Abstract  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of effectiveness on the management of business entities owned by Lagading District of Pitu Riase, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, To determine the effect of performance on the management of business entities owned by the village of Lagading, District of Pitu Riase, District of Sidenreng Rappang, to determine the effect of effectiveness and performance on the management of business entities owned villages in increasing village original income in Lagading, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is the overall number of households in the lagading village, amounting to 396 consisting of 4 hamlets. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with the results of 79.8 rounded up to 80 respondents, taken based on the Probability sampling technique, more precisely Random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, documentation and library research. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using a Likert scale, a simple linear regression analysis, then tested with a validity test, a reliability test using SPSS 16.0. Based on the research results of the variables Based on the results of the study of the Effectiveness variable (X1) obtained an average percentage of 57% included in the category of "Enough influence". Measured through indicators The source approach, the process approach, and the target approach. The results of the study of the variable performance variables (X2) obtained an average percentage of 57% included in the category of "quite influential". Measured through indicators of Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. the results of research on the management variable BUMdes (Y) obtained an average percentage of 54% included in the category of "Enough influence". This study aims to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior at the Bulo Wattang Village office, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office and to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior towards improving public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 337 heads of households where the sampling used was Probability Sampling, with a random sampling technique using the 10% Yount Formula with a total sample of 34 heads of households. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis, and linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of this study show that the average percentage of bureaucratic behavior management in the office of Bulo Wattang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 65.8% with a good category, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District are 60.32% with a fairly good category of bureaucratic behavior management to improve public services in the office of the Village of Bulo Wattang, District of Panca Rijang, District of Sidenreng Rappang by 33.0% with an influence category.

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of women's participation in the administration of village governance and the factors that influence the level of women's participation in the administration of the village of Bulucenrana. The population of this study was 1,231 families and a sample of 92 households. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics with helped SPSS v.16. The results showed that the participation of women 56% was not good consisting of money participation 59%, participation of property 59%, participation of personnel 56%, participation of skills 49%, participation of ideas 58%, and also social participation 57%. The implementation of Village Government 54% is not good consisting of services 61%, empowerment 50%, and development 52%. Based on SPSS v.16 using the regression formula, the economic aspects of 22%, socio-cultural aspects 41%, geographic aspects of the region 81% affect the level of women's participation in the administration of the Village Government of Bulucenrana.   Keywords: Women's Participation and Implementation of Village Government

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social stratification at the Kalosi Village Office in Duapitue Sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence social stratification on public services at the Kalosi Village Office in Duapitue Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang District.The population in this study is the total number of family heads in the village of Kalosi, amounting to 1,471 consisting of two hamlets. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with 93.63 results rounded up to 94, including 94 respondents, taken based on the Probability sampling technique, more precisely Random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaire, literature study and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using validity, reliability and regression tests with the help of the SPSS 16.0 program. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the influence of social stratification on public services has a significant effect on the results of the processed data in the ANOVA table. The value of t arithmetic = 9.340> t table = 3.179 with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) social stratification variable (X) on public service variables (Y) and based on From the results of the questionnaire, the factors influencing social stratification can be seen from the first factor differences in race and culture have an influence of 50.2%, the second factor is the existence of specifications in the field of work, 19.2% and the third factor is the scarcity in society regarding the distribution of rights. and a liability of 13%. Keywords: Startification and service public

Abstract   This study aims to determine the quality of service to inpatient satisfaction and the factors that influence the quality of service to inpatient satisfaction at the Lancirang Health Center, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 1,594 people and a sample of 94 inhabitants. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that the service quality with an average percentage of 58% less satisfied, consisting of tangibles (physical evidence) 75% satisfied, reliability (reliability) 54% less satisfied, responsiveness (responsiveness) 47% less satisfied, assurance (guarantee) 58% less satisfied, empathy (empathy) 58% less satisfied. Patient satisfaction with an average percentage of 66% satisfied, consisting of the attitude of the staff approach to patients 54% less satisfied, the quality of care received by patients 53% less satisfied, administrative procedures 62% satisfied, waiting time 78% satisfied, other public facilities 85% are very satisfied, inpatient facilities 75% satisfied and the results of treatment or treatment received by patients 55% less satisfied. Factors that influence the quality of services to inpatient satisfaction at the Lancirang Health Center, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency are expected services and services received by 51% less satisfied.   Keywords: Community Satisfaction and Quality of Service

Abstract This Research Tried 1). To find out communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure in influencing the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2010 concerning Parking Service Retribution at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District 2). To find out how parking services at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 1600 parking service users. The sampling technique used is the probability of sampling which uses more random samples. The sample used was 94 respondents with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using frequency tables and likert scales. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence the Implementation of Regional Regulations are communication with a percentage of 58%, resources with a percentage of 60%, disposition with 56%, and bureaucratic structure with a percentage of 64%, so that an average of 59% is included not good ". From the results of the study of Parking Service variables at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District, the average percentage of 60.4% is included in the "less good" category. Keywords: Implementation, and Services.

Absract   This study aims to determine the transparency of the village government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to find out the management of village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to determine village government transparency in village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study was 345 heads of households in which the sampling used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), library studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency of the Village Government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has an average percentage of 58% categorized as "Fairly Good", while village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, an average of 57% categorized "Pretty good". Then as for village government transparency in managing village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it is said to be quite good, where the value of t count = 5.045> t table = 2,035 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a percentage of 43.5%. This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and  trust on customer loyalty aromania parfumery Bengkulu. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is the consumers in Aromania parfumery, which is precisely located on Jl. Kapuas Raya, Lingkar Barat, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. with the sampling method, namely non-propability technique, namely insidential sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 105 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable service quality Aromania parfumery has a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Trust and Loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to see the soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri with the method of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital. The research method uses quantitative methods. Production factors in the RGEC method are the risk profile using credit risk (NPF), liquidity risk (FDR), income (ROA, ROE and BOPO) and capital (CAR). On the results of Good Corporate Governance using data processed and obtained from PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The object of this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. This research period is 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive and using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Car), as for the benchmarks to determine the soundness level of a bank after each examination, namely by determining the results of the study classified into the bank's health rating. The results showed that the health of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri which uses the Risk Profile approach, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital as a whole can be said that Bank Syariah Mandiri is a fairly healthy bank.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication on the Work Effectiveness of Apparatus in the Arateng Village Office, Sidenreng Rappang District. The population of this study was 2,133 people and a sample of 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing.The results showed that organizational communication 62.68% influential categories include wise and politeness 61.8%, feedback acceptance 63%, information sharing 60%, giving information assignments 66.8%. reduce task uncertainty 61.8%. work effectiveness 61.4% influential categories include the quantity of work 61.8%, work quality 62.4%, time utilization 60.%. The factors that influence organizational communication 58.26% are quite influential include horizontal communication 62.4%, diagonal communication 56.2%, vertical communication 56.2%. This shows the effect of Organizational Communication on the Effectiveness of Workers in the Arateng Village Office Sidenreng Rappang District is 61% of the 100% expected results, which is classified in the category of "influence".
