and understanding before the course. The course focuses on higher level cognitive activities such as practice, analysis, evaluation, and synthesis with the support of peers and teachers. Thus, students are transformed from individuals informed by their teachers to individuals who reach information and take it to the next step. In this chapter, the flipped learning model was introduced; its benefits and limitations, researches about the model, recommendations for implementation are discussed.
