Universities in India are globally famous for providing quality education with low cost. The privatization has further developed formal education with advanced technology, infrastructure and learning environment. It has become a matter of pride for the higher educational institutions to show case the innovations they do to provide quality education to the students. Sustainability can be attained only by detecting the defects in teaching, learning and evaluation system in the educational institutions. There is a need to seek proper solutions to solve the existing defects in the educational system so as to provide good citizens to the society. The Students, Faculties, Parents, Employers, Collaborative Institutions, Regulating Bodies, Banks and financial Institutions, Sponsoring bodes etc. are the prime stakeholders of educational system. The expectation of each set of stakeholder differs in its magnitude based on its role towards the cause of education. Feedback is the process of knowing the self for every educational institution to rate its service towards its stakeholders. Educational Institutions shall establish and adopt Feedback Management System (FMS) to detect the best practices and defects existing in its system. The University Grants Commission has mandated the feedback on teachers. It has directed the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) to seek feedback from the students to evaluate the quality of educational delivery. This paper describes about the regulatory norms, process, opportunities and challenges of Feedback Management System in the Higher Education system in India.

As the fundamental block of the modernised society, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), has brought changes in the principles and procedures of nearly all endeavours in education. The comprehensive changes in (ICT) have evolutionary effect on higher educational institutions on their domains of knowledge application. Hence integration of ICT is of great demand for improving efficiency of such institutions. Reports on researches reveal that the use of ICT makes students more involved in the process of learning than that with the conventional methods of learning. Therefore, it is necessary to concentrate more on implementing ICT in higher education in the view of providing easily available, inexpensive and high quality education. This paper proposes the design of ICT in higher educational institutions. On the other hand, a Sensible Data Mining (SDM) is designed by integrating both the data mining and technology for visualisation in order to apply it on the evaluation system of higher education. A sensible atmosphere can be provided for users using SDM throughout the entire steps involved in evaluation.

Management of Islamic education as a process of structuring / managing Islamic educational institutions that involve resources in moving it to achieve the objectives of Islamic education effectively and efficiently. While Mujammil Qomar, defines the management of Islamic education as a process of managing Islamic educational institutions in an Islamic way by getting around learning resources and other matters related to achieving the objectives of Islamic education effectively and efficiently. Before the spread of the madrasa, Islamic education was carried out in Kuttab, Halaqah, the Ulama House, and the Mosque. Kuttab is divided into two types, namely the first kuttab which teaches writing and reading, and second is the kuttab which teaches the Qur'an and the basics of Islam. The management system of an Islamic educational institution that is influenced by politics can be categorized into four problems namely first, national education is political-elitist. Second, the Dualism of the Education System. Third, KKN in recruitment. and fourth, institutional dualism. The author provides a basic idea of ​​the efforts that must be made so that there are no gaps from the management of Public Higher Education managed by Kemenristekdikti and Islamic Religious Higher Education managed by the Ministry of Religion. The gap in question is in the form of an education budget that must be equally divided between the General Higher Education and Islamic Religious Higher Education by moving the Islamic Religious Higher Education to be fully managed by the Ministry of Research and Technology so that there is no longer the term institutional dualism that houses it.

Intensive competition in contemporary education market makes higher educational institutions choose market focused strategy in order to make their offer outstand their other competitors. Defining the factors of experience development, their impact on satisfaction and loyalty of foreign students would help higher educational institutions to create positive experience for foreign students that would later, thanks to this experience, can become loyal and spread positive information about the higher educational institution. Research of these factors is especially topical for Latvia because one of the main directions for development of the state educational system is integration in international educational system. The objective of research is to study the impact of experience developing factors on forming satisfaction and loyalty in higher education. Survey has been used as a research method, questionnaire covered foreign students in Latvia. Data analysis has been conducted with frequency analysis, calculations of central tendency indicators, correlation analysis and path analysis. As a result, it was found that satisfaction with higher educational institution was mainly formed with its capability to fulfil its obvious functions, that is provide qualitative education corresponding with expectations of foreign students. The analysis of impact of general satisfaction with higher educational institution on loyalty demonstrated very strong positive influence: the higher the satisfaction, the more likely foreign students would consider studies in particular higher educational institution to be useful for other foreign students and advise it.

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.

Service rules make it easier for an institution to pursue higher education. In order to ensure quality education, it is essential that educational institutions have service rules. The service rules of university employment are considered to be conducive to the higher education system. On this article discusses the importance of service rules. Each step of the service rules is shown with the help of diagrams and each of the steps is discussed separately. To certify higher education has played a noteworthy part in Bangladesh. The rules clearly specify the rights and duties of workers and employers where every institution must have its own service rules regulating any employment but cannot be contradictory to any establishment of the labor laws. Job satisfaction is considered as a vital determinant of job activities. Some of the universities are providing quality education but rests of them are not quality concerned, most of them are depending on Daily basis teachers, poor infrastructures, without service rules etc. The trial was taken on a random basis from four private universities in Bangladesh. The sample size is forty-five. The result of this study shows that about job satisfaction level of employees in the selected universities. In the end, based on results, researchers have offered some suggestions that can be taken into thought in strategy level.

