The research aims to discuss(1) How planned of the headmaster in an effort to increase self-awareness of school residents regarding the importance of the environment, 2) How to implement planned programs related to efforts to increase self-awareness of school residents, and 3) identify supporting factors in implementation of the program carried out as an effort to increase self-awareness of school residents. The method of research used qualitative method. Subjects of this research consisted of headmaster, subject teachers, and students. Subjects of research is based on determining purposive random sampling technique. Collecting of data is through interviews, observation and documentation. The analyzing of data using the Miles Huberman analysis model with the several stages are collecting of data, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that there an increased in self-awareness of school residents about the environment after several programs had been carried out. The vision, mission and regulation of the school are being the one of programs that succeeded in increase awareness of school residents. The implementation program by applying clean fridays, installing CCTVs and coaching by the headmaster and teachers to the students directly. The supporting factors in  implementation of efforts to increase self-awareness of school residents to the environment are the commitment, awareness and desire of school residents to embody the programs that have been implemented. The strategy of headmaster is always monitor the activities of school residents through the CCTVs that have been installed and spot checking directly to be more effective and the results showed increased self-awareness of school residents for enviroment has occurred since last semester.

Abstrak Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM) dalam mengatasi bullying di SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi impementasi program GSM secara umum, kegiatan program GSM dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat impementasi program tersebut dalam mengatasi bullying. Penelitian ini mengacu konsep impementasi kebijakan Van Metter dan Van HornPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripstif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru tim GSM dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data , reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tersebut sesuai dengan teori van metter dan van horn yang terdiri dari standar dan sasaran, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi, disposisi, hubungan antar organisasi dan kondisi lingkungan berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya. Kegiatan program GSM dalam mengatasi bullying adalah kegiatan sosialisasi, circle time, pagi berbagi, hearing, dan beberapa penerapan zona kelas. Faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan GSM di SMP N 2 Sleman adalah dukungan dari semua elemen sekolah dan faktor penghambat program GSM adalah masih ada beberapa guru dan siswa yang belum beradaptasi dengan adanya program tersebut. Kata kunci : program, Gerakan sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM), bullying Abstract This research aims to describe the implementation of the Fun School Movement (GSM) program in dealing with bullying in SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspects studied in the implementation of fun school movement program activities and supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of this program. this research to the concept of Van Metter and Van Horn policy implementation.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study include the principal, counseling guidance teacher, GSM team teacher and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation was in accordance with the van metter and van horn theory which consisted of standards and targets, resources, organizational characteristics, dispositions, relations between organizations and environmental conditions running well and properly. GSM program activities in dealing with bullying are socialization activities, circle time, morning sharing, hearing, and some class zone applications. The factors that support the success of GSM in SMP N 2 Sleman are the support of all elements of the school and the inhibiting factors of the GSM program are there are still some teachers and students who have not adapted to the existence of the program. Keywords: programs, Fun school movements (GSM), bullying

              This research generally aims to get brief description of teachers’ understanding aboutnstudents and its implication in learning process. Specifically, the purpose of this research are to get description about: 1) teachers understanding about students and its defferences among variables, 2) the implementation of high touch unsure in learning process according  to teachers’ and students and defferences among them, 3) the contribution of teachers, understanding about student toward high touch applied in learning process and, the different response between teachers and students about high touch  implementation. This research is conducted by descriptive quantitative method.  The population is all teachers and students at senior high school in Padang. Samples are taken by using stratified cluster random sampling technique. The percentage, correlation and t test. The results of this research reveal that: 1) everall, teachers understanding is in middle category, so is with the implementation toward learning process, 2) five observable variables about the nature of man are valid and can be used to explain teachers’ understanding about the nature of man as laten variable, and six observable variables  about high touch  implementation as implication of teachers’ understanding about student in learning process.  Therefore, teachers understanding about student  has positive and significant correlation with implementation  of teachers’ understanding about nature of man toward learning process trough high touch  implementation, and 3) teachers’ opinion about high touch implementation as implication of teachers’ understanding toward learning process differ significantly with students’ opinion. In general, teachers’ opinion score is higher compared with student’s opinion score

