The research method in this research is to use a descriptiveeresearch method withaa qualitative approach..This studyuuses the comparativeeafter only indicator to determine the impact offthe implementationnof theeZoning System PPDB policy. Theeresults offthis studyyare, theepositive impactoof PPDB zoninggsystem istthe existenceoof equitableeeducation, and eliminatingsschool discrimination..The negativeeimpact is theegathering of studentsswith differentaabilities innone class, this condition makes reducing interest in learning. Teachers find it difficult to teach because in the classroom, they do not only consist of high-achieving students as before,rresulting in decreased schoolpperformance, less communicativeelearningaactivities, and decreased schoolqquality. Meanwhile, the factor that becomes an obstacleein implementinggthe PPDBppolicy on this zoning system; there are nothing good regulations regardinggthe implementation offthe policy.TThe policy issnot accompanieddby an increaseein the quality and quality of education,pprovision of educational facilities, and training of competent educators in all schools

Starting in early 2020, Indonesia has been living life with the impact of the disaster, namely of the corona virus or also called as covid-19. Activities in various fields, especially education, face various problems in the process, which were initially carried out face-to-face/offline to online and of course this all affects the system and quality of education. Islamic education which has taken place as an inseparable part of the national education system has also experienced this impact. The writing of this article is to identify the difficulty of Islamic education in national education during the covid-19 pandemic, whose goal is to provide knowledge of the efforts made by Islamic education during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the discussion show that Islamic education in national education during the covid-19 pandemic develops potential or provides creativity to students, teaches to always try in any activity, strives and prays to God Almighty, is responsible for all activities that should still be carried out. while online, maintain morals, manners, be independent, knowledgeable, and of course must keep the spirit. <p>Students need for qualified Islamic education is strongly influenced by the implementation of a systematic, programmed, and measurable learning management. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning management in improving the quality of Islamic education for students at MTsN 2 Langkat. This empirical study follows a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical study method. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The implementation of learning management can improve the quality of Islamic education for students at MTsN 2 Langkat. Improving the quality of education can be seen from the following aspects: (1) learning planning that involves all parties during the deliberation/meeting at the Madrasah, (2) the implementation of learning carried out in the Madrasah (inside and outside the classroom) as well as the tahfiz al-Qur'an program and the congregational Dhuha prayer; (3) learning supervision carried out systematically with academic and managerial supervision from the Ministry of Religion in the district and the Head of the Madrasah; (4) learning evaluation carried out in written, in worship practice and orally every semester.</p>

The problem that is the subject of the study in this study is the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education, and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the instruments used in data collection by researchers include interviews, observation and documentation. The informants from this study are the Heads, Waka, Teachers and Students. The technique used to check the credibility of the data is the extension of the presence of the researcher, in-depth observation, triangulation, detailed description and analysis of negative cases. The results of the study show that the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of management of Islamic education institutions is to use several methods, which are varied and some of the approaches taken by the head of the madrasah which can then improve the quality of education in this educational institution, then the other is to use an approach individuals, group approaches, educational approaches, religious approaches or religious approaches, fulfillment of school facilities and infrastructure, appreciation of student learning and so on. While the factors that influence the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions are positive factors which include the existence of adequate human resources, student awareness, and also the existence of cooperation between existing education practitioners, complete facilities and infrastructure, then the teacher's creativity in teaching.

The quality of education should be able to produce skilled graduates, capable of being in accordance with their level of education, honest and most importantly, good morals. Improving the quality of education that is more qualified, among others, through the development and improvement of curriculum and evaluation systems, improvement of educational facilities, development and procurement of teaching materials, and training for teachers and other education personnel. The purpose of this study is to find out what the madrasa principals do at MTs. Private Miftahul Falah Diski. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach that is a research method that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people as research objects and observable behaviors so that they are detailed from a phenomenon under study. Based on the results of the study it was found that the leadership carried out by the head of the madrasa in MTs. Private Miftahul Falah Diski is classified into the type of democratic leadership in which the head of the madrasa always holds deliberations to the entire board of teachers, staff and administration in determining each decision to be made. Quality of education in MTs. Private Miftahul Falah I have fulfilled 8 National Education Standards, and it is evidenced by the accreditation of MTs Private Miftahul Falah with the accreditation of B.

