This study aims to analyze the effects of the Self-Awareness Outcomes Questionnaire (SAOQ) in building the personal branding of Brawijaya University students through social media Instagram. The research sample used a random sampling technique consisting of 283 students from various faculties. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The Self-Awareness Outcomes Questionnaire (SAOQ) is divided into sub-variables reflective of self-development, acceptance, proactive at work and emotional cost. The results showed that reflective self-development, acceptance, proactive at work and emotional cost had a significant influence in building the personal branding of Brawijaya University students through social media Instagram. It can be concluded that the interest of Brawijaya University students in building personal branding through Instagram is importance by reflective self-development, acceptance, proactive at work and emotional costs.

Introduction: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) implementation is not optimal. There is no evaluation regarding CPD implementation by nurses in RSUD R.A. Kartini, Jepara Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of PKB by nurses in RSUD R.A. Kartini, Jepara Regency.Methods: This study used quantitative research design using descriptive studies. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with 169 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire containing 55 question items from Indonesian National Nurses Association.Results: Description of CPD by nurses at R.A. Kartini Hospital in Jepara Regency are as follows: professional practice activities (100%), scientific activities (94.67%), scientific development activities (26.62%), and community service activities (71%).  Conclusion: Based on the research results, nurses should optimize themselves in various aspects of the form of CPD activities so that it can fulfill the achievement of 25 credits in five years while increasing the self-development of nurses.

This study discusses the impact of social media use of the hedonist lifestyle among university students of Tarumanagara. Thepurpose of this study is to know and understand about social media, the hedonist lifestyle, and how it influences the use of social media against hedonistic lifestyles. Population in this study is student and sorority University of Tarumanagara. The sample of this study used sampling technique with the Lemeshow formula with consideration and purpose at random without regard to the strata that exist in the population, students and sorority University of Tarumanagara. The data collection method in this study will use the questionnaire. Based on social media calculations positive and significant influence on hedonist lifestyle. The great influence of social media on hedonist lifestyle amounted to 88.8% while the remaining 11.2% was influenced by other variables not researched.Penelitian ini membahas dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap gaya hidup hedonis di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami media sosial, gaya hidup hedonis, dan bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap gaya hidup hedonis.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa danmahasiswi Universitas Tarumanegara. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi, mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Universitas Tarumanegara. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan kuisioner. Berdasarkan perhitungan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap gaya hidup hedonis. Besar pengaruh media sosial terhadap gaya hidup hedonis sebesar 88,8% sementara sisanya 11,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Self-control is the ability of self to control the urge to do or not do something that is desirable both in terms of acting and behaving, especially in the use of social media, self-control in the use of social media referred to in this study, namely behavioral control, cognitive control, and decision control. This study aims to describe self-control in the use of social media students of SMA Negeri 5 Padang. This research is a descriptive analysis study, with a sample of 276 students obtained using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The study used a questionnaire instrument compiled using a Likert scale model. The results of this study indicate that students of SMA Negeri 5 Padang in terms of behavior, cognitive and decision are in the high category and this certainly needs to be maintained so that students always control themselves in the use of social media so that students can focus more on learning both at home and at school .

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicates that (1) transformational leadership of a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (2) self efficacy positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) transformational leadership positive direct effect on the self efficacy.

This study aims to explain the condition of professionalism and efforts to improve the competence of teachers IPS in Jember District. Population in this research is teacher of IPS SMP Negeri in Jembersebanyak 184 teachers. The sampling technique was done by random sampling which amounted to 55responden. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses a percentage descriptive. The result of the research shows that the competency of professionalism of IPS teachers is as follows: the acquisition of materials, concepts and scholarship of IPS teachers is 87.25% in the high category, the development of learning materials supported by IPS teachers creatively is 92.04% including in the high category; mastery of basic competence and basic competence by 87.05% including high category, utilization of communication technology for self-development of IPS teachers of 86.35% included in the high category. In general, the competency of professionalism of IPS teachers in Jember district is categorized as high, namely 88.17%, while the effort to increase the professional competence of IPS teachers as follows: joining the training and seminar of 66.81% low category; developing syllabus and IPS RPP of 70.50%; doing PTK 48.95% low category; develop science of technology in learning 74.82% high category. Overall, the effort to improve the professionalism competence of IPS Junior High School teachers in Jember District is 71.34 included in the high category. The research aims to discuss(1) How planned of the headmaster in an effort to increase self-awareness of school residents regarding the importance of the environment, 2) How to implement planned programs related to efforts to increase self-awareness of school residents, and 3) identify supporting factors in implementation of the program carried out as an effort to increase self-awareness of school residents. The method of research used qualitative method. Subjects of this research consisted of headmaster, subject teachers, and students. Subjects of research is based on determining purposive random sampling technique. Collecting of data is through interviews, observation and documentation. The analyzing of data using the Miles Huberman analysis model with the several stages are collecting of data, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that there an increased in self-awareness of school residents about the environment after several programs had been carried out. The vision, mission and regulation of the school are being the one of programs that succeeded in increase awareness of school residents. The implementation program by applying clean fridays, installing CCTVs and coaching by the headmaster and teachers to the students directly. The supporting factors in  implementation of efforts to increase self-awareness of school residents to the environment are the commitment, awareness and desire of school residents to embody the programs that have been implemented. The strategy of headmaster is always monitor the activities of school residents through the CCTVs that have been installed and spot checking directly to be more effective and the results showed increased self-awareness of school residents for enviroment has occurred since last semester.

In this digital era, all activities can be published to the public through social media. Many groups of people actively use social media ranging from students, adults, entrepreneurs and state officials. One of them is the seventh President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. H. Joko Widodo. Joko Widodo has a variety of social media platforms, social media with the most followers among other social media is Instagram. With a total of 16.5 million followers making him the leader of the country with the second most followers in the world. The content of uploads on Instagram of Joko Widodo is diverse and very massive, the things Joko Widodo does on Instagram social media is one way to form personal branding. Personal branding is a unique phenomenon because basically all people have their own characteristics, to get the results of long-lasting branding and provide maximum benefits, the branding process must come from authentic, real and original evidence. This study aims to determine how effective the use of social media instagram is for the formation of Joko Widodo's personal Branding to the 2019 First Election Voters who are still confused and need references to make choices in using their voting rights. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method of two variables. The independent variable in this study is the effectiveness of using social media instagram while the dependent variable is Joko Widodo's personal branding. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using the Nonprobality Sampling technique. The results of this study state that the use of Instagram social media in delivering the desired message falls into the effective category with a percentage of 74.9% while the formation of personal branding for the first voters is included in the effective category with a percentage of 81.1%. The conclusion of this study is that the communication carried out by Joko Widodo's Instagram social media account took place effectively and had a positive effect on the formation of Joko Widodo's personal branding for the first voters of the 2019 Election. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.

The study is a correlation study. Sampling uses purposive random sampling technique with the criteria of students aged 16-19 years. The number of sampel are 51 students in class X and XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ngawi. Data collection instruments are; social media use scale, islamic communication ethics knowledge test and Raport of PAI. Data analysis through Bivariate Correlation shows that there is no correlation between social media use with the Islamic communication ethics knowledge and academic achievement in PAI. More deeply there are findings of correlation between Islamic communication ethics knowledge and aspects of social media use in social interaction and relaxation