The purpose of this study to determine the role of Transformational Leadership in increasing Job Satisfaction. The samples have been taken by random sampling technique selecting amounted to 249 samples from permanent lecturers of private Islamic High School in Jambi Province. This research uses a Sequential Explanatory Design Mixed Method that is first research using a quantitative method then deepen it with a qualitative method. This is intended to result in more in-depth and comprehensive research.The result shows that there is a positive correlation between transformational leadership which has a high effect on job satisfaction of the lecturers. The coefficient correlation is ry = 0,483 and coefficient determination ry = 0,233. It means that 65.90% of job satisfaction is influenced by transformational leadership, and the rest of it influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the location of the difficulties that cause difficulties in learning algebra in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kerinci. This study uses a qualitative method with a population of all eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Kerinci. The sample of this study was 9 students of class VIII A and 9 students of class VIII B selected through sampling techniques. The sampling technique used is using a nonprobability sampling technique that is a purposive sample. Data obtained from tests and interviews. The data analysis technique is data reduction and data presentation.

This study aims to describe the implementation of academic culture for elementary school students' social skills. This type of research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The informants in this study were teachers and students of SD N Bekonang 1, Sukoharjo. Data collection techniques used include observation and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of academic culture for students 'social skills at SD N Bekonang 1, Sukoharjo was through appreciating friends' achievements, caring about friends when they needed help, and giving and apologizing. Student learning in the classroom through academic culture has an impact on forming students' social habits to be skilled in dealing with their surrounding environment.

Just like the case with all investments and other firms, Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies (SACCOs) in Kenya are investment with the target of maximizing their wealth. It is that wealth maximization and capital accumulation is a critical objective whenever SACCOs have chosen pushes for more savings from members. The purpose of the study was to conduct an effect analysis of savings and credit co-operative societies strategies on member’s savings in Sacco’s’ (Nairobi county- Kenya). Specifically, the study focused on the following research objectives; to establish the relationship between loan policies, member training and customer relationship management strategy on member’s savings in Sacco’s in Nairobi County. The study targeted the forty two licensed savings and credit co-operative societies in Nairobi County-Kenya. Specifically the study targeted the management of the Sacco’s, and clients of savings and credit co-operative societies in Nairobi County-Kenya. From the projected target population which was about 12,212 respondents. A purposive sampling technique was employed in this study. Then, simple random sampling procedure was then used to select about 50% of the Sacco’s management/staff targeted from the target population. Then purposively again a random sampling technique was employed to select at least two Sacco’s clients at each office visited from the 42 registered Sacco’s in Nairobi County. In analysis, Descriptive and inferential statistics were considered to conduct an analysis of data generated from respondents. The information obtained was presented through frequency distributions tables, evidence of percentages and the researcher categorized variables. The study found that loan policies, member training and customer relationship management strategy positively and significantly affected member’s savings. The study concluded that it is a SACCO policy to appraise loans based on members’ savings and ability to repay. However, a member needs to clear any outstanding emergency loan, if any, before applying for another. Training of members both employees and clients leads to increased job satisfaction and morale among employees, motivation, increased efficiencies in processes, resulting in financial gain, increased capacity to adopt new technologies and methods by clients, increased innovation in strategies and products and enhanced company image. Customer relationship management strategy enhances better customer service, CRM systems are useful in identifying potential customers, CRM data ensures effective co-ordination of marketing campaigns. The study recommended that loan policy should clearly communicate the strategic goals and objectives of the SACCO, as well as define the types of loan exposures acceptable to the institution, loan approval authority, loan limits, loan underwriting criteria, and several other guidelines. SACCO should train members on communications; because the increasing diversity of today’s workforce brings a wide variety of languages and customs. Customer service; because increased competition in today’s global marketplace makes it critical that employees understand and meet the needs of customers. Customer relationship strategy should aim at governing how to satisfy customers beyond developing good products and services, help retain existing customers to maximize efficiencies and reduce the cost of acquisition and ensure customer satisfaction and a memorable brand experience.

