Abstract This study aims to determine the level of women's participation in the administration of village governance and the factors that influence the level of women's participation in the administration of the village of Bulucenrana. The population of this study was 1,231 families and a sample of 92 households. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics with helped SPSS v.16. The results showed that the participation of women 56% was not good consisting of money participation 59%, participation of property 59%, participation of personnel 56%, participation of skills 49%, participation of ideas 58%, and also social participation 57%. The implementation of Village Government 54% is not good consisting of services 61%, empowerment 50%, and development 52%. Based on SPSS v.16 using the regression formula, the economic aspects of 22%, socio-cultural aspects 41%, geographic aspects of the region 81% affect the level of women's participation in the administration of the Village Government of Bulucenrana.   Keywords: Women's Participation and Implementation of Village Government

Abstract   This study aims to determine the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 35 people and a sample of 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling (census). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that government accountability was 60% less good, covering 57% law, 66% honesty, 55% managerial, 61% program, 56% policy, and 64% financial. While public services 65% are good, covering simple 58%, clear 58%, security 68%, open 73%, efficient 66%, economical 67%, and justice 63%. This shows that the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District is 62% of the 100% expected result, which is classified as "good".   Keywords: Government Accountability and Public Services

Abstract  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of effectiveness on the management of business entities owned by Lagading District of Pitu Riase, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, To determine the effect of performance on the management of business entities owned by the village of Lagading, District of Pitu Riase, District of Sidenreng Rappang, to determine the effect of effectiveness and performance on the management of business entities owned villages in increasing village original income in Lagading, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is the overall number of households in the lagading village, amounting to 396 consisting of 4 hamlets. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with the results of 79.8 rounded up to 80 respondents, taken based on the Probability sampling technique, more precisely Random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, documentation and library research. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using a Likert scale, a simple linear regression analysis, then tested with a validity test, a reliability test using SPSS 16.0. Based on the research results of the variables Based on the results of the study of the Effectiveness variable (X1) obtained an average percentage of 57% included in the category of "Enough influence". Measured through indicators The source approach, the process approach, and the target approach. The results of the study of the variable performance variables (X2) obtained an average percentage of 57% included in the category of "quite influential". Measured through indicators of Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. the results of research on the management variable BUMdes (Y) obtained an average percentage of 54% included in the category of "Enough influence". Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages has granted villages authority. The role of the village as a subject has an important role in the management of development and governance at the local scale of the village. The village institutional position as the subject of development certainly requires the participation of the village community as an administrator or part that plays a role in village development. Women as one of the elements of society, their participation in village institutions is very important as an effort to empower them so that they are not trapped as objects but can act as subjects and provide all their potential in the development process starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages of village development. This study aims to describe the participation of women in village institutions as well as women's participation in village development in Aceh Province. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The author uses his experience as the main source of information to describe the results of research related to women's participation in village institutions and development in Aceh Province. The results showed that the participation of women in six village institutions consisting of the village government, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), village social institutions, traditional adat institutions, village cooperation institutions, and BUMDesa still need improvement. The same thing happened in village development. Of the three stages of village development which include the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation of village development in general, women's participation has not been maximized.

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the professionalism of the apparatus work towards the quality of public services in the Anabannae Village office, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 1,181 people and a sample of 92 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing and with the help of SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that the professionalism of the work apparatus 59.6% was not good. the quality of public service 59.16% is not good. Factors that influenced the professionalism of work 60.32% were unfavorable including 31.4% proficiency, 58.6% readiness, 60% responsibility, 61.2% discipline, and 60.4% employee attitude. This shows the Effect of Professional Workers' Apparatuses on the Quality of Public Services at the Anabannae Village Office in Pitu Riawa Subdistrict is 59% of the 100% expected results, which are classified as "not good".

This study aims to determine the participation of women in non-physical development in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence women's participation in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang District.The population of this study was 411 women. A sample of 80 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Participation of Women in Kadidi Village with a percentage of 56.87% was in the unfavorable category. Non-Physical Development in Kadidi Urban Village with a percentage of 60% is in the unfavorable category. Based on the value of t arithmetic> t table or 6,415> 0,219 If the value of t arithmetic ≥ t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning Significant, If the value of t arithmetic ≤ t table, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that is not Significant, then Ha accepted and H0 is rejected, it means that the Participation Rate of Women has a significant effect on Non-Physical Development in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a contribution percentage of 54.5% being in the medium level or good kurag category. Factors Affecting Women's Participation: a. Internal Factors: 1) 59.2% participation, 2) Education 62.2%, 3) Income and income 64.6%. b. External Factors: 1) Leadership 65.2%, 2) Government Equipment / Facilities 60.6%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence women's participation in the Kadidi Village are in the good category 62.36%.

Absract   This study aims to determine the transparency of the village government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to find out the management of village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to determine village government transparency in village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study was 345 heads of households in which the sampling used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), library studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency of the Village Government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has an average percentage of 58% categorized as "Fairly Good", while village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, an average of 57% categorized "Pretty good". Then as for village government transparency in managing village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it is said to be quite good, where the value of t count = 5.045> t table = 2,035 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a percentage of 43.5%. This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

In this research there is a quantitative descriptive methods were used with respondents, namely consumers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. This coffee shop has employees with disabilities. In this research aims to determine the condition of consumer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope is influenced by the service quality, location and facilities. The population in this study are customers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents by random sampling method. Data collection was done through the distribution of questionnaires with descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that 1). Has led to customer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope, 2). Service quality has been done well, 3). The location offered received very high attention, 4). This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication on the Work Effectiveness of Apparatus in the Arateng Village Office, Sidenreng Rappang District. The population of this study was 2,133 people and a sample of 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing.The results showed that organizational communication 62.68% influential categories include wise and politeness 61.8%, feedback acceptance 63%, information sharing 60%, giving information assignments 66.8%. reduce task uncertainty 61.8%. work effectiveness 61.4% influential categories include the quantity of work 61.8%, work quality 62.4%, time utilization 60.%. The factors that influence organizational communication 58.26% are quite influential include horizontal communication 62.4%, diagonal communication 56.2%, vertical communication 56.2%. This shows the effect of Organizational Communication on the Effectiveness of Workers in the Arateng Village Office Sidenreng Rappang District is 61% of the 100% expected results, which is classified in the category of "influence".

Sayan Village is one of the villages in Ubud that has a lot of potential to be used as a tourism village. The first three great potentials are natural tourism, potential opportunities for water tubing tourism, and also the potential of Puri Sayan as a heritage tourism object in Sayan Village, which is being planned by the village government and local communities. In addition to the three great potentials, Sayan Village also has the potential for water tourism with beji spring sources which are a source of water that is purified by the local community and is usually used for melukat. In this case, the researcher focused more on discussing the development of biology natural tourism which is currently used as the center of tourism village activities in Sayan Village. This study uses collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study contain the existing conditions of Desa Sayan based on tourism product components, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancilliary. And the strategy for developing SWOT-based Sayan Tourism Village. So that the strategies obtained produce the best ways to realize one of the missions of Desa Sayan as a sustainable tourism village.
