Community Service Activities (PkM) are a form of the Tridharma of Higher Education. Lecturers aregiven the obligation to be involved in this activity so that the usefulness of knowledge can flow to thewider community. One of the service activities carried out by lecturers is in the form of training andimplementation of technology-based learning media for students majoring in Design at SMKN 4Padang City. This activity was held in 2019. Then, this PkM was used as a study to measure theeffectiveness of technology-based learning media in increasing student interest. The results showedthat learning media can be a means of channeling messages and information in the learning process.Learning media that are well designed will greatly assist students in digesting and understanding thesubject matter. In this era of globalization and information, the development of learning media is alsoincreasingly advanced. The use of technology as a learning medium is already a requirement.Although technology-based media design requires special expertise, this does not mean that themedia is avoided and abandoned. Technology-based learning media can be in the form of internet,intranet, mobile phone, CD Room / Flash Disk and Electronic Application Module. The maincomponents include the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content (LC). It is hopedthat this training and mentoring can increase the interest of vocational students of the DKVDepartment in learning which will have an impact on learning outcomes as a provision in the world ofwork later.

This study aims to develop a thematic learning media in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 by using educational games for elementary students that are valid, practical and effective. Thematic learning media using educational games is closely related to innovation and the use of technology following the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 era to increase student attractiveness in learning. Media developed using the help of the Adobe Flash CS 6. program. The material in the form of media thematic which integrates several subjects. The development model used is 4-D (define, design, develop, disseminate). The research data was obtained from the validity test (media validation sheet), practicality (student and teacher response questionnaire), and effectiveness (student learning activities and results). Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the thematic learning media was valid (media content according to curriculum, attractive design and layout, ease of operation, easy to understand students' language, and clear presentation according to student characteristics), practical (clear contents and objectives, easy to read, attractive appearance, and can increase student interest in learning), and effective (can increase student activity and learning outcomes). Learning media using educational games can create a fun learning process.

The home industry for food has now begun to develop, seeing so many types of cakes and snacks that sell products to traditional markets. This internal community service activity will carry out community service activities for internal community service activities. Existing requirements where the use of partner equipment is still quite minimal while the oven used is still quite small with 1 baking capacity. The level of understanding of partners in the use of technology is still very minimal by looking at the low promotion and marketing media carried out by partners. The current partner marketing process is entrusted to traditional markets around the partner location. Other marketing is done by entrusting products in schools in partner locations. Products that are partnered by partners do not contain the packaging labels and business partner information. From these problems, the internal community service activities will provide assistance in the form of an oven with a capacity of 3-4 oven baking pan to improve the production process. Providing packaging labeling training to enhance partners' knowledge of the use of technology. Training in the use of technology using online marketing media. Utilization of this technology is used to market products produced through online media.

Community service activities aim at increasing the capabilities of HPI Karimunjawa members so that they are able to develop their potential to improve the welfare of tour guide entrepreneurs in the Karimunjawa Islands. The method used is the presentation of the concepts of administration and bookkeeping management, the concept of business and business administration systems, the concepts and strategies of business marketing, and the guided practice of assisting the filling of various business administration documents, and the practice and assistance of technology-based business administration management for HPI Karimunjawa using the online method. the job training and peer tutors. Based on the results of evaluations of the community service activities, it was found that: 97% of participants were able to explain the concepts of administrative management and bookkeeping able to master the material well, 85% of participants were able to explain the management of business and business administration systems well, and 97% were able to demonstrate the skills of marketing strategy management good business. Community service activities have been carried out properly in accordance with the planned program but to improve the use of technology it is necessary to improve the quality of internet network infrastructure in the Karimunjawa Islands.

Kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kualitas pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru di kelas. Optimalisasi proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu sangat penting melatihkan penggunaan google classroom kepada para guru. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan google classroom untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran di SMK ISFI Banjarmasin, dan menghasilkan modul google classroom. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para guru SMK ISFI Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, antara lain memberikan pelatihan pengetahuan mendasar mengenai penggunaan google classroom, memberikan gambaran pengalaman bagaimana penggunaan google classroom secara sistematis dalam pembelajaran, serta menghasilkan modul google classroom. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul google classroom yang digunakan oleh para guru dalam pelatihan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berkontribusi meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran. Penggunaan google classroom diharapkan dapat membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. The quality of education is very dependent on the quality of learning carried out by teachers in the classroom. The optimization of the learning process can be done by integrating the use of technology as a learning medium. Therefore it is very important to train the use of google classroom to teachers. Community service aims to provide training in using google classroom to optimize the learning process at SMK ISFI Banjarmasin and produce a google classroom module. The target of this activity is Banjarmasin ISFI Vocational School, teachers. The methods used in this activity include providing training in basic knowledge about using google classroom, providing an overview of experiences on how to use google classroom systematically in learning, and producing a google classroom module. This activity produces a google classroom module that is used by teachers in training. In addition, this activity contributes to increasing teacher knowledge and ability in using Google classroom as a learning medium. The use of google classroom is expected to make the learning process enjoyable so that it has a positive impact on student learning outcomes while improving the quality of teacher performance.

Pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan salah satu kompetensi profesional guru yang penting untuk mengukur kualitas hasil belajar siswa. Pada mata pelajaran kimia, evaluasi pembelajaran tersebut perlu dilakukan secara detil hingga diketahui sejauh mana pemahaman konsep yang dimiliki siswa. Salah satu instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan adalah tes diagnostik bentuk bertingkat atau multi–tier. Beberapa penelitian di Indonesia melaporkan bahwa guru cenderung mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi yang berbasis diagnostic multi–tier. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berikut bertujuan untuk membantu guru menjadi terampil dalam mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi diagnostik multi–tier. Peserta kegiatan adalah seluruh guru kimia dari MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) Kimia Kabupaten Barito Kuala, Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan sebanyak dua kali secara daring. Metode kegiatan meliputi: (1) Penyampaian materi oleh narasumber; (2) Diskusi dan tanya–jawab antara narasumber dengan peserta; (3) Penugasan kepada peserta; dan (4) Evaluasi hasil penugasan. Instrumen evaluasi diagnostik multi–tier yang telah dikembangkan oleh peserta kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat diharapkan dapat menguatkan kompetensi profesional guru Kimia Implementation of learning evaluation is one of the teacher's professional competence that is important to survey students' quality of learning outcomes. The evaluation in chemistry subject needs to be done detailly in determining how students understand the concepts. One of the learning evaluation instruments that can be used is multi-tier diagnostic. Several studies in Indonesia reported that teachers experience difficulties developing evaluation instruments based on multi-tier diagnostic. The following community service activities aimed to help teachers become skilled in developing multi-tier diagnostic evaluation instruments. Participants in the activity were all chemistry teachers from the MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) of Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan. The activity was carried out twice online. Methods of activity included: (1) Delivering material by the speakers; (2) Discussions between speakers and participants; (3) Assigning participants; and (4) Evaluating the assignment's result. There was expected that the multi-tier diagnostic evaluation instruments developed by participants of community service could strengthen their professional competence.

ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan mengatasi masalah yang dialami oleh guru di lingkungan Kelompok Kerja Madrasah Ibtidiyah Kecamatan Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan, yaitu kesulitan guru dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa untuk mempelajari matematika karena kurang menguasai metode, model, pendekatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan inovatif. Salah satunya dengan permainan ular tangga sebagai inovasi pembelajaran matematika di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Ular tangga adalah salah satu permainan tradisional dimana papan permainan ular tangga terdiri dari kotak-kotak kecil yang sudah diberi nomor dan beberapa gambar seperti tangga dan ular, yang dapat menghubungkan kotak satu ke kotak yang lainnya. Permainan ular tangga dimodifikasi sedemikian rupa peraturannya serta bidang permainannya sebagai inovasi pendekatan pembelajaran matematika yang menyenangkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 48 orang perwakilan guru MI se-Kecamatan Jagakarsa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dengan melakukan penjelasan mengenai apa manfaat pendekatan permainan ular tangga serta bagaimana  cara pemanfaatannya dan hubungannya dengan matematika, pengenalan permainan tradisional itu sendiri kemudian dilanjutkan pada implementasi permainan ular tangga, hingga membuat  soal-soal matematika yang berkaitan dengan materi matematika menggunakan pendekatan permainan ular tangga. Luaran yang didapat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu guru MI se-Jagakarsa dapat menerapkan pengetahuan yang didapat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini kepada siswa. Kata kunci: pembelajaran matematika, permainan, ular tangga ABSTRACTActivity Community Service aims to address problems experienced by teachers in the Working Group Madrasah Ibtidiyah Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, namely the difficulty of teachers in fostering student interest to learn math because lack of control methods, models, learning approach that is fun and innovative. One of them with a game of snakes and ladders as an innovative learning of mathematics at the elementary level.Snakes and ladders is one of the traditional game of snakes and ladders board game which consists of small boxes that have been given a number and a few images such as ladders and snakes, which can connect one box to another box. Snakes and ladders game rules modified in such a way as well as areas of the game as an innovative approach to learning math fun. This service activities attended by 48 representatives of teachers MI se Jagakarsa. The method of this activity by doingan explanation of what the benefits of snakes and ladders to approach the game and how its use and its relationship with math, introduction to traditional games itself and then proceed to the implementation of the game of snakes and ladders, to create math problems relating to the material using a mathematical approach to the game of snakes and ladders. ABSTRAKBerdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan di SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi, banyak materi Fisika yang semestinya diajarkan melalui praktikum dan percobaan, karena berbagai faktor maka praktikum dan percobaan fisika sering tidak dilakukan, kendala yang paling banyak  dijumpai adanya keterbatasan alat-alat praktikum yang tersedia.  Kendala tersebut tentunya tidak dapat dibiarkan, harus dicari penyelesainnya  agar pembelajaran fisika dapat berjalan sesuai dengan indikatornya. Demikian pula pada saat pembelajaran alat-alat optik, selama ini hanya dipelajari secara teori saja, pada hal untuk memahami konsep yang baik, disamping mempelajari teori juga harus disertai dengan praktikum agar dapat memahami konsep dengan baik dan juga menambah minat belajar siswa. Di SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi tidak selalu praktikum dapat dilakukan, hal ini terkendala oleh ketiadaan alat-alat yang tersedia, terutama praktikum alat-alat optik. Untuk mengatasi masalah itu perlu dilakukan pengenalan alat-alat optik dan pada akhirnya melakukan praktikumnya agar supaya siswa dapat membuktikan kebenaran teori-teori yang sudah dipelajari. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian sangat dibutuhkan bagi pihak sekolah terutama SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini guru fisika merasa terbantu dalam membelajarkan siswa-siswi dan mendapat inspirasi bagi guru untuk melakukan praktikum  alat-alat optik.. Kata Kunci: praktikum alat-alat optik; SMA Negeri  8 Muaro Jambi. ABSTRACTBased on observations in  SMA 8 Negeri Muaro Jambi, many Physics topic  should be taught with  practicum and experiment in laboratory.  Many  various factors the practicum and physics experiment was   not done. The most common obstacle was the lack of practicum tools available. These obstacles certainly can not be tolerated, solutions must be sought so that the learning of physics can proceed according to the indicators. Similarly, when learning optikal devices, so far only studied in theory only, in terms of understanding good concepts, besides studying theory must also be accompanied by a practicum in order to understand the concept well and also increased the  student interest in learning. In SMANegeri  8 Muaro Jambi not always practicum can be done, It was constrained by the lack of available equipment, especially practicum of optikal devices. To overcome this problem, it was necessary to introduce optikal devices and ultimately done the practicum . The students could  prove the truth of the theories  that they have learned. Based on community service activities that have been done,  it can be concluded that community service activities were  needed for schools, especially SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. Community service activity feel helped physics teachers in teaching students and got inspiration for teachers to doing the  practicum tools optiks. Keywords: optikal equipment practicum; SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi.

