Pandemic covid-19 has an impact in the implementation of daily activities including on students. Social distancing is carried out in order to prevent the transmission of covid-19. Outdoor activities are restricted, requiring adjustments including social interactions. This study aims to identify the social interaction of students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) FKIP University of Palangka Raya during the covid-19 pandemic. Research is a survey with a crosssectional approach in students PJKR study program, FKIP University of Palangka Raya, as many as 115 people. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Online data collection using questionnaires through google form. Social interaction between students related to assignments and lecture activities (88%), communication outside campus activities (45%), student and extracurricular activities (34%), hobbies and achievements (33%). While the social interaction of students with lecturers related to lecture materials (91%), lecture assignments (64%), academic guidance activities (20%), off-campus activities (14%) and other interactions. Changes in social interaction in the form of interactions become limited, online communication increases including the utilization of social media as well as increased use of mobile phones and other devices. Advice should be considered concern about lecture activities that involve social interaction between students, students with lecturers and students with the community and the use of technology while maintaining the prevailing social values in the community.

This research was motivated by the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia and changing the education system from face to face to online. This is coupled with the number of campus activities and online assignments, especially for students of the 2017 PJKR study program at PGRI Semarang University. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical activity of students of the PJKR study program at PGRI Semarang University during the pandemic. This research uses survey research with descriptive analysis method with percentage technique. The sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study, according to the description of the data and the discussion studied by the researcher, are that the 2017 PJKR PGRI Semarang University students are aware and consider it important to carry out physical sports activities during this pandemic. This is evidenced because on average they do various types of sports, jogging is the most popular choice. Suggestions that can be given are in the form of collaboration between lecturers and students to work together in socializing related to breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19 through the role of student education in their families and the environment around their respective homes or villages.

Head of a village election with e-voting system is a new thing for community The success level of e-voting system can be reached by fulfil several principles in order to the implementation going effective and the result of the election can be accepted by all. The objectives of this research is to analyze the relation between the success level of e-voting system with social capital of the community. This research is carried out with the quantitative approach and supported by qualitative data. This research takes 60 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the success level of e-voting has a correlation with the level of social capital of the community. Based on the field study, the social capital of the community is classified as high. The high social capital makes the implementation of e-voting successful and the success level is also high, because in the election ten years ago occurred a conflict. The community considers e-voting easier and more practical, cost effective and time-saving, and the results of e-voting are also reliable. A practical and fast of e-voting system can be a solution especially for “rural-urban” community who are busy or work outside the village.Keywords: E-voting, the success level of the system, social capital Pemilihan kepala desa dengan sistem e-voting merupakan hal yang baru bagi masyarakat. Keberhasilan penerapan sistem e-voting dilihat dari terpenuhinya beberapa prinsip agar penerapannya berlangsung efektif dan hasilnya dapat diterima oleh seluruh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat keberhasilan sistem e-voting dalam pemilihan kepala desa dengan tingkat modal sosial masyarakat. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang didukung oleh analisis data kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil enam puluh responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan e-voting memiliki hubungan dengan tingkat modal sosial masyarakat. Berdasarkan kajian di lapang, modal sosial masyarakat tergolong tinggi. Tingginya modal sosial tersebut membuat pelaksanaan e-voting berhasil dan tingkat keberhasilannya juga tergolong tinggi karena pada pemilihan sepuluh tahun silam sempat terjadi konflik. Masyarakat menganggap sistem evoting lebih mudah dan praktis, hemat dalam segi biaya dan waktu, serta hasil dari pemilihan juga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Sistem e-voting yang praktis dan cepat dapat menjadi solusi khususnya bagi masyarakat daerah “desa-kota” yang memiliki kesibukan atau pekerjaan di luar desa.Kata Kunci: E-voting, keberhasilan sistem, modal sosial.