Problem setting. Leasing out property that is involved in educational, academic, training and production, scientific activities by the public institutions of higher education often leads to violation of the rights of other participants in educational activities. They are sure to be a result of violating the limits, established by the current legislation, of exercising the rights to leasing out property by the public institutions of higher educational. Analysis of recent researches and publications. The issues of state property lease have been studied by many scholars. Basic research in this area has been conducted by I. Spasibo-Fatieieva, O. Lipetsker, Ye.Kazarenko, V. Steshenko, M. Pronina, S. Puhinsky, T. Potapenkova, Yu.Basin, D. levenson, N. Khashchivska, N. Milovska and other scientists. Target of research. The aim of the paper is a comprehensive study and analysis of the limits of exercising the rights by the public institutions of higher education to leasing out their own property. To achieve this goal the following tasks should be solved: 1) to define the limits of exercising the rights by the public institutions of higher education to leasing out their own property; 2) to determine the legal consequences of concluding lease agreements by the public higher educational institutions in violation of current legislation. Article’s main body. The article conducts a general study and analysis of the right of the public institutions of higher education to lease property. The author emphasizes that public higher educational institutions have the right to lease out only real estate and other individually identified property. The legal consequences of concluding lease agreements by public higher educational institutions in violation of the current legislation have been studied. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Summarizing the results of the study we can formulate the following conclusions. The public institutions of higher education have the right to lease out real estate and other individually determined property in the manner prescribed by law and subject to statutory restrictions (without the right of redemption and sublease, when it does not worsen the social and living conditions of persons studying or working in the educational institution). While leasing the property, the public higher educational institution realizes primarily their own property interests, at the same time, indirectly realizing the property interests of the state. If the lease agreement of real estate and other individually determined property of higher educational institutions is recognized as invalid, it may be recognized as invalid only for the future.

The article justifies for the need to identify and to keep track, in practice, of different groups of risks inherent in educational institutions under current conditions of pandemic and post-pandemic transformation of education under the influence of modern world uncertainty. Transformation of education functions in the epoch of digital economy changes the content and types of risks concomitant to the activities carried out by schools. Schools belong to the most conservative types of organizations. However, the environment in which schools operate is constantly changing. An educational institution, as any enterprise, has to engage in the activity aimed at risk management. Manifestation of the risk is, on the one hand, fraught with threats and damage, on the other hand, with opportunities. Assessment of possible threats and risks allows timely projection of undesirable results, creation of a system for situational response to unforeseen circumstances and, in the final analysis, formulation of a strategy for development of the university which would allow achievement of modern high quality education, its fundamentality and conformity to important topical requirements of the personality, society and state. Causes of developing risks characteristic of educational institutions are disclosed. External and internal risks characteristic of educational institutions, sources generating them and the importance of managing them are analyzed. The analysis of risks made reveals multi-varied threats and opportunities in the external and internal envi-ronment of the institution and their ability to have a significant effect on educational, organizational and financial activities of the schools.

Introduction. Higher education has been constantly upgrading, competition in the educational services market is intensifying in recent years. This leads to an increase in the role of marketing in the activities of higher education institutions. It is necessary to constantly look for new ways to improve the efficiency of the management of higher education institutions. Such an opportunity exists only with the constant use of marketing and the improvement of its tools. In connection with the mentioned, important and actual tasks of the present time is research and improvement of the methodology of developing an advertising campaign of higher education institutions in order to enable educational institutions to overcome existing problems in their marketing activities and develop this trend in the future. Methods. Commonly used methods of research are used in the course of the research: dialectic, monographic method, abstract and logical, method of scientific generalization, and specific methods of statistical processing of information. Results. The article deals with the general situation on the domestic market of educational services. The specifics of advertising activity of educational institutions are revealed, in particular, the necessity to study this issue, due to its urgency and lack of elaboration, is substantiated. Advertising activity is considered as a necessary condition and factor of sustainability, the competitiveness of the educational institution and its success in the education market. It is indicated on the preconditions of reorientation of priorities of educational activity into the sphere of improvement of marketing activity and advertising process of an educational institution, as well as tasks, which should carry out advertising activity in the field of educational services. Discussion. Further research is planned to be carried out in order to assess the effectiveness of the use of modern marketing tools by higher education institutions. In the last two decades, technology has evolved at a great pace and has influenced almost all spheres of life and education is no exception to it. Nowadays, most of the educational institutions are using various tools and equipments to impart education to the students. This paper has tried to explore the impact of e-education tools on thestudents in higher educational institutions. The sample consists of students enrolled in higher educational institutions. Both quantitative and qualitative methods have been adopted for data collection including questionnaires, semi-structured &open-ended interviews. Use of computer and internet was found to be one of the most important e-learning tools. The findings are expected to assist the higher educational institutions in framing their policies to impart quality education to the students.

Behavioural economics have become hot topic in research and debate in last few decades. In the context of behavioural economics, it is possible to summarize resemblances and create a system based on predication and regularities of errors, by analysing consumer’s behaviour, which allows to solve issues of future process development. In paper “Applying behavioural economics in education: study of undergraduate practices of selecting educational institutions” the authors identify key factors which influence undergraduates to choose higher education institution. The purpose of this paper is therefore to identify key elements of the behavioural economics that can be used to influence undergraduate selection development in favour of higher education institution. Additionally, within the framework of the study are applied insights of behaviour economics, which help guidance general understanding of undergraduate decision making. Particularly focusing on heuristics, that undergraduates are using to ease the complexity of decision making, which can lead to systematic errors and bias. This study per se synopsizes the definite findings of developing behavioural economics, which allows to apply this knowledge to study undergraduate choice in selecting higher educational institution. In this study were used numerous methods, including literature review, interviews with representatives of higher education and behavioural economics experts and surveying undergraduates.
