This study aims to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior at the Bulo Wattang Village office, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office and to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior towards improving public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 337 heads of households where the sampling used was Probability Sampling, with a random sampling technique using the 10% Yount Formula with a total sample of 34 heads of households. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis, and linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of this study show that the average percentage of bureaucratic behavior management in the office of Bulo Wattang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 65.8% with a good category, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District are 60.32% with a fairly good category of bureaucratic behavior management to improve public services in the office of the Village of Bulo Wattang, District of Panca Rijang, District of Sidenreng Rappang by 33.0% with an influence category.

Absract   This study aims to determine the transparency of the village government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to find out the management of village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to determine village government transparency in village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study was 345 heads of households in which the sampling used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), library studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency of the Village Government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has an average percentage of 58% categorized as "Fairly Good", while village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, an average of 57% categorized "Pretty good". Then as for village government transparency in managing village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it is said to be quite good, where the value of t count = 5.045> t table = 2,035 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a percentage of 43.5%. Abstract  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of effectiveness on the management of business entities owned by Lagading District of Pitu Riase, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, To determine the effect of performance on the management of business entities owned by the village of Lagading, District of Pitu Riase, District of Sidenreng Rappang, to determine the effect of effectiveness and performance on the management of business entities owned villages in increasing village original income in Lagading, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is the overall number of households in the lagading village, amounting to 396 consisting of 4 hamlets. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with the results of 79.8 rounded up to 80 respondents, taken based on the Probability sampling technique, more precisely Random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, documentation and library research. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using a Likert scale, a simple linear regression analysis, then tested with a validity test, a reliability test using SPSS 16.0. Based on the research results of the variables Based on the results of the study of the Effectiveness variable (X1) obtained an average percentage of 57% included in the category of "Enough influence". Measured through indicators The source approach, the process approach, and the target approach. The results of the study of the variable performance variables (X2) obtained an average percentage of 57% included in the category of "quite influential". Measured through indicators of Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. the results of research on the management variable BUMdes (Y) obtained an average percentage of 54% included in the category of "Enough influence". Factors of production farming has a different function to level of production and farmers income. The better use factors of production, the amount of production is produced also more and more so that income received by farmers is higher. This study aims to determine whether education, experience, land, and capital affect farmers' income. The population in this study were all barking farmers in the village of Persalakan Angkola Barat South Tapanuli. The sampling technique in studies using methods Solvin with a total sample of 50 farmers bark. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis to prioritize testing and classical assumption of normality as a condition of continued analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

The level of accountability forand building tax payments in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to find out the factors that influence the level of community awareness in paying land taxes and Buildings in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 1,486 where the sampling used was Probability Sampling with a random sampling technique using aformula of Yount  5% with a total sample of 74. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistics, data quality test, classic assumption test using SPSS 21 and Likert Scale. The results showed that accountability for land and building tax payments in the peaceful village of Watang Sidenreng sub-district was categorized as "Influential/ significant", from the ANOVA test it was able to calculate 13,325 overall, influential/ significant and the probability was far from 0.05. Furthermore partially t arithmetic (3,650)> t table (1993) means that the level of accountability influences / significantly on Land and Building Tax Payments in Damai Village, factors that influence the level of public awareness in paying Land and Building Taxes in Damai Village Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Regency Rappang 60.6% included in the category of "good".

The development of technology at this time is very fast. This development can be seen from the progress of gadgets that are now easily grasped by various groups (rich, poor) and ages (old, young) all can use it. Gadget innovations are always popping up all the time, from laptops, PCs, to cellphones. Mobile offers various advantages and features to support user flexibility. This study aims to prove the simultaneous and partial effect of purchasing decisions in terms of brand image, product quality, and promotion of Oppo mobile phones. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all buyers of Oppo mobile phones. The number of samples used amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the f-test brand image, product quality, and promotion simultaneously and significantly influence the buying decision for Oppo mobile phones. The t-test results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones, the promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones.