This study aims to determine: (1) The productive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City, (2) The reproductive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung Kota District Tanjungbalai, and (3) The social role of fisherman housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City. This research was conducted in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City in 2020. The population of this study were all fishermen housewives in Sei Merbau Village, amounting to 592 people, while the sample in this study was 10% of the total population (59 people. ) and taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique is done by direct communication (interview). While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) The highest productive role (48.78%) was performed by housewives who worked as factory workers, while the lowest role (21%) was performed by housewives who worked as coconut peeler. Overall, the role played by housewives of fishermen is 33.35% and is in the low category. (2) The reproductive role played by the housewives of fishermen in Kelurahan Sei Merbau, namely having dependents of 1 to 6 children. Most (57.63%) fishermen housewives had 1-2 children and a small proportion (8.47%) had 5-6 children with an average of 2-3 children. (3) In general (81.36%) fishermen housewives participated in the social activities of the unfortunate union and a small proportion (25.42%) participated in arisan activities. In addition, the recitation activity is useful for moral contributions to housewives so that they can motivate husbands to work to increase income and also motivate children to improve education. The highest role of arisan activities was 76.92% while the lowest role was 22.73%. With an average of 43.47%.

Background: The role of health students in providing information about reproductive health is very important, especially regarding reproductive health rights for women with disabilities. This is crucial to do because women with disabilities are very vulnerable to violence and discrimination, especially in terms of reproductive health. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the influence of knowledge and intention toward behavior of female health students in accessing information on reproductive health rights for women with disabilities. Research Methods: This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at the Midwifery Study Program at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University Malang in October 2020. The sample size was 50 subjects, selected by simple random sampling technique. The dependent variable is the behavior of health female students in accessing information. The independent variables were knowledge and intention in access to information. Data collection using an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Results: The behavior of health female students in access to information was influenced by knowledge (b= 0.36, CI 95% = 0.12 to 0.60, p= 0.005), and intention in access to information (b= 0.45, CI 95% = 0.10 to 0.80, p= 0.014). Conclusion: Participants with good knowledge and high intention in access to information affect behavior in accessing information.   Keywords:  health students; reproductive health rights; women with disabilities

AbstractBackgroundMid-adolescents dominate the number of gadget users in Indonesia. The use of gadgets to a high intensity can cause various problems such as poor sleep quality and decreased social interaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the intensity of the use of gadgets and the quality of sleep and social interaction in adolescents.MethodThe research design used was a correlational research study with a cross-sectional approach. Through the calculation of the sample, the respondents were 250 adolescents who met the inclusion criteria, namely (1) adolescents aged 15–18 years and (2) teens who owned and used gadgets. The sampling method used simple random sampling by conducting a lottery system in each class. The independent variable was the intensity of using the gadget, while the dependent variable was the quality of sleep and social interaction. Data collection focused on the intensity of gadget use using questionnaires and it was analyzed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS). The data was analyzed using Spearman’s rank correlation with α = 0.05.ResultsThe results showed that the intensity of gadget use was positively related to poor sleep quality in adolescents (p = <0.001; r = 0.555). The intensity of the use of gadgets was also related to social interaction with a negative direction. The higher the intensity of the use of gadgets, the lower the social interaction in adolescents (p = 0.001; r = –293).ConclusionThe use of gadgets in the mid-adolescent years is related to sleep disorders as regards the latency and duration of sleep. Adolescents are more likely to engage in social interaction and communication through gadgets than face to face.

The rapid progression of ICT has influenced the social change and broadened the horizon of innovative learning which further enabled the web-based collaborative learning. Studies show that the use of web-based social tools is able to expand the social interaction and engagement among the students. In fact, many learning approaches in today’s higher education context have embedded collaborative learning activities. Therefore, it is important to investigate the student communicative acts and social interaction in the online communication process for sustaining and better supporting web-based collaborative learning. This study presents students’ feedback and their communicative acts in the process of collaborating on a multimedia project. Communicative Model of Collaborative Learning (CMCL) was used to analyze these inputs which obtained from open-ended questions, student interviews and students’ posting in social networking sites. The results showed that the CMCL was a useful tool for assessing the students’ social interaction and communicative acts in this learning approach. The outcomes of this study show that the use of CMCL is effective to analyze the student communication and interaction in web-based collaborative learning environments with more perspectives and reveal the impacts on student learning experience and attitudes.

