<p>The aim of this research is to know the influence of adversity quotient of the <br />students toward the learning result (achievement) in junior high school in Jakarta. The research method which was used in the research is survey method. The population of research is all students in junior high school 217 Jakarta. Samples are taken by simple random sampling, consisted of 53 students. The research instrument is adversity quotient of the students and mathematics learning achievement that have been validated. Data analysis employed regretion correlation. The hypothesis testing resulted conclution: there positive correlation of adversity quotient of the students toward the mathematics learning <br />achievement. <br /> <br /><br /></p>

<p>The aim of this research is to know the influence of mathematical communication skills of the students toward the learning result (achievement) in junior high school in Jakarta. The research method which was used in the research is survey method. The population of research is all students in junior high school in Penjaringan, north Jakarta. Samples are taken by simple random sampling, consisted of 34 students. The research instrument is mathematical communication skills of the students and mathematics learning achievement. Data analysis employed regretion correlation. The hypothesis testing resulted in conclusion: there a positive correlation of mathematical communication skills of the students toward the mathematics learning achievement. <br /><br /></p>

This thesis was concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability of the seventh grade students at State Junior High School of Lubai Ulu Sub-District of Muaraenim Regency. The problem of the study was to investigate the correlation among students’ learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability. The total number of the population were 474 students. The sample for this study was 83 students taken through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting a questionnaire for learning motivation, self-confidence, and test for writing ability. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. Finding showed that: (1) there was significant correlation between learning motivation and writing ability; (2) there was not any significant correlation between self-confidence and writing ability; (3) there was not any significant correlation between learning motivation and self-confidence; (4) there were significant correlations among learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability of seventh grade-students at state Junior High School of Lubai Ulu Muaraenim.

The purpose of this research is  to  determine the influence of managerial ability and creativity on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City.The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument from questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity.    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 60 kepala sekolah dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, 2) ada pengaruh positif langsung kreatifitas terhadap keputusan kepala sekolah. membuat dan 3) ada efek positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap kreatifitas Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kreatifitas

ENGLISHThe increase of child abuse in Pati Regency quite alarming. The aims of this study were to describe of bullying activity on student and describes form of bullying in junior high school (SMP) students in Pati Regency from the perspective of victims and bullies. The research method is a descriptive quantitative. The population are SMP students in Pati Regency in total 31,012 students. The number of respondent (sampling size) is 395 students from 21 SMP. The sampling method uses proportional area random sampling. This study was conducted from June to October 2015. Data are analyzed by descriptive. The results showed that 58.2% of the total respondents had experienced bullying. Students who experience bullying are grouped into three categories: 1) Bullies; 2) The victim; and 3) The bullies and victim. The last category has a dominant percentage (53.8%) compared to other categories. From the victim's viewpoint, the most widely form of bullying was verbal bullying (29.3%). However, 43.4% of victims feel that bullying was common. The majority of bullies was classmate (58.6%) and the bullying activity was mostly occured in classroom (84.3%). From bullies’s viewpoint, the most practiced form of bullying was verbal bullying 44.2%. Most bullies fell guilty (37.3%) while most of their victims were classmates (77.5%). Furthermore, the main reason to bully was fun (58.7%) and it was done in classroom (87.5%). INDONESIAPeningkatan angka kekerasan anak di Kabupaten Pati cukup memprihatinkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan perilaku bullying pada siswa SMP dan menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk bullying pada siswa SMP di Kabupaten Pati dari sudut pandang korban maupun pelaku. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kabupaten Pati yang berjumlah 31.012. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 395 siswa dari 21 SMP yang bersedia menjadi responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional area random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai Oktober 2015. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 58,2% dari total responden pernah mengalami perilaku bullying. Siswa yang mengalami bullying terbagi dalam 3 peran yaitu pelaku, korban dan pelaku sekaligus korban dengan persentase yang mendominasi yaitu 52,8%. Berdasarkan sudut pandang korban, bentuk bullying paling banyak dialami adalah bullying verbal 29,3%. Korban menganggap bullying yang diterima adalah hal yang biasa (43,4%), namun banyak juga yang merasa sedih (30,3%). Pelaku paling dominan adalah teman seangkatan sebanyak 58,6%. Tempat terjadinya bullying sebagian besar adalah di kelas (84,3%). Berdasarkan sudut pandang pelaku, bentuk paling banyak dilakukan kepada korban adalah bullying verbal 44,2%. Sebagian pelaku bullying merasa menyesal (37,3%), sasaran paling banyak adalah teman seangkatan (77,5%). 58,7% pelaku bullying mengungkapkan alasan perilaku adalah iseng, bullying sebagian besar dilakukan di kelas (87,5%).

