In the world of Indonesian state finance, there are many types and varieties of financial products in circulation. As a society with the 4th largest population in the world, Indonesia is a very lucrative market share. This is often the main discussion in international organizations where Indonesia as a developing country is heading to a developed country. One product that is in great demand from year to year is retail sukuk. There are 15 Retail Sukuk products called Retail Sukuk 015. The products offered by the Indonesian government are very profitable on a certain scale. Where Retail Sukuk (retail sukuk) are a Sharia investment product offered by the government to individual Indonesian citizens. The management presented by Retail Sukuk must be based on Sharia principles, avoiding the elements of maysir (gambling), gharar (obscurity) and no usury (usury). The concept offered has also received a guarantee from the DSN MUI so that the contract used to issue Retail Sukuk is Ijarah-Asset to be leased. The existing capital turnover was developed for investment activities to purchase benefit rights to State Property leased by the government to procurement projects (project businesses). So the rewards are clearly taken or shared from the profits from the investment activities. To add to the clarity of how these benefits are obtained, it is described through 8 (eight) investment benefits issued by the Ministry of Finance as an extension of the Indonesian government. Therefore, the Government has a definite goal where the issuance of retail sukuk is to help finance the APBN and finance the development of various infrastructures in Indonesia. Land acquisition for public purposes, including for the construction of railroad infrastructure, is a matter that is proposed by all countries in the world. The Indonesian government or the Malaysian royal government needs land for railroad infrastructure development. To realize this, a regulation was made that became the legal umbrella for the government or royal government. The people must agree to regulations that require it. Land acquisition for public use in Malaysia can be completed quickly in Indonesia. The influencing factor is the different perceptions of the understanding of what are in the public interest, history and legal systems of the two countries as well as the people's reaction from the two countries

Since few years ago, Indonesian government has been concerning to gain many benefits from Indonesian diaspora in various regions in the world. There are many events and agendas provided by the government which are aimed to embrace many Indonesian diaspora for giving a great contribution towards their homelands. However, its vision for gaining attention from Indonesian diaspora tends to low because the government do not have Indonesian diaspora maps in details, comprehensive, as well as described by historical trajectory. This paper aims to understand the contribution of Indonesian Muslim diaspora by mapping the role of Indonesian Muslim Organizations in the Netherlands by socio-historical perspectives. The main reasons of the Netherlands as locus of this research are; Indonesian Muslim diaspora are the first actors who promoted Islam faces in this country since 1920s and it also was acknowledged as one of the highest Muslim populated countries in Europe. Afterwards, this paper shows that there are numerous Indonesian Muslim organizations in the Netherlands from different perspectives, mazhabs, and backgrounds. Even though the government did not pillarize Indonesian Muslim organizations, albeit most of them have strong connections with some Muslim organizations in Indonesia, starting from Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) until Salafist Movement.

Internationalization is an emerging trend in the development of higher education institutions (HEIs). Around the world, several projects and university associations and collaborations are launched to enhance internationalization including in Indonesia. For Indonesia, internationalization is an inevitable process and considered as a strategic step that Indonesian government should take in the globalizing world, especially after the ratification of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) by the government in 1994. Since then, the Government of Indonesia revises and produces policy and statutory regulations to promote international education in Indonesia and guarantee a good practice of integration of international dimension. Although many studies have been conducted to analyze this trend, very few studies focus on the legislations support for internationalization. For this purpose, the authors analyze the regulation with a normative juridical approach.