This paper discusses Islam and education with reference to academic concepts of the education. It is very difficult task to build Islamic education in the non-Muslims countries, because non-Muslims have different traditions, cultural, political, and also in education. But we define some important issues in education. First; improving the public awareness in the Islamic schools where they cannot be good and lack the trust between Muslim and non-Muslim communities. So how we can improve the public awareness of Islamic schools and how we can enhance the trust of society. The second; financial permanence - in this issue, we improve the quality of education through sufficient income. The third issue in Islamic education is qualified teachers. How to improve Islamic education, train our students, and how to attract them towards Islamic education. The fourth; building the effective boards. They work as a backbone of Islamic education. The fifth one is of curriculum.

The acceptance of new students (PPDB) using the zoning system was first implemented in Yogyakarta in 2018/2019. This zoning system aims to equalize education and improve the quality of education. This research was conducted to find out how the zoning system policy in Yogyakarta city under the auspices of the Yogyakarta City Education Office. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. The results of the study showed that the zoning system in Yogyakarta has changed from the previous year. In 2019/2020 the zoning system provides a 10% chance of superior seeds, 30% of school zones, 10% of poor learners, 40% of quality pathways, 5% of out-of-school zoning pathways, and 5% of special pathways such as prospective learners whose parents moved from other regions to Yogyakarta. With this zoning system, the whole community has the opportunity to get a good quality education.

Principal's strategy is the art and knowledge gained by a principal in formulating, implementing, evaluating cross-functional decisions that facilitate the organization in achieving goals. Teachers are the key to the success of an educational institution. Good and bad behavior or teaching procedures for teachers will greatly affect the image of educational institutions. This study aims to examine and discuss in-depth the principal's strategy in developing teacher competence at MA Tarbiyatul Islam Gending Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The model that can be used to improve the competence of teachers in carrying out their duties is through In-service education or In-service training programs. (2) The strategic steps of the principal's leadership in developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education are the first formal strategy, namely the teacher is assigned by the institution to attend education and training, the second non-formal strategy, namely the teacher on his own desire and effort to train and develop himself related to work or position.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the causal factors and the impact caused by the problem of low teacher discipline. This study uses a qualitative approach, with problem analysis techniques using tree diagrams and descriptive analysis techniques. The location of this study was conducted at Wates 1 Sumbergempol Public Elementary School, Tulungagung Regency. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Through this research can find findings from data analysis or the problem under study. The results of this study indicate that the low discipline of teachers in Wates 1 Sumbergempol Public Elementary School, Tulungagung Regency is caused by the following factors: (1) the teacher arrives late and returns before his time; (2) school regulations that are not implemented optimally; and (3) there is no supervision from the principal regularly and continuously. Keywords: Quality of Education, Teacher Discipline   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari masalah rendahnya kedisiplinan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik analisis masalah menggunakan diagram pohon dan teknik analisis deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Wates 1 Sumbergempol Kabupaten Tulungagung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Melalui penelitian ini dapat menemukan temuan dari analisis data atau masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri Wates 1 Sumbergempol Kabupaten Tulungagung disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor sebagai berikut: (1) guru datang terlambat dan pulang terlebih dahulu sebelum waktunya; (2) peraturan sekolah yang tidak dijalankan dengan maksimal; dan (3) tidak ada pengawasan dari kepala sekolah secara berkala dan berkelanjutan. The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

Vocational schools (SMK) is a secondary education that preparesstudents primarily for working on a particular field. Diverse efforts made by SMKgraduates increased 8 Medan include improving the quality of education byreforming both the substance of the material and the provision of facilities andinfrastructure. However, the results have not been up, cermatan can be seen fromthe low competence of graduates, making it less able to play a role in meeting thedemands of the workplace. Assumed to be an indication of the quality of learning isstill performed during less effective, less efficient and unable to increase studentinterest. In order to achieve maximum learning outcomes is through theimprovement of learning strategies to utilize the educational facilities in accordancewith existing conditions, ie, by examining one of the subjects namely Constructiondressmaking pattern. Construction material pattern done with learning strategyapproach manipulated into two comparing results STAD cooperative learningstrategies and learning strategies expository and compare the results with thelearning characteristics of students with high and low interest in learning onlearning outcomes Pattern Construction.
