This paper looks at one of the unique cultures of Indonesia, the Minangkabau, in West Sumatera Province. Minangkabau is known as one of the biggest cultures in the world practicing matrilineal system in its family. This system means that every child who is born follows his or her mother`s clan line. Matrilineal education integrates religious and cultural values to their children. According to this system, there are four central figures that have important roles in educating young generations of Minangkabau. They are Bundo Kanduang, Ninik Mamak, Alim Ulama, and Cadiak Pandai. The purpose of this paper is to explore the roles of these four central figures of Minangkabau in integrating religious and cultural values to the young generation. The data for this paper uses secondary data, namely the study of literature. Data analysis techniques in this study are three roots of reduction, presentation, and verification of data. Results show that each of the four central figures has different roles but they are united to integrate the education system of the Minangkabau community.

The author who is directly involved in the consignment trading process sees so many phenomena that occur, whether it is related to the consignment trader, the shop owner, the emotional relationship between the two, business relationships, character, cultural values, and so on. The research approach used in this study is qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. The types of data in this study are: primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this study use data analysis techniques miles and hubermen, including data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). The results of this study indicate that there are 7 patterns of interaction between consignment traders and shop owners, namely: making mutually beneficial business agreements, cooperation on the basis of mutual trust, mutual understanding of each other's character, respecting different cultures, disputes for breaking the agreement, lack of openness, and conflict of interest.

In Indonesia, the Corporation is already recognized as one of the perpetrators of criminal acts in a variety of specific criminal acts and regulations, including in the Fisheries Act. Article 1 paragraph (14) Act No. 31 of the year 2004 jo Act No. 45 of the year 2009 about fisheries States that every person is a person, the individual or Corporation. This research is normative juridical research. The approach used is statute approach.The results showed that in the theory of criminal law, there is some form of the position of the Corporation as the perpetrator of a criminal offence may be subject to iability. The purpose of this study is to examine how the legal position of the Corporation as the perpetrator of the criminal offence of fishing in Indonesia. This research is the normative legal research. The data used are secondary data, while data collection is done through the study of the literature. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

<p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Management of the Agroniaga Bank chosen unilaterally by the people’s Indonesia of Bank.</p><p>Keywords : Rakyat Indonesia Bank and Agroniaga Bank, acquisition, basic considerations,  ownership and governance.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai dasar utama yang menjadi pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia  dalam  melakukan  akuisisi  Bank Agroniaga,  dan  mengetahui  kepemilikan  serta  susunan kepengurusan sesudah akuisisi atau pengambilalhian saham yang dilakukan oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia terhadap Bank Agroniaga ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Kepengurusan Bank Agroniaga dipilih secara sepihak oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia.</p><p>Kata kunci: Bank Rakyat Indonesia dan Bank Agroniaga, akuisisi, dasar pertimbangan, kepemilikan dan kepengurusan</p>

 The 2015 Paris Agreement requires all participating countries to reduce emisson level. Indonesia as Non-Annex I accepted the norms of the 2015 Paris Agreement by ratifying this agreement. Meanwhile, Indonesia's emissions level continues to increase due to the rate of deforestation and forest degradation in Indonesia which ranks highest in the world. This study aims to analyze Indonesian policy in ratifying the agreement by using the Constructivism Perspective in explaining the International Regime and the Concept of Norm Influence by Finnemore and Sikkink. The study uses qualitative methods with explanatory designs. Data collection techniques are sourced from secondary sources as well as data analysis techniques carried out by reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions as well as verification. This study found that the United States as a hegemonic state acting as the norm entrepreneurs by granting climate change financial assistance of $500 million through the GCF for Indonesia as a developing country was a condition affecting Indonesia in ratifying the agreement. Keywords: Indonesia, ratify, 2015 Paris Agreement, norm, climate change.

This study aims to see the phenomena of the tradition of pilgrimage to the grave of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka in Dusun Senuko Sidoagung Godean Sleman. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. This study has two types of data and data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data interview techniques in this study were carried out by direct field observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data, data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. The data validity checking technique used was the source triangulation technique and the technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate the phenomenon of the pilgrimage tradition at K.H.Rr's grave intending to pray for and interpret the values of life, pilgrims who visit the grave of waliyullah K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka can trace the struggle of previous scholars in Islam. The existence of Sendang Bagusan as an example of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka is still used by the Javanese mystical adherents for the kungkum ritual to achieve certain goals. The development of the Tomb of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka also had a positive impact on the construction of hamlet roads, gates, and youth organization activities in Senuko Village.

This research is located at a Tourism Village Penglipuran, Bangli aims to determine the existing condition and synergy Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwista Penglipuran in the development of tourism in Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bangli. Data collection techniques in this research are by observation, in-depth interviews, and study of the documentation relating to the secondary data in the field. The data have been obtained were analyzed by qualitative data analysis techniques that work with the data, organizing data, sorting them into manageable units, search and find patterns, find what is important, and what is learned, and deciding what can be describe to people other. Results of this study were concluded that the existing condition of Tourism Village Penglipuran includes, physical and non-physical condition. Synergies Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwisata Penglipuran in the development of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran is customary village as a tourism asset owners served as a maker and designer of the policy, while the tourism manager in charge of implementing the tourism policy. Moreover, in the management of the tourism activity undertaken by Pengelola Pariwisata, Desa Adat authorities to supervise all activities of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran.

Recently, universities keep receiving complaints from the industries regarding the capability of engineering graduates when starting their new job. The complaints were always about the inability of the engineering graduates to adapt in the industry. This is due to minimum exposure of industrial training period given by university to them. As a result, most of fresh engineering graduates do not have enough industry experience that is demanded by industry. Worse case, there is mismatching skill during industrial training which not relevance to what they are studied before. This problem contributes to unemployment issue among engineering fresh graduates. The purpose of this paper is to review and analyse about the engineering competencies from all over the world. The paper is written on extensive secondary data analysis. It is revealed that the criteria needed by employers from most developed countries are almost similar. Based on summary, technical and non-technical skills are both important to become a competent engineer. There are some recommendations to develop and improve both technical and non-technical skills that can be emphasized by authorities of higher education especially in Malaysia.

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of Human Development Index and Open Unemployment to poverty in Indonesia. The data in this study are secondary data about the human development index, the opened unemployment rate, and the percentage of poverty. The data is obtained from panel data of 33 provinces in Indonesia for 4 years from 2011 to 2014. The data analysis techniques uses regression analysis by using Random Effects based on the results of the Lagrange Multiplier test. The results showes that the Human Development Index hasa significant negative effect to poverty. Meanwhile, the level of opened unemployment has no significant effect to poverty in Indonesia. The world of education today began to be tarnished because of the frequent encounters of psychic or moral violence so that it is necessary to increase and develop the creativity of educators, especially in understanding the psychological condition of student. This study aims to examine critically and reflectively about the concept of creativity according to Muhammad Iqbal and its implementation in understanding the psychology of student. Data collection in this study was conducted through documentation techniques with secondary data sources as the primary data. Furthermore, data analysis is done through content analysis. The results of the study showed, namely First, the concept of creativity according to Muhammad Iqbal is part of the development of individuality that can be understood by exploring the conception of the nature and function of individuals through education. Second, the implementation of Muhammad Iqbal's concept of creativity in the psychological understanding of learners has a very urgent position in the world of education today.
