This research aims to generate the correlation between several barrier factors: product design barrier, knowledge barrier, cost barrier, and supply source barrier towards Gen-Y customer purchase intention of sustainable fashion in Indonesia. This research is using the theory that stated barrier factors are directly influencing customer purchase intention. A total of 226 respondents all across Indonesia are selected through the non-probability purposive sampling technique. This study's instrument uses questionnaires that have been adjusted in terms of language and evaluated by using validity and reliability testing. The data output from data collection is analyzed with the multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate a significant influence between product design barriers, knowledge barriers, cost barriers, and supply source barriers simultaneously towards purchase intention of sustainable fashion among Indonesian Gen-Y. When assessed partially, product design barriers negatively influence purchase intention, and the result is significant. It means that the product design barrier is not a barrier that hinders the purchase intention of sustainable fashion. The knowledge barrier and cost barrier also negatively influence purchase intention of sustainable fashion, but the result is not significant. The supply source barrier has a positive influence on the purchase intention of sustainable fashion. It means there is an actual barrier that hinders the purchase intention of sustainable fashion. This study suggested that business owners make sustainable fashion more accessible on every platform, offline and online, to decrease the supply source barrier.

Most studies argue that the implementation of relationship like customer relationship management (CRM) may represent the difference between the success and failure of retailing organization. The purposes of this research is: (1) to test the new construct of CRM based on elements of social media related to the customer relationship, (2) to investigate the relationship between CRM and purchase intention, (3) to investigate the relationship between purchase intention and customer loyalty, (4) to examine the effect of purchase intention as a mediating role between CRM and customer loyalty, (5) to examine psychological distance as the moderating role between CRM and purchase intention. The conceptual focus of CRM model is to see the effectiveness of using social media to create purchase intention and their impact on customer loyalty. This research used SEM analysis with Smart PLS 2.0 version to test the validity and reliability of the data. The data sample is collected from Twitter and Facebook users. The results indicated that the CRM has a positive influence on purchase intention. On the other hand, purchase intention has a positive effect on customer loyalty and at the same time, it played a mediating role between CRM and customer loyalty. Psychological distance was moderated by CRM and purchase intention. The four hypotheses are supported. This study uses the theory of Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) using a quantitative approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling method, using purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 200 respondents in the purchase intention category in the High Involvement product and also 200 in the Low Involvement product category. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that browsing activities on Instagram for both the High and Low Involvement categories of the product had a positive influence on flow conditions, online trust, and purchase intentions. Then online trust in an account on Instagram has a positive influence on flow conditions. Likewise, the flow condition variable and online trust also have an influence on the purchase intention of the latest items on Instagram.
