This study aims to determine the stages of implementing the peer tutoring method in the learning process and the implementation of the Gerakan Siswa Mengajar (GSM) at SMP Negeri 1 Mejayan, Madiun Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study using triangulation techniques. Data and sources of research data were obtained through interviews with resource persons involved and related in the implementation of peer tutoring learning methods, namely coaches, teachers, and class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Mejayan Madiun Regency, observing the implementation of the Gerakan Siswa Mengajar (GSM), documentation and literature as a source of supporting data. Analysis of research data was carried out in three stages, namely the stage of data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions (conclusion drawing). The data reduction stage of this research was carried out by focusing on the research data and summarizing the main points of the research, the stage of presenting the data in the form of narratives and explanations, and the stage of drawing conclusions through drawing conclusions and conclusions from the research results from existing data. The results showed that: (1) The stages of implementing the peer tutoring method in the GSM program (Gerakan Siswa Mengajar) at SMP Negeri 1 Mejayan Madiun Regency included three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. (2) In its implementation, the GSM (Gerakan Siswa Mengajar) program at SMP Negeri 1 Mejayan applies a creative, innovative and fun system, the aim is to optimize the active role of students in the learning process, as an effort to increase student test scores, especially in the graduation exam and national exam (UN), optimizing academic potential and character values ​​in students, as well as realizing a creative, innovative, and fun learning process.

Auditor’s accountability consists of aspects such as motivation, social obligations and dedication to profession. These three aspects must be owned by the auditor to be able to produce a good audit quality.Hindu’s society recognize the legal doctrine of karma phala or causal. Due to the reason, this purpose study is to examine the accountability of auditors in the perspective of karma phala. This study used a qualitative method that focuses on the descriptive and the interpretative of human behaviour. The research data was obtained through participant observation and unstructured interview. Data analyze through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result shows that karma phala actually been embedded in every aspect of auditor’s accountability, but need more emphasis on awareness of the role of auditors in the public and the profession.

This research aims to describe the types and meanings that appear in lexical cohesion in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The benefits of this research are theoretical and practical benefits. This research uses descriptive qualitative recearch. The data of this research are in the form of words and phrases contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye, the source of data in this study is a collection of texts in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method, using documentation technique, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of this research data uses triangulation theory. based on the results of the research found, there are as many as 97 lexical cohesion data in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The results of the lexical cohesion research data contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye include the types of repetitions as many as 55 data, which consists of 12 data epizeukis repetitions, 3 data repetition of tautotes, 14 data of anaphora repetitions, 11 data of epistropha repetition, simploke repetition of 3 data, 9 data for mesodiplosis repetition, 2 data for epanalepsis repetition, and 1 data for anadiplosis repetition. Then the type of synonymous lexical cohesion is 6 data, antonym is 18 data, collocation is 6 data, hyponym is 5 data, and finally equivalence 7 data.Key words: lexical cohesion, novel Pergi, Tere Liye

A'dangang ceremony is a cultural value in the Kajang Customary Area. The purpose of research to analyze the view of society and function of A'dangang Ceremony to the life of Kajang society. This type of research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection is used by observation, interview, and documentation. Processing techniques and data analysts performed through three stages of data reduction, presentation and draw conclusions. The results show there is a ceremony of death A'dangang, which consists of several levels, namely: a) Dampo Ceremony, b) Lajo-lajo Ceremony. This study aimed to determine the role of teacher to student's morality education, the strategy of Al - Islam teacher to improve student morality, the supporting factors and inhibitors in building student's morality of 9 grade student in SMP Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research data were collected by using observation, interview and documentation method, then analyzed by using inductive approach and validity test. The results indicated that: activities of moral formation that teachers do i.e. night prayer, tahfidz Qur'an, and dzuhur praying in congregation. Teaching strategies of PAI Teacher used inquiry strategies, approached to student by using a variety of methods such as lecturing method, habituation method, and counseling method. The supporting factors: (a) family factors or parent who has very active role to participate in fostering student's morality, (b) environment or community around the school, (c) the environment around student's residence has been thick with religious thing, (d) school’s rules to prevent student's delinquency. Inhibiting Factors are (a) there was no enough time to foster much morality on student. (b) Lack of school's provision. (c) Different student's attitude and behavior. (d) Uncontrollable student association. (e) Lack of students’ awareness to attend activities required by the school. (f) Inadequate supporting facilities and infrastructures. <p>This paper examines the role of the Majelis Taklim Nurul Huda in Strengthening Religious Character and social care in Bone Regency. This type of research is qualitative, located in the Nurul Huda mosque, the largest mosque in Bajoe, the capital of Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency. The primary data source is obtained from the management of the Assembly Taklim Nurul Huda, secondary data obtained from a variety of relevant posts. Data were collected through interviews and observations as well as document searches, so that the research instruments were in the form of observation guidelines, interview guides, and documentation tools. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data exposure, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the role of the Majelis Taklim Nurul Huda in Strengthening Religious Character was seen in the members and the surrounding community having a deep faith, diligent worship, and noble character. Meanwhile, the positive impact of the development of the Majelis Taklim in shaping the character of social care can be seen in the existence of various activities in facilitating social activities.</p>

