Improving the effectiveness of education to ensure that the person is at the centre of education and young people receive an independent education, they are well prepared in educational institutions and, in addition to solid knowledge in their field, possess modern pedagogical technologies and interactive methods. we need teachers who know the rules of use when organizing reading and educational activities. To do this, it is necessary to equip all-natural science teachers with new pedagogical technologies and interactive methods, apply the knowledge gained in teaching and educational activities, and constantly improve their qualifications. Today, the use of new pedagogical technologies in education is becoming increasingly important. It is known that pedagogical technology is intended for the educational process and determines the goal of the process of personality formation in society. The pedagogical system needs updating as society changes. The “National Program for Personnel Training” set the goal of education in a new direction: “to get rid of the ideological stigma of the past, to train highly qualified personnel that meet the highest moral and ethical standards at the level of developed democracies”. That is, today it is necessary to completely update the content of pedagogical technology, the goal of teaching, and the improvement of the pedagogical process. Education-based on advanced pedagogical technologies with the skilful use of traditional teaching methods is a requirement of our time. The main goal of reforming the education system is to develop students' ability to think independently, use modern information tools and teach them to apply their knowledge to solve any problems.

The paper attempts to analyze the problems of adjusting the educational process in the EurAsEC countries that have arisen in recent decades in case of unforeseen circumstances. At the end of the 20th century, the ideas of globalization of all areas of the world community's activity led in the field of higher education to a thirst for immediate changes. What prompted the concern of the leading universities in Europe, which train highly qualified for the real sectors of the economy? An analysis of the current situation showed that the realities existing at that time pushed people to action, since analysts of higher education have repeatedly noticed that in the field of many areas of fundamental research, Europe is significantly inferior to the United States. Also noteworthy is the identity of the Nobel laureates. Independent commentators, beyond any emotion, pointed out that the United States has always invested significant amounts of money in the development of science. These problems gave rise to the Bologna process of reforming higher education in Europe. In this regard, the problems are considered and the prospects for the creation and development of a single educational space on the territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, considered by the authors as an important component of economic integration in the post-Soviet space, are identified. From the standpoint of taking into account foreign experience, as well as existing elements of educational integration within the framework of such associations. as EurAsEC, SCO, CIS, the main directions of integration interaction in the field of education of the EAEU countries are highlighted. The authors made attempts to formulate ways out of the current situation in the Eurasian educational space, especially in cases of unforeseen environmental conditions, such as a pandemic. Although in the educational space under consideration, the state of affairs with the organization, and in particular with funding, research and science is worse, this should not lead to ignoring the interests of both the students themselves and educational organizations in general. Insufficient funding is aggravated by many other factors, which together lead to the conclusion that EurAsia needs innovations designed to “modernize” the structure of education.

The paper considers the specifics of research in the field of academic integrity in the works of researchers in the United States of America. The main purpose of the paper is to describe the peculiarities of the interpretation of the concept of honesty as a component of the value basis of academic integrity in the papers of US researchers. The main sources of information on the issue of integrity in the research of scientists in the United States in the context of academic integrity are both scientific papers and case studies and various informational resources and manuals for students on the issue of integrity and ethics. In the works of scholars the research question is considered in philosophical and educational contexts. One of the key issues is also the opposition of the concepts of "honesty" - "dishonesty", which allows us to offer a convenient in terms of practical application of the definition, and take into account the main aspects of the problem. Along with the study of the concept of honesty, there is also the concept of "honest behavior" and the opposite "dishonest behavior". Teachers in higher education institutions in the United States receive significant resource and methodological support, which helps to involve them in the process of forming values of the academic environment, in particular, taking into account the priority of academic integrity. An important source of information about academic dishonesty for students is special manuals and codes of conduct for students, which are mostly posted on the websites of educational institutions. The information provided in such sources highlights the rights and responsibilities of students and educators, and serves as a guide. Quite interesting is the approach of American scientists to the prevention of academic dishonesty, which is based on modeling the profiles of "academically honest student" and "academically dishonest student." The scientific understanding of the issue is mostly based on the activity approach. Taking into account the specifics of educational activities, theoretical models of honest and dishonest behavior are formed, in accordance with these models, recommendations are created for participants in the educational process. As the prospects for further studies we can mention the research aimed at adapting the scientific achievements of US researchers for implementation in the system of educational work in educational institutions of Ukraine.

A severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) variant, VOC 202012/01 (lineage B.1.1.7), emerged in southeast England in September 2020 and is rapidly spreading toward fixation. Using a variety of statistical and dynamic modeling approaches, we estimate that this variant has a 43 to 90% (range of 95% credible intervals, 38 to 130%) higher reproduction number than preexisting variants. A fitted two-strain dynamic transmission model shows that VOC 202012/01 will lead to large resurgences of COVID-19 cases. Without stringent control measures, including limited closure of educational institutions and a greatly accelerated vaccine rollout, COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths across England in the first 6 months of 2021 were projected to exceed those in 2020. VOC 202012/01 has spread globally and exhibits a similar transmission increase (59 to 74%) in Denmark, Switzerland, and the United States.

The social order posed by the society to the training of highly qualified personnel for the strategic needs of the labor market is associated with the changes in the economy, including the processes of its computerization and digitalization. Transformations in the digital economy determine new requirements for specialists’ training, their competences and qualification. The rapid changes in socio-economic conditions cause the need to transform the system of vocational training in order to meet the demands for competencies that correspond to the current technologic trends and methods of production. The reforms of vocational education system can be significant in resolving contradictions between the quality of training, on the one hand, and public and employers’ demands, on the other hand. Close cooperation of professional educational institutions, employers and social partners through their joint design and development of teaching technologies and methods for advanced vocational training of qualified specialists can be considered as one of the most efficient factors and conditions for resolving the above mentioned contradictions. These new conditions have already been created in the Centers for Advanced Vocational Training (CAVT), which can be characterized as a new type of infrastructural solution to the problem of aggregation of advanced vocational training programs and material and technical resources owned by science, education, production. The article focuses on some features of interaction and cooperation among vocational educational institutions, employers and social partners (social and public-private partnerships, networking cooperation, educational and technological cluster), which are taken into account in the performance of the Center for Advanced Vocational Training of the Kemerovo region.

Introduction to the problem. The relevance of the analysis of the environment of a graduate student from the position of searching for a pedagogical means of managing his formation as a highly qualified specialist is due to the multidimensional goals and objectives of postgraduate training, which are based on the conditions of real life. The purpose of the article is to identify and justify the functional and predictive model of the environment of students in graduate school as a means of scientific and scientific-pedagogical training of highly qualified personnel. The methodology of the study. Theoretical bases of the description of a model of students in graduate school made presentation on environmental design, as part of a technology of the environmental approach in education, as well as theoretical and practical experience of understanding the way of life as a condition of personality during the educational process. An important role was played by the results of the study of the use of information and communication technologies as a system-forming factor in the training of highly qualified personnel in graduate school, conducted by the author since 2017. Results and conclusion. The environment of students in graduate school is presented as an integral tool that includes the parameters of the possibility, probability and reliability of achieving an educational goal in the environment and with the help of the environment. These parameters are revealed in the course of a sequential solution of nine tasks to describe the environment of students in graduate school, based on the rules of combining parts of the environmental approach in order to realize the educational potential inherent in it. The way of life of a graduate student is considered as a condition for becoming a highly qualified specialist with scientific and scientific-pedagogical training as a result of the interaction of the student with the environment.