Decision making is an inherently complicated procedure, which by its very nature requires the decision-maker to co-opt all the stakeholders concerned. The procedure of decision-making may vary from country to country, depending on its size, culture, history and special demographic circumstances. Around the world, key decision-makers include the executive, the legislature and the judiciary. While the distribution of powers between these three may vary in tandem with their relation to each other, their roles remain the same. While the legislature enacts laws for its citizens, the executive, popularly known as the government, implements these laws and while doing so promulgates policies that are in alignment with the said laws. Mostly, the executive is also authorised to promulgate some laws of its own. The judiciary, on the other hand, comes into the picture when there is a dispute with regard to such laws. It also steps in on its own at times. While settling such disputes, the judiciary also ends up setting what we know as precedents, which also become a part of the legal fabric of a society. In a nutshell, these three are the key decision makers in any country. As mentioned above, while making decisions, these authorities are mostly required to co-opt all the stakeholders concerned, thereby making decision making a consultative process. These stakeholders include think tanks, research bodies, media and most importantly the affected party. The reason for having such a consultative procedure in place is that the decision makers are not experts in every subject or issue that comes their way. For instance, when a need to promulgate a national policy on thalassemia presents itself to a certain government, whether it be owing to media reportage or representations from the civil society, the decision makers will look towards people considered to be the experts in the subject to come forward and be a part of the policy making. One could say that this sounds like an ideal situation where the government actually invites people concerned with thalassemia to come forward and share views about it for the purpose of policy making. It is, however, true! It is as true for India as it is for any developed country. What we must ensure then is that the government or the decision maker considers us, the patients, as the experts. While it does sound obvious that those impacted with the disorder would be the ones with the first-hand knowledge about the disorder, the very fact that there is a topic in this conference on the role of patients in decision making speaks volumes about the distance that remains to be covered by the patients of thalassemia as far as participation in decision-making is concerned. With the massive strides in the field of medical science and the unflinching support of organisations like Thalassemia International Federation (TIF), we have now reached the stage where we must step out of the victim mode and represent ourselves before the decision-makers, whether by forming Patients Advocacy Groups or otherwise. One may take cue from various associations around the world. Global HD Organisations are a good example. They are known to have got together to give patients a voice in clinical research. The most popular strategy for reaching out to the decision makers is to unite, engage, and partner both in private meetings and consultative fora like events, task forces and projects. “Unite, Engage & Partner” can therefore be the most successful mantra for engaging with the decision makers. Talking of examples of advocacy and participation by patients, while there are numerous examples in Europe and North America of the power of patient advocacy so much so that patients are on the same level as doctors when it comes to voicing opinions in policy making, TIF on an international level has created since 2009 the Expert Patients Programme, and is now moving forward in giving patients a voice through its educational platform. Recently, India also launched its first Thalassemia Patients Advocacy Group (PAG) in the august presence of the Deputy Chief Minister of the capital of the country. The India PAG has seven patients from the fields of law, psychology, education and IT. The Group is already involved with the government on the formulation of the National Thalassemia Policy. This is a great start and this should give enough and more encouragement to thalassemics across the world to UNITE, ENGAGE AND PARTNER in the process that impacts them the most – decision-making!

At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the invention of a new variant virus in Wuhan, laternamed Covid-19. This case has become a particular concern to the world, especially WHO, because the virus can cause fatalities, and the rate of transmission is very fast. Shortly after the invention, WHO declared Covid19 as a global pandemic. Each country is doing their best to prevent the Covid-19 virus from entering their country's territory, including in Indonesia. The Indonesian government then creates policies from all aspectsand fields to prevent and break thetransmission chain of Covid-19 cases. One of the fieldsthat played a roleis Immigration.Directorate General of Immigration, as one of the authorized institutions in the field of Immigration,has authority over all activities of people who entering and exiting the territory of Indonesia. During this Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesian Immigration has created new policies. One of the policies thathave been created is the policy about Visa services that are provided and applied to Foreign Nationals who will enter and stay in Indonesia. Immigration policy related to visas is continuously updated and applied according to the situation, conditions, and policies of the government to achieve one goal, which is preventing and breaking the transmission chain of Coronavirus in Indonesia.

Trade liberalization is currently demanding every country to increase the competitiveness of its products. Indonesia as the largest clove producer in the world has a major competitor in the international market. This study aims to determine the competitiveness of Indonesia's clove exports and competing countries in the international market and determine the factors that affect its competitiveness. The data used in this study are secondary data from five major producing countries namely Indonesia, Madagascar, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, and Comoros during the period 2000-2017 sourced from UNComtrade, FAO and the World Bank. Competitiveness is measured by Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Acceleration Ratio (AR) and Export Product Dynamic (EPD) while the factors that affect competitiveness are used panel data regression methods using E-Views software. The results showed that Indonesia had the lowest RCA index, the AR value showed Madagascar and Tanzania were able to capture market share in the international market and the EPD value showed that all countries occupied the rising star position except Sri Lanka in the falling star position. Panel data regression analysis results show that the market share and GDP variables significantly influence the competitiveness of the main clove producing countries while the production variables and export prices do not significantly influence the country's competitiveness. The government must dare to take policies to limit clove imports and increase exports.

