There is in religion that cannot be answered with the philosophy and science of knowledge but can only be answered by spiritual experience. Religion, philosophy, and science each exist in a separate space but must be integrated into human life. There are three things that become tools for humans to seek the truth, namely philosophy, science, and religion. Even though the purpose of these three aspects is to find the truth, they cannot be categorized as the same thing. This study aimed to identifying the comparison factors between science and religion based on philosophy science. The method used a qualitative approach with exploratory literature study. The results of this study concluded that between science and religion based on philosophy science had a very strong relationship, but there were several factors that differentiate between one another. Although religion and science both design and prepared the future of mankind, religion design was further, abstract, and gave peace of life after death, while science and technology were shorter and more concrete designs to faced life in this world. Science talked about knowledge, while religion defined about belief.

<em>This article is based on research that aims to align Hindu education with industrial development 4.0, which is an era of disruption in order to make it able to answer challenges also able to overcome the massive obstacles of Hindu education implementation without losing the essence of it.</em><em> The research has been conducted by a qualitative approach; data were collected by the technique of observation, interview, documentation, and literature study; the data analysis utilized descriptive technique. The result of the research showed there are three important things that Hindu education needs to attempt, those are (1) switching the old mindset which is chained by the bureaucratic become the disruptive mindset that put cooperative ways forward, (2) applying self-driving in order to create reforms as the demand of 4.0 era, (3) has to be able to develop a digital basis new service system. Finally, it can be concluded that science and technology development in the global age delivers challenges and obstacles to Hindu education which also continues to develop and change. Therefore, Hindu education in this disruption revolution era 4.0 has been demanded to be sensitive to community social changing phenomenons, willing to do self-disruption through character education because if it persistence to stay on the old method and management also being sealed from the dynamic world, its existence will be slumped and underdeveloped.</em>

In the modern world, science and technology have revolutionized every aspect of human life including trade transactions and commercial procedures. Individual possession of goods is of paramount importance in commercial affairs, and all the injunctions of the Sharī‘ah that relate to commercial affairs depend on it. In this age, the buyer and seller are sometimes many miles apart, yet the buying and selling of goods is done without even physical inspection. Moreover, sometimes the goods are further sold before the first buyer gets the possession of these goods. This article attempts to examine these modern cases of commercial transactions and the related issues in the light of Islamic law.

The advancement of science is considered a reflection of age’s development. At the same time, religion is placed as a relatively fixed essence. Their encounter creates undeniable continuous tensions. The problem generally lies in the question of how to apprehend unchanged issues within a dynamic context. This paper analyzed the encounter of science and religion with an observation of their language from the perspective of Ian G. Barbour. The library research method used in this paper to delve more in-depth the works of literature related to the topic discussed. Barbour responded with an argument that it is incorrect to keep polarization to choose between science and religion. The belief system of religion offers a broader frame of meaning in life. In comparison, science reveals a no more expansive range of human experience nor articulation of the possibility to transform human life as witnessed by religion. In observing their language as a tool for communication in religion and science, looking at their principles of verification and linguistic analysis, the contrast and comparison of their cognitive and non-cognitive function are emerged, including the evaluations and its limitations. Barbour states that basically, science and religion share synergic similarities. The dialogue to do to compare them is by sharing their similarities in method and concept prediction. One of those is by comparing their method, which shows their similarities and diversities. Science and religion share similar characteristics, namely coherence, comprehension and usefulness, and their methodology.Perkembangan sains bisa dianggap sebagai refleksi dari perkembangan zaman. Sementara Agama, ditempatkan sebagai essensi yang relatif tidak berubah. Pertemuan antara keduanya memungkinkan terjadinya ketegangan dengan perubahan yang terus menerus. Secara umum, persoalannya adalah bagaimana memahami hal-hal yang tak berubah itu dalam konteks yang selalu berubah. Ian Barbour menanggapi hal ini dengan argumen bahwa keliru melanggengkan dilema tentang keharusan memilih antara sains dan agama. Pertentangan yang terjadi di dunia Barat sejak abad lalu sesungguhnya disebabkan oleh paradigma yang keliru dalam memaknai hakikat sains dan agama. Kepercayaan agama menawarkan kerangka makna yang lebih luas dalam kehidupan. Sedangkan sains tidak dapat mengungkap rentang yang luas dari pengalaman manusia atau mengartikulasikan kemungkinan-kemungkinan bagi tranformasi hidup manusia sebagaimana yang dipersaksikan oleh agama. Barbour mengatakan  bahwa pada dasarnya antara sains dan agama terdapat kesamaan yang bisa disinergikan. Dialog yang dilakukan dalam membandingkan sains dan agama adalah menekankan kemiripan dalam prediksi metode dan konsep. Salah satu bentuk dialognya adalah dengan membandingkan metode sains dan agama yang dapat menunjukkan kesamaan dan perbedaan. Antara sains dan agama memiliki kesejajaran karakteristik yaitu koherensi, kekomprehensifan dan kemanfaatan. Begitu juga kesejajaran metodologis.