The existence of Guidance and Counseling Teachers as one of the educators has the task of developing the potential and independence of students. Therefore, the competence of the BK teacher is needed in shaping the student's personality to become a superior person which is applied in the school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the personality competencies of BK teachers and their impact on students' personalities. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci. The population in this study were 399 students, the sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample of 120 people. Furthermore, to determine the extent of the teacher's personality competence, a sample of 3 BK teachers was taken. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire, a questionnaire about the personality competencies of teachers and students. Data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. Based on data analysis, it was found that the highest aspect of teacher competence is faith and piety to God Almighty, while the highest aspect of student personality is displaying noble character.

This article is written based on a research done to solve students’ difficulties in improving their vocabulary skill in MKU classes at Universitas Negeri padang. According to some English teachers and students, teaching vocabulary through memorizing the list was very boring and should be avoided. Besides, it was difficult for the students to write correct spelling for certain vocabularies. To overcome these issues, gamification strategy namely Jumbled-Letter game was applied in an experimental study. The design used in this study was one group pre-test post-test design and the sample was chosen through simple random sampling technique. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The data then was analyzed using T Paired test (SPSS 23). Based on the data calculation, the mean score of pre-test was 50.87 and the mean score of post-test was 76.23, and sig. 2 tailed test was < 0.05. Based on T Paired test analysis and interpretation, it was found that the mean score on post-test was increased and the significance score shows that the strategy was significantly effective. Thus, Jumbled-Letter Game was effective to boost learners’ interest and improve their vocabulary mastery.

The purpose of this study was to determine income, tax services, knowledge of taxation, and tax law enforcement affect taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were all land and building taxpayers in Suralaga District (Tebaban Village, Paok Lombok Village, and Dasan Borok Village) in 2019 totaling 3,391 people and using the slovin formula in sampling. The sampling technique used cluster proportional random sampling technique and the sample in this study was 357 respondents. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study can be concluded that income does not have a partial and significant effect on taxpayer compliance because the t-count value is smaller than t-table (-0.792<1.65251) and the significance value is greater than 0.05 (0.425>0.05), service Taxes have an effect on taxpayer compliance because the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.364> 1.65251) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.019<0.05), knowledge of taxation has a partial and significant effect on taxpayer compliance because the value t count is greater than t table (1.839<1.65251) and the significance level is greater than 0.05 (0.067>0.05), tax law enforcement has no partial and significant effect on taxpayer compliance because the t-count value is smaller than t table (0.577<1.65251) and the significance level is greater than 0.05 (0.564>0.05), the results of the statistical analysis of determination obtained R^2 square of 0.039, which means that the effect of the independent variable den to the dividend variable is 39%.  Keywords: Income, Tax Services, Tax Knowledge, Tax Law Enforcement, Taxpayer Compliance. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendapatan, pelayanan pajak, pengetahuan perpajakan, dan penegakan hukum pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Suralaga (Desa Tebaban, Desa Paok Lombok, dan Desa Dasan Borok) pada tahun 2019 berjumlah 3.391 orang dan menggunakan rumus slovin dalam penerikan sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster proporsional random sampling dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 357 responden. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan pendapatan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak karna nilai t  hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (-0,792<1.65251) dan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,425>0,05), pelayanan pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak karna nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (2.364>1.65251) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,019<0,05), pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak karna nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (1.839<1.65251) dan tingkat signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,067>0,05) , penegakan hukum pajak tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak karna nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (0,577<1.65251) dan tingkat signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,564>0,05), hasil analisis statistik determinasi diperoleh  square sebesar 0,039 mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh pariabel independen terhadap variabel devenden adalah 39 %. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Pelayanan Pajak, Pengetahuan Perpajakan, Penegakan Hukum Pajak, Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.
