AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, budget participation and communication on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. There are results of previous studies that are inconsistencies regarding the effect of budget participation on performance so motivating in conducting this research. The research method uses a quantitative method, an analytical tool that is SmartPLS Version 3.0. The population of this study is all universities in Lebak Regency, the sample method uses saturated samples. The results of the study show that communication and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational performance. Then, motivation and communication on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable have a significant influence. Whereas, motivation and budget participation do not have a significant effect on organizational performance and budget participation on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable that does not have a significant effect. Keywords: job satisfaction; organizational performance; communication; motivation; budget participation. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh  motivasi, partisipasi anggaran dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Terdapat hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang inkonsistensi mengenai pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja sehingga memotivasi dalam melakukan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif,  alat analisis yaitu perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh perguruan tinggi di wilayah Kabupaten Lebak, metode sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kemudian, motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan, motivasi dan partisipasi anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja; kinerja organisasi; komunikasi;  motivasi; partisipasi anggaran.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The test results found that the paternalistic leadership style had an effect on but not significant on teacher job satisfaction, organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence between paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate together on teacher job satisfaction. The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The theory used in this study refers to the opinions of Hasibuan, Wexley and Yulk and difficult. There is an influence of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 188 and the sample is 65 respondents, based on the Slovin formula. Based on the results of research using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that there is no significant influence there is a significant influence on work discipline, the joint coordination and communication on employee performance at Curug Flight Facility Calibration Center of Tangerang Indonesia at 71.6% and the remaining 28.4% which affect the performance of employees but not examined.

The objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the numeracy ability of group A RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang, The research method used in the purpose of this study in the Quantitative method with the type of research being Experimental Research, population and sample of 27 children, the research instrument in the form of a checklist in order determine to fint out the numeracy ability of group A in RA Al Khodijah through APE Montessori Manic Math and documentation in the formof photos of children during the learning process, while assessment instrument uses ratting scale which is used for raw data in the form of numbers and more flexible to measure the kegia process.tan in a learning with observation method then the collected data is calculated as the total value. Data analysis techniques used are non parametric statistical analysis techniques using t-test for small correlated samples. The value of Z = -4.324 and the Asymp value Sig (tailed) 0, and Sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.01 then Ha is accepted, it means there is a very significant influence so concluded there is a very significant effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the ability to count group A in RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang.

The main problem in this research is the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City has not increased which is assumed by Collaborative Governance and coordination that has not been implemented effectively. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach . Research shows that collaborative governance and coordination to simultaneously deliver a huge influence (86 , 2 %) and significant impact on the performance of the organization in the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi. organizations on the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi was not only influenced by collaborative governance and coordination alone but there are other variables that come to influence the amount of (13 , 8 %). Partially Collaborative governance in the process of infrastructure development provides the smallest and most significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in the City of Bekasi compared to coordination of 34 , 3 %. The dimensions of the Collaborative governance that provide the most impact to the smallest of the performance of the organization in order are the dimensions of the system contexs (13 , 7 %) , drivers (9.3%) and dimensional dynamics collaboration (4.0%). Partially the coordination in the process of infrastructure development has the most significant and significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City compared to collaborative governance of 51 , 9 . The dimension of coordination that has the biggest to the smallest influence on organizational performance in sequence is the dimension of effective communication facilities (11.5%), the dimension provides clarity of authority and responsibility (8.1%), the dimensions of supervision, observation and assessing the habits of the elements which is contradictory (7.6%) and the dimension of coordination as one of the leadership abilities (0.8%).

The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much effect the Effectiveness and contribution of Hospitality tax to the Original Revenue of Indragiri Hulu Regency both simultaneously and partially with the research period is 5 years from 2013 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The Research Method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression equations, while the Equation is Y = 45712635725,406 - 19524572,193 X1 + 25765555,817 X2. From the results of data processing SPSS is known simultaneously known if the effectiveness and contribution of hospitality tax receipts have a significant effect on the original revenue of the region. From the SPSS results, it is known that there is partially no significant influence between effectiveness to the original revenue of the region and partially there is a significant influence between the contribution of hotel tax receipts partially to the original revenue of the region.

This study aimed to determine the influence of work environment on employee job satisfaction. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 64 employee in Purwakarta. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Therefore, employee job satisfaction can be improved through the improvement of a conducive working environment.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale.  Responden adalah 64 pegawai di Purwakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Oleh karena itu, kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.

Abstract The study was conducted to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction the sampel of the study nurses were at the Persahabatan hospital. Using 125 nurses working in RSUP Persahabatan as sample. This study used quantitative method. Incidental sampling was used as sampling technique. The meansure of Job satisfaction variables in this study using instruments Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) and OCB variables in this study was method using instrumen OCB by Organ. Regression analysis performed with SPSS version 17.00 for windows. The study explains that there is significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction. Regression equation obtained is Y = 75,410 + 0.381 witch means there is a positive influence between job satisfaction with the OCB with the value F = 6.960; p = 0.009 (α <0.05). The determinant index (R Square) to the occurrence of job satisfaction and OCB shows 5.4% and the remaining 94.6% is influenced by other factors beyond job satisfaction.