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin lembaga pendidikan sekolah mempunyai peran penting sebagai supervisor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran PPKn dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat supervisor dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 10 Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek peneliti adalah kepala sekolah dan guru PPKn. Tehnik analisis data digunakan adalah data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kepala sekolah adalah sebagai supervisi kepada guru yaitu memberikan bimbingan, arahan agar guru bisa melaksanakan tugasnya dengan professional dan bisa mengusai kompetensi berupa kompetensi sosial, pedagogik, professional dan kepribadian sedangkan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat supervisor akademik, faktor pendukung supervisor akademik adalah para guru selalu siap untuk disupervisor oleh kepala sekolah. Faktor penghambat supervisor akademik ini adalah adanya beberapa kesulitan yang dialami oleh kepala sekolah yang berupa jika kepala sekolah mensupervisor guru yang bukan bidang studi yang menjadi background pendidikan kepala sekolah.Principals as leaders of school education institutions have an important role as supervisors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal as a supervisor in streamlining the PPKn learning process and what are the supporting factors and inhibitors of supervisors in making the PPKn learning process effective at Mataram State Middle School 10. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were the school principal and the PPKn teacher. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that the principal's function was as supervision of the teacher, namely providing guidance, direction so that the teacher could carry out his duties professionally and could control competencies in the form of social, pedagogical, professional and personality competencies while supporting factors and inhibiting factors of academic supervisors, supporting factors of academic supervisors the teachers are always ready to be supervised by the principal. The inhibiting factor of this academic supervisor is that there are some difficulties experienced by the principal in the form of if the principal supports supervisors who are not in the field of study who are the educational background of the principal.

This research starts from academic awareness when realizing Falak keyword in the Play Store. It shows fifteen Falak aplications by programmers without validated Falak competence.This is crucial, because Falak regulates not only astronomical or social relations, but also theological. One of these applications were developed by Falak youth, namely Muhammad Faishol Amin with his Islamicastro. This research discusses digitization of Falak by Islamicastro and youth Falak contributions. This research is qualitative type that based going exploring. Primary and secondary data collection is done by documentation and interviews. The research data is processed in three stages, codification, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Then data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and inductive thingking methods. The conclusion is Islamicastro helps Falak practitioners by his data accuracy in the field. From literatures, algorithm of Islamicastro uses the ephemeris method, the spherical astronomy, and the renewal of vincety method. Muhammad Faishol Amin are agents of change as UU No. 40 of 2009 whose part is anacted role, prescribed role, and role models.

This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of e-learning as a learning media for archiving subjects at SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo in the covid-19 pandemic. This study was qualitative research. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. The validity of data was examined by source triangulation. Then, the data were analyzed by the Miles and Huberman Model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that e-learning learning media was effectively utilized in the archiving subject, based on 4 indicators of learning effectiveness. In terms of the elearning quality, which was seen from the process and results, it was found that 2 applications used during the learning process, namely google classroom and whatsapp was easily accessed and understood. In addition, the students’ learning outcomes, which was scored more than 80 (72.6%); described the student’ and teachers’ readiness in starting the lessons and the ongoing process of learning, such as the fulfillment of facilities like cellphones and laptops, after that, the teachers provided materials for students to learn first. Moreover, in terms of incentives, the teachers’ activities whcih motivated students every time they started the lessons included giving advices and positive energy; the teachers provided additional score for active students. Then, in terms of time, it was seen from the presence of  teacher to start the lesson on time in which the teachers assigned students based on the predetermined deadlines so that the students were more disciplined.

E-learning has an important role in Islamic Education learning. Students are expected to not only listening to the explanation of the material from the teacher but also playing an active role in learning by applying e-learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning based e-learning in Islamic Education course. The method used in this research was qualitative descriptive. The subject of this study was SMK 8 Surabaya students for the Islamic Education course. The data collection method had been done by interview and documentation. Data analysis had been done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The results of this study were the researcher found three stages in learning-based e-learning in the Islamic Education course, which is planning stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage.