AbstrakDitinjau dari aspek kognitif, kemampuan analisis dan kemampuan evaluasi matematis merupakan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Peningkatan kedua kemampuan tersebut perlu didukung oleh model pembelajaran yang tepat, salah satunya model MURDER. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran matematika menggunakan model MURDER, peningkatan kemampuan analisis, dan peningkatan kemampuan evaluasi matematis. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen, dengan desain One Group Pretest and Postest. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Mandirancan dengan sampel random sampling sebanyak 36 siswa. Instrumen penelitian diantaranya tes kemampuan analisis matematis, tes kemampuan evaluasi matematis, dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas siswa dengan model MURDER mengalami peningkatan setiap pertemuan. Rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa pada pertemuan pertama sebesar 73%, pertemuan kedua sebesar 76%, pertemuan ketiga sebesar 80%. Selanjutnya, terdapat peningkatan kemampuan analisis matematis dengan rata-rata 0.75, interpretasi tinggi dan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan evaluasi matematis dengan rata-rata mencapai 0.69, interpretasi sedang. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, model MURDER efektif diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan analisis dan evaluasi matematis siswa SMP.                                    Application of MURDER Learning to Improve the Analytical and Mathematical Evaluation Ability at Junior High School AbstractIn cognitive aspects, analytical and mathematical evaluation abilities are higher-order thinking skills that need attention. The improvement of these needs supporting by an appropriate learning model, one of which is the MURDER model.  This study aims to determine: student activities during mathematics learning using the MURDER model, increased analytical skills, and increased mathematical evaluation abilities. The method used is an experiment, with One Group Pretest and Postest design. The study was conducted at SMPN 2 Mandirancan taking 36 students by Random Sampling. The instruments used were mathematical analysis ability tests, mathematical evaluation ability tests, and observation sheets. The results showed that student activities with the MURDER model at each meeting increased. The average percentage of student activity at the first meeting was 73%, the second meeting was 76%, the third meeting was 80%. There was an increase in mathematical analysis skills with an average of 0.75 high interpretation and there was an increase in mathematical evaluation skills with averaging 0.69, moderate interpretation. Based on the results obtained, the MURDER model is effectively applied to improve the analysis and evaluation skills of junior high school students.

This study aims to describe the sociomatematical norms that are owned by students when learning mathematics in class. The subjects of this study were students of class VII-A Jakarta 113 Junior High School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research uses sociomatematical norms questionnaire and interview. Based on the results of the study, there were 9 students who had very good sociomatematical norms categories with a total percentage of indicators of 81% and there were 14 students who had good sociomatematical norms categories with a total percentage of indicators of 72%. The results showed that very good sociomatematical norms owned by students would affect the high results obtained by students in mathematics learning and good sociomatematical norms would affect the moderate and low results obtained by students in learning mathematics.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perilaku pro-lingkungan adalah sebuah tindakan yang dilakukan secara sadar untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia pada lingkungan. Perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan salah satunya melalui ecoliteracy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 45 Jakarta pada semester genap bulan Mei  tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 168 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil uji prasyarat diketahui bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,171 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,026, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,029, artinya ecoliteracy berkontribusi terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta sebesar 2,9%.</p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Kata kunci: Ecoliteracy, perilaku pro-lingkungan, peserta didik.</em></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Pro-environmental behavior is a conscious act to reduce the negative impact caused by human activity on the environment. Pro-environment behavior in students can be improved through ecoliteracy. This study aims to determine the relationship of ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior in students of junior high school. This research was conducted at 45 Jakarta junior high school on May 2017-2018. The method used is descriptive method with correlational study. Total of sample are 168 students selected by simple random sampling technique. The result of prerequisite test known that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. The correlation coefficient is 0.171 and the significance value is 0.026, it means there is a significant correlation between ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School. The coefficient of determination is 0.029, it means that ecoliteracy has determine pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School equal to 2.9%.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: Ecoliteracy, pro-environment behavior, student.</em></p>

