The curriculum is an inseparable part of an education system, because it is one component in determining the achievement of a goal. Likewise the Islamic religious education curriculum (PAI) also has a very central role in various educational processes in order to achieve the direction and purpose of Islamic education itself. Islamic education aims to develop all the potential that humans have based on the Shari'ah of Islam. However, the PAI curriculum in fact, still holds problems in life, for example the learning model is still dogmatic, repository and overlapping, and the religious concepts taught have no relevance in life in modern times today. Educators and all education staff are required to truly be able to understand the curriculum and be able to develop it. In developing an Islamic religious education curriculum (PAI) certain approaches are needed, so that the curriculum developed can lead students towards the desired changes. Educators can choose a number of approaches that are appropriate to their learning model and of course by paying attention to the characteristics of Islamic religious education itself. Among the approaches that can be used in curriculum development there are four, namely: academic, humanistic, technological and social reconstruction approaches. The developed curriculum can later be implemented by various PAI teachers in the teaching and learning process in schools.

The chapter relates that learning, whether of new knowledge, a new skill, or a new attitude, has both neurological and psychological components. The learning process modifies the structure of the brain (via synaptogenesis) and is experienced by the learner as a representation. Representations enable us to recognize and then cogitate about items, experiences, and concepts . Learning is more efficient if based on prior learning, stored in patterns, and is more likely to occur if the learner finds the material meaningful or useful. The chapter describes the ways in which changing a known routine (adaptive expertise) and being aware of one’s own thought process (metacognition) effect learning. Experts are able to solve complex problems because they have developed interlocking pattern-based representations of the core understandings of their domain.

With this learning model the question and answer process is carried out by randomly assigning students so that each student inevitably has to participate actively, students cannot avoid the learning process, at any time they can be involved in the question and answer process. With this learning model the question and answer process is carried out by randomly assigning students so that each student inevitably has to participate actively, students cannot avoid the learning process, at any time they can be involved in the question and answer process. The definition of motivation is the change in energy in a person which is marked by the emergence of feelings and is preceded by a response to a goal. A series of activities carried out by each party or individual is actually motivated by something or what is generally called motivation. Motivation is what encourages them to carry out an activity or job. it is this motivation that a person will be more successful in a lesson. So, motivation will always determine the intensity of learning efforts for students. And it needs to be emphasized that motivation is closely related to goals. To support the interest in learning for each individual, there must be motivation in learning, because that motivation will move the person to do something, in this case, learning. With diligent effort and primarily based on motivation, someone who learns will be able to produce good achievements. The technique of data collection through class supervision stage in the learning process, to record importand events related to research particularly at the time of the learning process. Research shows that teacher’s ability to implement the learning process experiances an increase of percentage per step from cycle I to an average of 63% (enough) and to cycle II to an average of 68% (good).there is a 5% increase in teacher’s ability in this cycle I. There is a significant increase in the initial conditions of the school whwn compared with the final conditions of the second cycle II. Teacher punctuality gets into the classroom increases 48%, media utilization increases 32%, variative methods increase 31%, and study strategies increase 36%.Keywords: Pedagogical Competencies, Academic Supervision, and Improved Middle Education Quality (SMP).

The object of mind is something that must be taught by the teacher to the student in the form of learning, or we know that the teaching is the process ofinteraction between students, between students and teachers, and learning resources in the learning environment so that with it we as educators need to optimize thestudent's thought process so that students can be optimal for information. There are three sources of how students obtain optimization in the learning process, namely: intrinsic cognitive load (dependingon the difficulty level of amaterial), extraneous cognitive load (depending on the presentation of thematerial) and germane cognitive load (whichis imposed by teaching methods that lead to better learning outcomes). the results showed that the interactive element is well managed and extraneous cognitive load is suppressed to a mable so that it creates a large enough germane cognitive load.

When talking about the educational profession, it is certainly not separated from the things in schools such as teachers, school principals, students and the teaching and learning process that happened in it. In other respects, in the world of education, administration is indispensable for the continuity of the teaching and learning process. They are not separated from the activation of people who have mastered administration in school including the role of teachers. The success of education in schools should be supported by regular, directed and planned school administration services. Where in the implementation must follow the increasingly competitive and more modern times. Therefore, there needs to be a division of the task of the administration that is clear and programmatic in every school.
