This study was aimed to study the school administration that influenced the promotion of life skills and career of students of Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools in Narathiwat Province. The samples were 200 teachers who served as heads of four divisions in Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools in Narathiwat Province, chosen through the purposive sampling technique. Research tools were five-scale questionnaires with reliability of 0.952. Statistics used for this research include percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. It was found that administrative performance and the promotion of life skills and career of students were at the high level, both overall and each aspect. School administrators’ administrative performance that affects students’ life skills and career of Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools in Narathiwat Province consisted of three variables; coordination and network building, assessment and evaluation, and development and encouragement. The multiple regression analysis values were 0.803, and the prediction discrepancy value was 0.153, which could predict the promotion of life skills and career of students of Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools in Narathiwat Province as high as possible 64.5 percent.

AbstractThe research was aimed to study the effect of school administrators’ servant leadership on the excellence of Catholic Schools under Nakhon Rarchasima Diocese. A total of 326 respondents consisting 61 school administrators and 265 teachers were involved in this study. A quantitative survey design using questionnaire as an instrument was utilized in this study. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Descriptive statistic used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean score and standard deviation whereas inferential statistic used were Pearson correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study revealed that both the independent and dependent variables were at high level. In short, school administrators were not only highly implemented servant leadership and its components but also the level of excellence was at high level. The excellence level of Catholic schools was significantly affected by three components of school administrators’ servant leadership at significant level of 0.05. The significant predictors of the school excellence level were community establishment, trust, love, and having vision components of servant leadership. The coefficient relative rate of multiple regression analysis was 0.651 and coefficient prediction was 41.60 percent. This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research

A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of reward on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (2) the effect of achievement motivation on teachers’ performance atstate junior high schools of Babat Supat District; and (3) the effect of reward and achievement motivation on teachers’ performance atstate junior high schools of Babat Supat District. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all state junior high schoolsteachers at Babat Supat District, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling by using Slovin formula to obtain 100 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was an effect of reward on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (2) there was an effect of Achievement Motivation on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (3) there was aneffect of reward and achievement motivation simultaneously on teachers’ performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District.

This research purpose how the influence of their own capital and loan capital of net income cooperative in Sukabumi City. This research is quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sampling is based on certain criteria. From the established criteria, obtained 11 (eleven) sample cooperative in sukabumi city with the observation period of 2 (two) years for each sample cooperative. The research analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F and partial test using t-test with a probability level of 5 percent (0,05). F-test result explain that the own capital and loan capital Simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on net income cooperative. t-test results showed that the own capital have a positive and significant effect on net income. While loan capital is not have significant impact on net income cooperative in Sukabumi City.Key words : Equity, Loan Capital, Net Profit Margin

AIM: To evaluate cardiac affection in type 1 diabetes in relation to Omentin.PATIENTS AND METHODS: Sixty two diabetics and 30 volunteer of the same age and sex were included as a control group. Blood sample was taken for assessment of omentin and oxidized low density lipoprotein (OxLDL), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1) and lipid profile. Urine sample was taken for assessment of albumin/ creatinine ratio. 24 hour holter was also done. T-test, simple correlation followed by stepwise multiple regression analysis was used for analysis of data.RESULTS: Parameters of 24 hour holter were significantly lower in diabetics. Omentin was significantly lower, while OxLDL were significantly higher than controls. RMSSD, ST deviation and OxLDL were the parameters related to omentin by stepwise multiple regression analysis in diabetics.CONCLUSION: Diabetic patients had a cardiac autonomic neuropathy. A significant reduction of omentin and elevation OxLDL imply that they influence glucose metabolism in type 1 diabetes. Omentin had a significant relation to 24 hr holter which may reflect its role in cardiac affection. Omentin and OxLDL had a role in renal affection.