Indonesia is a plural country because it has a variety of ethnicities, languages, religions. One of the ethnic groups in Indonesia is Benteng Chinese who have lived for a long time in Tangerang. Each ethnic group has its own identity or uniqueness that differentiates it from other ethnicities. Benteng Chinese society consists of various groups, one of which is a teenager. One of the most important periods in this phase of human life occurs in adolescence. During this period, a teenager's mental development and growth process occurs to form an identity that will describe his self-concept. Every teenager has a different self-concept. Parents are the biggest factor in the formation of adolescent self-concept. Imitation also affects self-concept. The purpose of this study was to describe the self-concept of Benteng Chinese Youth and what factors influence the self-concept of Benteng Chinese youths. In examining this research the writer uses concepts and theories, namely self-concept, imitation, adolescence, and Cina Benteng. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research data was obtained through interviews with two key informants and two supporting informants, as well as a literature study. The results showed that the self-concept possessed by Chinese Benteng youths varied physically, socially, and psychologically. Salah satu etnis yang ada di Indonesia adalah Cina Benteng yang sudah menetap lama di Tangerang. Setiap etnis memiliki identitas atau keunikan masing-masing yang membedakan dengan etnis lainnya. Masyarakat Cina Benteng terdiri dari berbagai kalangan, salah satunya remaja. Salah satu periode terpenting dalam fase kehidupan manusia terjadi pada masa remaja. Pada masa ini terjadi proses perkembangan dan pertumbuhan mental seorang remaja sehingga membentuk jati diri yang akan menggambarkan konsep dirinya. Setiap remaja memiliki konsep diri yang berbeda-beda. Orang tua merupakan faktor terbesar terbentuknya konsep diri remaja. Imitasi juga berpengaruh terhadap konsep diri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri Remaja Cina Benteng dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya konsep diri remaja Cina Benteng. Dalam mengkaji penelitian ini penulis menggunakan konsep dan teori yaitu konsep diri, imitasi, remaja, dan Cina Benteng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap dua key informan dan dua informan pendukung, serta studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri yang dimiliki remaja Cina Benteng berbeda-beda secara fisik, sosial, maupun psikologis. Dan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan konsep diri remaja adalah orang tua.

The research objective was to analyze the phenomenon of floods and landslides in the perspective of perennial philosophy. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research through literature study. The results of this study indicate that in the perspective of perennial philosophy, various disaster phenomena such as floods and landslides are caused by human behavior that has been arbitrary towards nature. Especially, with the development of modern science and technology that has encouraged humans to exploit massively natural resources, thus losing the balance in nature. Excessive exploitation of nature causes nature to be damaged and in the end there are terrible disasters. The conclusion from the research is that various natural disasters such as floods and landslides that occur in the midst of Indonesian human life can be viewed from the perspective of perennial philosophy. This research recommends the importance of preserving nature. Besides that, the importance of reviewing and dismantling modern science has killed perennial metaphysics which shows the essence of divine reality in life and mind.

