Abstract Education is a conscious effort made by individuals with the aim of improving their quality as a form of adaptation of self-thinking to the times (Law No. 20 of 2003 article 1 paragraph 1). There are several levels of formal education in Indonesia, including Pre-School Education, Elementary School Education, Secondary Education, and Higher Education. The aim of education in general is to improve the welfare of individuals who carry out education itself. In addition, it is an investment in human capital which will provide more benefits to the country. Meanwhile, according to the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003 article 3, the purpose of holding education is to "Educate the life of the nation and develop Indonesian people as a whole, namely people who have faith and devotion to God Almighty and have noble character, have knowledge and skills, physical and spiritual health, a solid personality. and be responsible for the community and nationality ”. This study was compiled using a research method with a descriptive quantitative approach using the help of the SPSS version 25 test application. Where it was carried out for approximately two months in six sub-districts in different Jember districts. The data sample taken was 18 data. The education received by individuals should reflect how their life is which is seen from the income they receive for their work. However, in fact there is no difference in the level of education they receive. This means that indirectly the level of a person's education does not determine how high the level of income they earn. Because, there are other factors outside of education that affect the income of an individual in the family.

Despite this enormous interest, the literature currently does not offer a sufficient theoretical understanding of leadership concepts, especially in the school environment neither in Slovakia. In this paper, we try to characterize one of the most current styles of transformative leadership. This concept is currently the most discussed in professional circles, as the dominant influence of the transformative leader is based on building a relationship between the leader and his followers. And it is thebuilding of a relationship that can be the prevention of employee loneliness manifested in their performance. It is a specific negative emotion that has received little theoretical or empirical attention. The research was carried out in 2020. The research group consisted of 181 teachers of traditional primary schools in central Slovakia. Transformative leadership was measured through the Leadership Behavior Inventory (LPI) and loneliness using the Scale of Loneliness Inventory (LAWS). The SPSS program was used to process the research data. The study is correlated. Our findings clearly show the positive impact of transformative leadership on reducing the loneliness of employees in the school environment, which implies the need to develop the competencies of a transformative leader in teachers and managers in education.

Park Soo-Keun is one of the most popular Korean painters of modern times. A self-taught artist, he graduated with only an elementary school education and received no regular art classes. However, from an early age, he wanted to become an artist like Jean François-Millet whose paintings he saw in art books. The artist is known to have said, "I have a very ordinary philosophy on art that is an artist should paint the goodness and truthfulness in people. So the people I paint are of humble origins rather than diverse and complex. My favorite subjects are grandfathers, grandmothers, and young children, the ordinary people we find in our households." Indeed, his paintings are as honest and candid as are his words. He experimented with various techniques to develop his own texture. He would cover his drawing board with canvas and then apply heavy layers of white, brown and black. Taking influence from Buddhist pagodas and statues, he would paint people on top of this thickly built texture with the effect of making them look as if they were painted on rock. His figures thus grew gradually flatter, buried in the thick texture he had crafted as the composition became more condensed.