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of work stress on job satisfaction with social support as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative, using Simple Random Sampling for its sampling technique. There were 60 employees as samples”the data collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The statistical analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and data analysis by utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the tool and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The result shows that work stress has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress will result in a decrease in job satisfaction felt by employees. As well as social support did not moderate the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction. Social support does not decrease the impact of work stress on job satisfaction that occur within the company. The company should manage the work stress level to fulfil workers' job satisfaction and avert adverse effects to the company's activities.

Background: The occurrence of serious problems in children's mental development, that children will become aggressive, lack of social interaction and deteriorating of communication skills, is affected by the introduction of gadgets too early and the intensity of uncontrolled use of gadgets by parents. Aim of this study is to determine the relationship between pragmatic ability and social interaction with the intensity of using gadgets in kindergarten children in Surakarta.  Methods: This research was conducted in the kindergarden TK ABA Thoyibah Surakarta, TK Sri Juwita Hanum Surakarta dan TK Negeri Pembina city of Surakarta in april until august 2020. Sample conduct using total sampling technique. Amount of sample is 115 students of kindergarden. The relationship of the variables studied, both pragmatic ability and social interaction with the intensity of using gadgets, is an Odds Ratio (OR), which is exponential from b, the statistical significance of the Odds Ratio is tested with mannova.  Results: The results of the analysis of the pragmatic ability variable showed that Exp B: 2,916, p: 0,420. The results of the social interaction variable analysis showed that Exp B: 2,977, p: 0.011.  Conclusion: Pragmatic ability and social intensity are jointly related to the intensity of using gadgest in kindergarten students in Surakarta, with the results of the analysis of the variable pragmatic ability Exp B: 2,916, p: 0,420 and the results of the analysis of social interaction variables Exp B: 2,977, p: 0.011.

The study examined the relationship between organizational culture and employee efficiency among commercial banks in Nigeria. Primary data was gathered by means of a self administered questionnaire. to select 223 respondents using simple random sampling technique, and out of which 218 were retrieved. the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSSS) was adopted to analyze collected data. The findings revealed that organizational processes and structures were significant predictors of employee efficiency. As a result, the staff’s familiarity with the organizational processes and structure, their efficiency levels. Arising from these findings, it is recommended that all bank employees should become familiar with and committed to the corporate culture. Appropriate incentives should be offered to employees. These should not be restricted to monetary rewards, but should include recognition of their performance and present opportunities to achieve individual goals and aspirations. Finally, both managers and employees should receive training to enhance efficiency.

It used the qualitative method of descriptive approach. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine informants. The types of data are primary and secondary data which are collected through interviews and documentation studies. The test of data validity is done through triangulation technique and member check. While the data analysis techniques used the analytical technique of Miles and A.Hubberman.The results of the research show that the process of social rehabilitation at PSKW Andam Dewi includes guidance of personality, spirituality, and skills as a provision of a better life and useful for the assisted citizens after going out later. Nevertheless, it can not be denied that there are obstacles found in carrying out the rehabilitation process such as inadequate facilities and infrastructures, lack of funds, lack of numbers of instructors and problems from social assisted citizens themselves. The efforts to handle these obstacles are: utilize government’ existing funds as optimal as possible to complete all of the facilities and infrastructures which are needed to support the process of rehabilitation and cooperation between instructors and assisted citizens so that the coaching process can run in accordance with the expected goals. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sukarami Kabupaten Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling. Jenis datanya adalah data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi dan membercheck. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisa Miles dan A Hubberman. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa proses rehabilitasi sosial di PSKW Andam Dewi mencakup bimbingan kepribadian, kerohanian dan keterampilan sebagai bekal kehidupan yang lebih baik dan berguna bagi warga binaan setelah keluar nanti. Meskipun begitu tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa ada kendala yang ditemukan dalam menjalankan proses rehabilitasi diantaranya sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, keterbatasan dana, kurangnya jumlah instruktur dan masalah dari warga binaan sosial itu sendiri. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi kendala tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan dana yang ada dari pemerintah seoptimal mungkin untuk melengkapi segala bentuk sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan untuk menunjang proses rehabilitasi dan kerja sama antara instruktur dengan warga binaan agar proses pembinaan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan.