ABSTRACTHigh Order Thinking Skill or abbreviated with HOTS is an ability that is applied in the revised 2013 curriculum. The community service activities aim to (1) help teachers improve their understanding of learning outcomes evaluation, (2) improve teacher understanding of HOTS questions, and (3) improve teachers' ability to make HOTS questions, so that later HOTS questions are in accordance with the standards 2013 revision curriculum. This community service activity was carried out in the form of short training for three meetings. This activity was held in SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatera Province, which was attended by high school teachers in Empat Lawang District. The method used in the implementation of this activity is the method of lecture, discussion, simulation and demonstration. The results of this activity were the increase in teachers' understanding of the HOTS problem and the teacher's ability to make HOTS questions. ABSTRAKKemampuan berpikir tinggi atau yang disingkat dengan HOTS merupakan kemampuan yang diterapkan dalam Kurikulum 2013 revisi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk  (1) membantu guru dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang evaluasi hasil belajar, (2) meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang soal HOTS, dan (3) meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat soal HOTS, sehingga nantinya diperoleh soal HOTS yang sesuai dengan standar Kurikulum 2013 revisi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan singkat selama tiga kali pertemuan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang Propinsi Sumatera Selatan yang diikuti oleh guru-guru SMA dalam Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, simulasi dan demonstrasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman guru tentang soal HOTS dan kemampuan guru dalam membuat soal HOTS.

This community service aims to develop teacher professionalism in online learning through assistance in preparing digital teaching materials. The methods used in the service activities are interactive lectures, discussions, practices, and assignments. The participants involved were 11 elementary school teachers. Community service activities are carried out through making guidelines, implementing assistance, monitoring, and assigning tasks. The service results show that the mentoring activities have succeeded in developing the abilities and professionalism of teachers in the use of technology in learning. Participants have compiled digital teaching materials independently and have implemented them for students in their online learning. Meanwhile, 81.82% of participants stated that service activities provided new insights, and 63.64% were satisfied with the activities carried out.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme guru dalam pembelajaran daring melalui pendampingan penyusunan bahan ajar digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian berupa ceramah interaktif, diskusi, praktik, dan penugasan. Peserta yang terlibat adalah guru Sekolah Dasar sebanyak 11 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui tahapan proses pembuatan panduan, pelaksanaan pendampingan, pemantauan, dan pemberian tugas. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan berhasil mengembangkan kemampuan dan profesionalitas guru dalam penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Peserta telah dapat menyusun bahan ajar digital secara mandiri dan telah mengimplementasikannya kepada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daringnya. Adapun sebesar 81,82% peserta menyatakan kegiatan pengabdian memberikan wawasan baru, dan 63,64% peserta merasa puas dengan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan.