Communication technology developing rapidly in this globalization era makes a lot of people use gadget as one of any media for communicate and entertaiment. Not only adult but teenager in school age. That increasing use of gadget for parent and teenager cause a new phenomena in family called alone together. This reasearch aim to give a description about the effect of alone together phenomenon on family interaction. This reasearch was conducted in 209 Junior High School, East Jakarta. This data reasearch processed by using simple random sampling technique and this reasearch use survey methode. Total samples 185 active students in 209 Junior High School, East Jakarta. This whole reasearch data are using SPSS 2.2 and Microsoft Excel. The prerequisite test in this study use kolmogorov smirnov for normality test and the result shows that data are not normally distribute. So the reasearch use non parametric calculation. Result of correlation coefficient test are obtained >  that is equal to -0,353 > 0,138. Result of t-test with significancy level 0,05 obtained >  that equal to -5,688 > 1,97 the result explain that there are a negative and significant correlation between alone together and family interaction. Alone together give 15% effective contribute to family interaction and the other 85% determine by other factors. Abstrak Teknologi komunikasi yang berkembang dengan cepat di era globalisasi membuat banyak masyarakat menggunakan gadget sebagai salah satu media atau sarana berkomunikasi dan mencari hiburan. Tidak hanya orang dewasa melainkan remaja dalam usia sekolah. Meningkatnya penggunaan gadget yang berlebih pada orang tua dan remaja tersebut menimbulkan suatu fenomena baru di dalam keluarga, yang disebut dengan alone together. Akibat dari fenomena tersebut adalah berkurangnya intensitas interaksi di dalam keluarga, khususnya interaksi antara orang tua dan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran hubungan fenomena alone together dengan interaksi keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 209 Jakarta Timur. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 185 siswa aktif di SMP Negeri 209 Jakarta Timur. Perhitungan data menggunakan SPSS 2.2 dan Excel. Uji prasyarat pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas kolmogorov smirnov dan hasil yang ada menyatakan bahwa data tidak berdistribusi dengan normal, maka penelitian ini mengunakan perhitungan non parametrik. Uji hipotesis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi dengan hasil >  yaitu sebesar  -0,353 > 0,138. Hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05 diperoleh yaitu >  -5,688 > 1,97 hal ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif dan hubungan yang signifikan antara fenomena alone together dengan interaksi keluarga. Alone together memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap interaksi keluarga sebesar 15%, sedangkan sisanya 85% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of organizational communication and motivation on the career development of the junior high school or the same level’s teacher in Zone I of Karimun’s Government Regency. Research based of junior high school or the same level’s government teacher with total sample 156 teachers with simple random sampling. The data were collected through participants observation using survey by questionnaire. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) organizational communication has positive influence on career development, (2) motivation has positive influence on career development, (3) organizational communication has positive influence on motivation. Result of the the research give information that an organization, in this case in Karimun’s Government Regency, the teachers can get the best career development by increase organizational communication and have a high motivation.

As computer literacy and programming ability increase at the elementary and junior high school levels, more thought must be given to the role of computers in mathematics learning. One step to be taken at the high school level is to accept Gerald Rising's (1983) suggestion to separate computer science and mathematics. This proposal is an excellent one and would help us to focus on ways to improve mathematics learning through the use of computers.