In this era where international regional integration and processes to promote globalization are at the forefront of political issues on the world stage, every region of the world, whether sovereign or non-sovereign, is seeking in this globalization mechanism to promote its interests, be they cultural, political or economic. At various levels, Canada, like other territories around the world, is trying to play its game well in this international context, as well as placing its pawns on the world stage. Canada is distinguished for a difficult relationship with the multilateral world, renounced by a number of international councils. The Government of Canada should be more cautious about complicated multilateral processes and should have a good review of all the organizations it is part of.

Currently, in the whole world is experiencing a COVID-19 pandemic, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, there are quite a lot of people who have been affected by this virus. The presence of the COVID-19 will affect the economy, both in Indonesia and throughout the world. Many countries are predicted to experience a recession due to this pandemic. Finance Minister Sri Mulyani said, if COVID-19 could be handled as soon as possible, then economic growth was still above 4%. But the government must keep on preparing if this pandemic will last for another 3-6 months, the economic situation will worsen, with economic growth estimated at around 2.5% or even 0%.The purpose of this research is to find out the growth of COVID-19 in Indonesia and the impact of COVID-19 on the exchange rate. In this research, a descriptive analysis method is used by collecting data from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance and Bank Indonesia. The results of this study indicate the growth of COVID-19 in Indonesia and the impact of the virus on the exchange rate.Keywords : COVID-19, Exchange Rate, Research Methodology

This year Canada celebrated the 150thanniversary of its official establishment, when the Act of British North America came into force. However, the Dominion was established, the British Parliament retained the ability of limited control over Canada until 1982. The Autonomy was granted by the Canadian Act of 1982, which freed Canada from the remaining dependence of the British Parliament forever. Canada is a federal parliamentary democracy with a constitutional monarchy as a formof the government. Noteworthy, the power of the monarch is purely nominal, and is represented by the Governor-General. On the surface, if compared with other countries, Canada appears to be quite recently formed state. In reality, Canada has made significant progress in its development. Importantly, Canada is a member of the G-7. Leading countries and international organizations value the opinion and authority of the Maple Leaf Country. It is one of the most ethnically and culturally varied countries in the world, since it has always depended on immigration, which is governed by federal and provincial governments. Canada has one of the highest indicators of transparency of the government, civil liberties, economic freedom, quality of life and education in the world. The article examines the stages of Canada’s establishment, political structure, economic development and potential opportunities. The author also focuses on the importance of Canadian-Ukrainian relations and collaboration. Spesifikasi dan populasi burung di Indonesia termasuk lima besar di dunia. Pada tahun 2019 terdapat 1777 jenis burung. Perlindungan terhadap ekosistem burung  Indonesia, menjadi salah satu bentuk konservasi   alam dari pemerintah Indonesia melalui Dinas Lingkungan Hidup. Pemerintah dan masyarakat harus bersama-sama berperan aktif dalam perlindungan satwa langka untuk menghindari dari kepunahan. Proses pengembangbiakan satwa burung langka menjadi prioritas pemerintah dalam menjaga kelestarian dari kepunahan. Salah satu tujuan  penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat kandang koloni atau kandang pasangan burung yang dapat dikendalikan atau difungsikan secara otomatis agar lebih mudah bagi para peternak untuk mengembangbiakkan burung lo, dalam hal ini burung lovebird. Kandang pintar dengan kelengkapan seperti nodeMCU, Arduino, ESP8266 dapat diitegrasikan sebagai layanan kendali menggunakan IoT. Penelitian ini mempunyai spesifikasi pemberi pakan dan minum otomatis agar burung dapat dikendalikan pola makannya dan terhindar dari kegemukan dan beberapa penyakit patogen yang menyertainya.   Species and bird populations in Indonesia are among the top five in the world. In 2019 there were 1777 species of birds. Protection of Indonesian bird ecosystems has become one of the forms of nature conservation from the Indonesian government through the Office of the Environment. The government and the community must jointly play an active role in the protection of endangered species to avoid extinction. The process of breeding endangered species of birds has become the government's priority in preserving extinction. One of the aims of this research is how to make a colony cage or a pair of bird cages that can be controlled or function automatically to make it easier for breeders to breed lo birds, in this case lovebird birds. Smart enclosures with equipment such as node MCU, Arduino, ESP8266 can be integrated as a control service using IoT. This study has the specifications of automatic feeding and drinking so that birds can be controlled by their diet and avoid obesity and some pathogenic diseases that accompany it.
