This research is motivated by the idea that the motivation of local government employees is needed to be able to produce service performance to the community in the context of bureaucratic reform to realize good governance. The purpose of this study was tofind the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee motivation in a regional government, using the path analysis method. The sample in this study was153 echelon IV employees / supervisory officials.The results found the fact that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee motivation. Meanwhile, transformational leadership does not influence employee work motivation.

The purpose of this study was to find the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on the improvement of employee innovation in a regional government, using the path analysis method with work motivation as an intermediate variable. The sample in this study was153 echelon IV employees / supervisory officers.The results found the fact that organizational culture and transformational leadership have an indirect influence on employee innovation through work motivation. Target achievement of Complete Systematic Land Registration in Kebumen Regency in 2017 as many as 50,000 fields have been completely completed (100%). The success is inseparable from the role of the leadership and employees of the Land Office of Kebumen Regency. The success of achieving the targets of Complete Systematic Land Registration activities (PTSL) is determined by employee motivation. Factors that play a role in employee motivation include the leadership style and organizational culture. Scientific Writing Research aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture on employee work motivation associated with achieving PTS targets. The results of data processing using the correlation test show that there are significant influences and strong influences from each and collectively the factors of leadership style and organizational culture on the work motivation of the Kebumen Regency Land Office employees. This influence proves that the success of achieving the target activities must involve all elements of the employee to be responsible and professionally complete the task. The role of leaders in mobilizing and motivating employees is very important in order to create a positive organizational culture.

Abstract. This study aims to test empirically the effects of government accounting system, organizational culture, performance of regional government officials, the role of government internal auditor, and government internal control system towards the implementation of good governance in Talaud Islands District. This research was conducted at Talaud Islands Regency officials by using purposive sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 145 respondents at 28 SKPD. Data was analysed by using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23 software. T-test was conducted to test the hypothesis partially. Results of this study show that: (1) The government’s accounting system has a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance, with t-value of 4.342 and significance value of 0.000; (2) The organizational culture has a negative and insignificant influence on the implementation of good governance, with t-value of -1.019 and significance value of 0.310; (3) The performance of regional government officials has a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance, with t-value of 2.458 and significance value of 0.015; (4) The role of APIP has a positive and significant influence on the application of good governance, with t-value of 6.647 and significance value of 0.000; (5) The government’s internal control system has a positive and significant influence on the implementation of good governance, with t-value of 2.128 and significance value of 0.035.  The amount of variation of the variables of good governance implementation which can be explained by variables in this research is 84.8%, while the remaining 15.2% is the contribution of other variables that are excluded in this research model. Keywords: Government Accounting System, Organizational Culture, Performance of Government Officials, The Role of Government Internal Auditor, Government Internal Control System, Good Governance.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh sistem akuntansi pemerintahan, budaya organisasi, kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah, peran aparat pengawasan intern pemerintah, dan sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah terhadap penerapan good governance di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada aparatur Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sistem akuntansi pemerintahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan good governance, dimana nilai t= 4,342 dan nilai signifikan 0,000; (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penerapan good governance, dimana nilai t= -1,019 dan nilai signifikan 0,310; (3) Kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan good governance, dimana nilai t= 2,458 dan nilai signifikan 0,015; (4) Peran APIP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan good governance, dimana nilai t= 6,647 dan nilai signifikan 0,000; (5) Sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan good governance, dimana nilai t= 2,128 dan nilai signifikan 0,035. Besarnya variasi dari variabel penerapan good governance yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variebel penelitian ini adalah sebesar 84,8 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 15,2 % dijelaskan atau merupakan kontribusi variabel lain tetapi tidak terdapat dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci:   Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah, Peran Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah, Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah, Good Governance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of transformational leadership, organizational culture, motivation and performance, and the relationship between the four variables at the Jambi District Court employees. This study uses descriptive and verificative research methods that aim to describe research variables systematically and in accordance with the facts investigated, as well as knowing the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. The study sample used as many as 74 employees of the Jambi District Court, The results of the descriptive analysis show that the overall level of transformational leadership quality and organizational culture in the Jambi District Court are at a good level of quality. While for work motivation and employee performance are at a high level of quality. The results of hypothesis testing through path analysis prove that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. For the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation, it shows that the application of transformational leadership and good organizational culture can increase employee motivation at a higher level, which indirectly has an impact on improving employee performance. However, on the other hand work motivation partially does not affect employee performance.

This research is motivated by the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province which is not yet optimal. One of the factors is the low level of employee satisfaction which is caused by the lack of transformational leadership, the low of organizational culture and the low of employee work motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and employee work motivation on employee satisfaction and its implications on the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province. This study use descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this research is 284 PDAM employees in Banten Province with population size 1,092 employees. The analysis method of this study is the Path Analysis. The results of this study found that there is a direct influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction (23.32%), the direct influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction (8.12%) and the direct influence of employee work motivation on employee satisfaction (10,28%). Simultaneously, the influence of independent variable on employee satisfaction is 69,02%, and the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 30.98%. The effect of employee satisfaction on employee performance is 81.70%, while the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 18.30%.Keywords: Transformational leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze further the effect of transformational leadership style,employee motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, theresearcher uses of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational cultureas an independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable.Methods of data collection in the research that is used is a questionnaire with a sample of 57permanent employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama Pekalongan (consisting of a central office and fourbranch offices), in which the research is using a sample of census or using the entire population ofemployees of PT. BPR Arta Utama. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiplelinear regression analysis.Based on the multiple linear regression that is performed to produce transformational leadershipstyle, it has a positive and significant impacts on employee performance. With the present business environment which is creating a strong demand pull for quality and efficient logistics services, core issues are being gradually removed with time but HR issues are still neglected. Motivation can be the key process of boosting the morale of employees to encourage them to willingly give their best in accomplishing assigned tasks. During growth of any sector, dimensions of leadership can have great impact on employee motivation. This research paper analyzes impact of transformational leadership on employee motivation and moderating role of gender. The result shows significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and employee motivation and gender does moderate the relationship.

The link between the work motivation and work commitment is well established in a variety of work settings. However, the role of organizational culture is not explored in depth, especially as a moderator between work motivation and work commitment. The present study undertakes an examination of the above explained model. The sample consisted of 351 academics from nine public universities in the state of Punjab, Pakistan. Cross-sectional survey design was employed to collect the data. The statistical analyses were performed with Partial Least Squares technique using the Smart PLS 3.0. The findings revealed that adhocracy culture moderates the link between non-self-determined work motivation and work commitment among university academic staff. The study has implications for authorities to capitalize on organizational culture to boost work motivation that will ultimately improve work commitment among academics.

Purpose: This study evaluates the role of transformational leadership in effective strategic implementation. The purposes of this study are; first, to examine the degree of transformational leadership of administrative officials; second, to assess the degree of effective strategic implementation; third, to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on effective strategic implementation. Finally, this study examines the roles of organizational culture as a moderator of the association between transformational leadership and effective strategic implementation. Methodology: This study uses the case study of municipalities in Trang Province in Thailand. This research employs quantitative methods. The questionnaires are collected from administrative officials of municipalities in Trang Province. Descriptive statistics are used to analyse the data. This study uses Pearson correlation analysis to achieve the associations between two variables. In addition, regression analysis is applied as a suitable statistical tool to test the hypotheses. Implication: This study combined the framework of strategic management, leadership, and organizational culture for testing the conceptual model. The study is particularly useful for improving the roles of administrative officials in order to achieve effective strategic in municipalities.