This study aimed to explore of what factors that influencing gratitude of Muslim parents who having children with special needs. This study was a preliminary stage to develop an instrument of specific gratitude. The research methods used literature study and qualitative approach by in-depth interview. The subjects were six couple of parent from childrens with special needs. The result found that there were differences as well as similarities about concept of gratitude between Western perspective and Islam particularly in term of appreciation and expression. Gratitude emerged to respond something acquired covering things, happiness moments, ability to cope difficulties, and weaknesses. There was also having added value namely spiritual experience that pushed motive to getting closer toward Alloh SWT. Positive feeling and emotion emerged such as kindhearted, positive thinking, and optimistic in facing the life.

This research was conducted to review various problems in the world of education and solutions in dealing with them. The purpose of this research is to explore Islamic and western sociological theories as a basis for spiritual pedagogic development. This study uses a qualitative approach and literature study methods. The results in this study indicate that Islam pays special attention to human potential as social beings. In the Quran, there are three sociological concepts, namely tadafu, ta'aruf, and ta'awun. The three of them are the foundation that strengthens that humans have a natural tendency to defend the truth and oppose evil, and live amid the diversity of characteristics of fellow humans. With various studies on sociology, inclusive Islamic education needs to be applied in order to foster students in caring for their relationship with God and with fellow humans. Thus, religion plays a role as a solution in the midst of human life to form a civil society, which promotes the values ​​of monotheism in its social interactions.

This paper examines the scientific design that combines Islam with a national perspective, which the author calls the Tabot’s scientific . Tabot's scientific design is Islam juxtaposed with local wisdom, to produce a wasathiyah (moderate) Islam. So far, the scientific design at PTKIN only reinforces the scientific dichotomy between science and religion. Such as the science of Spider Web, Tree of Science, Twin Tower and others, all carry the integration of religion and science. Islam itself does not recognize this scientific separation. Using library research (literature study), which is a method that is carried out by collecting data and information from books and writings that are related to the research object which is discussed descriptively-analytic through philosophical studies with a qualitative-rationalistic approach . The results of this study are: first, religion and national locality are like two sides of a coin that cannot be separated. Religion does not exist in a cultural vacuum. Rather, religion always includes two inseparable but distinguishable entities, namely normativity and historicity. Second, it is necessary to ground (domestication), downstream science, both religion and science technology according to the needs of the Indonesian people. So far, the science on campus has been more on the ceiling, in the ivory tower rather than manifesting in beneficial social and technological attitudes. Indonesian scientists are more expert in discourse rather than manifesting in praxis and works.Keywords:  Criticism, Science, Tabot, Integration, Domestification.

The development of mathematics is inseparable from the role of the books revealed to the messengers of Allah, especially we are the Holy Qur'an. The emergence of the Qur'an has changed the whole structure of human life, so that humans are more developed and advanced in science and technology, and even many Islamic figures play a role in the development of mathematics. This study aims to classify the Qur'anic verses which contain number operations and their integration with the Islamic religion. This research is a qualitative research using the literature study method. The literature used is the result of various thesis writings, articles and verses of the Qur'an. The data collected in the study are collected, analyzed and presented in accordance with the research objectives. The results of this study are the classification of the Qur'anic verses that contain the concept of number operations, namely 1) Addition Operations contained in Q.S. Al Baqarah (2): 196 and 234, Q.S. Al A’raf (7): 142 and Q.S. Al Kahf (8): 25; 2) Reduction Operations are contained in Q.S. Al Qasas (28): 27, Q.S. Al Ankabut (29): 14 and Q.S. Al Muzzammil (73) 3-4; 3) Multiplication operations are found in Q.S. Al Baqarah (2): 261 and 4) Operation of division is in Q.S. Al Muzzammil (73): 20. Integration of number operations with the religion of Islam lies in the attitude of honesty, simple attitude and fair attitude

The development of irregular warfare and various phenomena of post-modern warfare increasingly make war strategies develop dynamically and adaptively. Strategy is no longer used as a tool to win wars like in the traditional era but is more directed towards how to maintain space security or security. In addition, threats are also growing rapidly and extraordinary in line with the rapid development of science and technology so that the study of strategy itself must also be adaptive and dynamic. This study uses a qualitative approach by using a literature study. The results of the study prove that to deal with this, the government needs to integrate between actors competing in irregular wars to support national security. The government must also take firm and bold steps to make 'peace' with non-state actors.
