This study aims to: 1. determine the effect of principal academic supervision on teacher job satisfaction; 2. knowing the work environment on teacher job satisfaction; 3. to know the effect of principal's academic supervision and work environment on teacher job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that: 1. There is an influence between the principal's academic supervision on teacher job satisfaction; 2. There is an influence between the work environment on teacher job satisfaction; 3. There is an effect of principal academic supervision and work environment on teacher job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The test results found that the paternalistic leadership style had an effect on but not significant on teacher job satisfaction, organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence between paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate together on teacher job satisfaction. The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and prove the Influence Career Development, Work Environment, Compensation and it’s implication on job satisfaction of permanent lecturer of maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey with 253 respondents. The analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), consisting of career development, work environment and compensation as exogenous variables, job satisfaction as an endogenous variable. Based on the partially and simultaneous research that Career development, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a contribution (R2) of 92 %. Work environment has the most dominantt effect on the job satisfaction of lecturers at maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher job satisfaction, to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance, to determine the effect of teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance, to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance mediated by teacher job satisfaction. This analysis is to know the influence of attitude, knowledge and skill on the performance of Victoria Hotel School alumni at the hotel. The method in this research is quantitative method using multiple linear regression as its analysis tool. a questionnaire was given to several HRD hotels to assess the 80 alumni of Victoria Hotel School who had worked. The result of this research attitude, Knowledge and skill influence simultaneously and partially to the performance at Hotel. for the influence of variable independent attitude, Knowledge and skill have percentage equal to 51,3% while the rest 48,7% influenced by other free variable like motivation, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction .

Research shows that a motivated workforce is substantially more productive than an unmotivated, apathetic group of employees. When workers have career opportunities and receive compensation, they are more likely to work harder for the good of the company, because they can see first-hand what their contributions mean to its success. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of compensation and career development on employee loyalty as mediated by job satisfaction. The sample in this study was employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Pulogadung. The number of samples collected was 133 samples. This study used a quantitative method based on analytical approaches using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees and then processed using the Amos 26 application. According to the findings of this research, compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation and career development have no effect on employee loyalty. Mediation results show that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of compensation and career development on employee loyalty. It can be conclude that in order to increase employee loyalty, companies must pay attention to the amount of compensation and career development. Employees who are satisfied with their work have a major impact on the growth and success of the company. That’s why it’s worth the effort to create a work environment that motivates and inspires employees to do their best. Ultimately, when employee loyalty is elevated, company’s achievements become their achievements – and success is all but guaranteed.

The purpose of this research is to examine the positive effects of leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate on lecturer performance through Pamulang University’s job satisfaction. Researchers used the quantitative research method in this study. The data was collected by using questionnaires distributed through surveys. Proportional random sampling was used, earning 135 samples, and partial least squares (PLS) were used for statistical analysis. The results show that leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate have an impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects the performance of lecturers. Leadership style, work environment, and organizational atmosphere will also affect the performance of lecturers. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style, work environment, and organizational climate on lecturer performance. This research is expected to be a recommendation for Pamulang University on how to improve lecturer performance which can be tried by improving leadership style, work environment, organizational climate, and job satisfaction.

This assessment intends to see the influence of vertical communication and work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The study used three variables, namely vertical communication, work environment and job satisfaction. This assessment is a descriptive quantitative research. There is a population of 79 teachers in this study, with sampling using a total sampling technique. Then obtained a sample of 79 teachers. The data collection technique used a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, to see which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The acquisition of this study obtained: 1) vertical communication has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 2) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang as seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 3) vertical communication and work environment together have  a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value . 0.000 <0.05.Keywords : komunikasi vertikal, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja

This study aimed to determine the influence of work environment on employee job satisfaction. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 64 employee in Purwakarta. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Therefore, employee job satisfaction can be improved through the improvement of a conducive working environment.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale.  Responden adalah 64 pegawai di Purwakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Oleh karena itu, kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.
