The article deals with the issues related to innovative technologies in the educational sphere, which acquire special significance and meaning in the situation of pandemic. It is mainly within this problem that the changes in the educational paradigm currently taking place are being understood. To a large extent, these transformations are linked with the introduction of information technologies into the educational process and the transfer of learning to online educational platforms. The author shows how, in one year of the pandemic, distance learning, which had been discussed for at least two decades, has become a tool indispensable for many educational tasks. Doing so without e-learning has become either problematic or impossible. Distance learning can be considered innovative due to its reliance on educational technologies that have not yet been fully tested, but are widely used by necessity. However, the real subject of innovation and educational process is the teacher. The purpose of the article is to analyze modern educational technologies and identify their innovative component.

The article describes the dynamics of students’ attitude to distance learning in the situation of forced transition to distance learning in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. Students’ attitude to the content, organizational and motivational aspects of distance learning was studied using a questionnaire with online service Google form. The study was organized by the longitudinal method. Measurements of students’ attitude were carried out in the early days of distance learning and at the end of the first month. Research questions concerned 1) assessing changes in the organization of educational process, its efficiency and students’ self-motivation in the first days after the transition to distance learning; 2) changes in attitude to distance learning at the end of the first month: 3) contribution of objective factors (curriculum, financial conditions of study, place of stay during the period of distance learning, experience in the use of online educational platforms, current academic achievements) to the dynamics of the students’ attitude. The participants of the study were 94 students of the 1st-4th year. The results revealed a steady trend to lower evaluations by students the quality of assimilating knowledge, abilities and skills as well as to decrease of learning motivation and quality of interaction with teachers on the subjective background of increasing educational load. The general tendency to worsening assessments of distance learning can be mitigated by such factors as pre-formed competencies in the use of distance educational technologies, external (financial) incentives to learn and the ability to change the usual way of life due to changes in the usual place of residence.

The relevance of the article is due to the problems associated with the need to develop effective ways to integrate pedagogical technologies and open educational resources (OER) in the educational process. The article reveals the prospects and advantages of using OER and massive open online courses (MOOCs), shows their role in the development and continuous updating of competencies in the use of digital technologies in education. The purpose of the article is to assess the potential of OER, identify the main problems of integrating pedagogical technologies and digital resources in the educational process, systematize the barriers to using open educational resources, and develop ways to overcome the difficulties of digital transformation of the educational process. The analysis of the survey of educators made it possible to determine the features of the use of OER in the educational process of the university; identify groups of barriers that educators face in using OER. Blended learning technology is considered as an important didactic means of integrating educational and open digital resources. Variants of designing blended learning models are described, which were developed and implemented in advanced training programs for educators of KNRTU. The results of the implementation of blended learning models are analyzed, which differ in the methods of using OER for studying an academic discipline, as well as in the degree of restructuring of the educational process. The results of the study allowed us to propose recommendations for the design of blended learning models, for the development of methodological support for OER, which are innovative tools for the wide distribution and use of educational materials. The article is intended for educators of universities and organizations that provide advanced training for educational workers.

The global pandemic and forced self-isolation have become significant factors in the rapid restructuring of training at all levels of education, and postgraduate in particular. They have caused not only the reformatting of the content, forms and methods of the advanced training system, but also mastering of tools and technologies of distance learning as the main way of communication between the educational process subjects. The article analyzes the contemporary tendencies in organization of the advanced training process of physical education teachers based on introduction of distance learning technologies. Improving the advanced training system of physical education teachers comprises the use of their multilevel preparation, which consists of continuous self-educational activity (first level); regular participation in organized forms of advanced training (advanced training and internship courses) (second level); analytical, scientific, and practical activity (third level). Self-educational activity includes acquaintance with online tools for distance learning organization and their use in practice. «Methodical materials» prepared by the Committee of Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for physical education teachers, the implementation purpose of which is to diversify motor leisure in quarantine terms; informational content of the YouTube channel «Junior Z» in the framework of the All- Ukrainian project «Physical Culture of the Future»; the project of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine «Digital Physical Education for schoolchildren with the participation of sports stars» are among them. The example of organized form of advanced training of physical education teachers is given based on the experience of Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University in the sphere of postgraduate education and continuous pedagogical education. In particular, the curriculum and organization peculiarities of the distance advanced training course for physical education teachers in quarantine terms are characterized. By conducting distance learning courses in such a way, teachers' behavior is modelled when they need to organize distance learning support for students in their schools. Within the framework of continuous education, physical education teachers should improve their qualification not only in their professional specialization field, but also in the sphere of information and communication technologies.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of life and learning in the world and in Ukraine. Quarantine restrictions made it impossible to conduct the educational process in medical universities by traditional methods (oral and written questioning, testing, attending lectures, participation in clinical trials and operations), which led to the restructuring of the educational process and the transition to distance learning. The aim of the work was to highlight the features of the organization of distance learning in higher medical institutions of Ukraine during the pandemic on the example of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. Learning management systems (LMSs) use the online learning platform Moodle to effectively conduct distance learning. Due to the dynamism, modularity, flexibility of this platform, students have continuous access to educational materials, undergo current and final test control of the level of knowledge acquisition and preparation for the exam Step-1, Step-2. The online service Microsoft Teams allows teachers and students to communicate in real time, conduct video lectures, discussions, surveys, control of students’ self-preparation, increase the motivational component of training by creating creative questions in Forms, running marathons and others. A high-quality distance learning process requires its digitization and informatization, teamwork of teachers and students, changing the role of the teacher as a mentor and coordinator, increasing the motivational component by introducing creative approaches to learning.