This research aims to know the influence of marketing public relation and service quality against customer loyalty at PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya. The variables used in this study i.e. marketing public relation, service quality, and customer loyalty. The population used in this study are all the consumers who use the service delivery on PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya.As for the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the total sample as many as 140 respondents. In this research analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed that the variables consist of marketing public relation, service quality effect significantly to consumer loyalty on the PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya. These results indicate that the variable quality of service had a dominant influence on consumer loyalty against PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya. Keywords: marketing public relation, service quality, consumer loyalty

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social stratification at the Kalosi Village Office in Duapitue Sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence social stratification on public services at the Kalosi Village Office in Duapitue Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang District.The population in this study is the total number of family heads in the village of Kalosi, amounting to 1,471 consisting of two hamlets. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with 93.63 results rounded up to 94, including 94 respondents, taken based on the Probability sampling technique, more precisely Random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaire, literature study and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using validity, reliability and regression tests with the help of the SPSS 16.0 program. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the influence of social stratification on public services has a significant effect on the results of the processed data in the ANOVA table. The value of t arithmetic = 9.340> t table = 3.179 with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) social stratification variable (X) on public service variables (Y) and based on From the results of the questionnaire, the factors influencing social stratification can be seen from the first factor differences in race and culture have an influence of 50.2%, the second factor is the existence of specifications in the field of work, 19.2% and the third factor is the scarcity in society regarding the distribution of rights. and a liability of 13%. Keywords: Startification and service public

This study aims to determine the potential hotel tax that actually has inYogyakarta City, how far the level of hotel tax effectiveness and how much the hotel tax contribution in the City of Yogyakarta. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are all hotels in the city of Yogyakarta. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Regional Finance and Assets Agency, Yogyakarta Central Statistics Agency. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling by means of purposive sampling based on selected criteria. The analysis technique uses the analysis of hotel tax potential calculations, analysis of hotel tax effectiveness calculations and analysis of hotel tax contribution calculations.The results of this study point out that the comparison between hotel tax  potential with the realization of hotel tax revenue within five years is from years 2011-2015 there is a big difference, with a potential hotel tax of Rp. 425,219,891,636 and realized hotel tax revenue of Rp. 335,529,045,226, then the local government lost the potential of Rp. 89,690,846,410, from the two hotel classifications in the city of Yogyakarta star hotels that have a greater proportion of potential than non-star hotels. The level of effectiveness shows that hotel tax revenue shows the average percentage is still below 100% with the criteria "Not Effective" so that it can be concluded that the realization ofhotel tax revenue in the city of Yogyakarta has not yet reached the maximum potential, while the level of hotel tax contribution to local revenue in The city of Yogyakarta in accordance with the targets set by the local government shows a percentage above 4% with the criterion "Very Contribute", so it can be concluded that the hotel tax contribution also contributes greatly to local original income in the city of Yogyakarta

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta secara parsial maupun simultan. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu gaya hidup, persepsi, kepercayaan, dan promosi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta angkatan 2016-2019 yang pernah dan sedang menggunakan OVO. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya hidup, persepsi, kepercayaan dan promosi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta dipengaruhi oleh keempat variabel bebas tersebut sebesar 46,1% dan sisanya 53,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Abstract: The study aimed to determine the factors that influence the decision to use OVO in students of the Faculty of Economics at Yogyakarta State University both partially and simultaneously. The factors examined in this study are lifestyle, perception, trust, and promotion. This study was included in an associative survey with a quantitative approach. Population in this study were all undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics Yogyakarta State University class of 2016-2019 who have and are currently using OVO. The sampling technique using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 250 respondent. Data analysis technique was linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of lifestyle, perception, trust, and promotion as a partial and simultaneous decision to use OVO. The decision to use OVO on students of the Faculty Economics Yogyakarta State University was affected by the four independent variables by 46,1%. In contrast, the remaining 53,9% is affected by other variables, not under study.
