The Village

Factors of production farming has a different function to level of production and farmers income. The better use factors of production, the amount of production is produced also more and more so that income received by farmers is higher. This study aims to determine whether education, experience, land, and capital affect farmers' income. The population in this study were all barking farmers in the village of Persalakan Angkola Barat South Tapanuli. The sampling technique in studies using methods Solvin with a total sample of 50 farmers bark. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis to prioritize testing and classical assumption of normality as a condition of continued analysis. From the results of analysis can be concluded the factor of land area education and partially no effect on farmers 'income while the experience factor, capital, Extension and Number of dependents has a positive and significant impact on farmers' income in the village of Persalakan Angkola Barat South Tapanuli.  Keywords:     Education, Experience, Land, Capital, Counseling, Number of dependents, income

Absract   This study aims to determine the transparency of the village government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to find out the management of village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to determine village government transparency in village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study was 345 heads of households in which the sampling used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), library studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency of the Village Government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has an average percentage of 58% categorized as "Fairly Good", while village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, an average of 57% categorized "Pretty good". Then as for village government transparency in managing village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it is said to be quite good, where the value of t count = 5.045> t table = 2,035 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a percentage of 43.5%. The Village

This study aims to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior at the Bulo Wattang Village office, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office and to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior towards improving public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 337 heads of households where the sampling used was Probability Sampling, with a random sampling technique using the 10% Yount Formula with a total sample of 34 heads of households. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis, and linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of this study show that the average percentage of bureaucratic behavior management in the office of Bulo Wattang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 65.8% with a good category, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District are 60.32% with a fairly good category of bureaucratic behavior management to improve public services in the office of the Village of Bulo Wattang, District of Panca Rijang, District of Sidenreng Rappang by 33.0% with an influence category.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This research aims to determine the relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble, the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble, and the relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability todribble in futsal game Karsa Utama Putri Wajo’s club. The research was correlational research, with the independent variable was balanced and eye-foot coordination, while the dependent variable was the ability to dribble. The population of theresearch was Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the total sample was 25 players. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that 1)There was a significant relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,738. 2) There was asignificant relationship between eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,553. 3) There was asignificant relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club player swith a correlation value (r)=0.823,and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.677 or equal to 67,7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balanced and coordination of the ankle son the ability to dribble in futsal game of Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club.

The aims of this study to examine the effect of tax planning on earnings management which is moderated by reducing tax rates (tax discounts). The population in this study are companies listed in the 2017-2018 LQ45 index. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria, in order to obtain a total sample of 23 companies with final data totaling 46 financial statements. The type of data is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis and is processed using the Eviews 9.0 program. The results of this study indicate that tax planning has a significant effect on earnings management with a negative coefficient direction. A reduction in tax rates (tax discounts) weakens the effect of tax planning on earnings management.

The increase in product market share cannot be separated from the connectivity of the marketing system and media used. Marketing channels play an important role in increasing sales both in the short and long term. This study aimed to determine the role of social media in increasing the market share of MSME products in Pematangsiantar City. The research design used a literature study and field study models using a qualitative approach with a one-shot model. The research location was in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The population in this study were MSME players scattered in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The samples were collected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, so that a total sample size of 240 respondents were obtained. Moreover, the data analysis technique used in this study was data analysis with a data reduction model that was obtained from data collection and data display. The results of this study concluded that the use of social media was very dominant in MSME players in the micro sector and Instagram was one type of social media that was often used. Furthermore, the results of the study also suggested that the time factor was the basis for MSME players using social media as a medium for promoting their products.

Sayan Village is one of the villages in Ubud that has a lot of potential to be used as a tourism village. The first three great potentials are natural tourism, potential opportunities for water tubing tourism, and also the potential of Puri Sayan as a heritage tourism object in Sayan Village, which is being planned by the village government and local communities. In addition to the three great potentials, Sayan Village also has the potential for water tourism with beji spring sources which are a source of water that is purified by the local community and is usually used for melukat. In this case, the researcher focused more on discussing the development of biology natural tourism which is currently used as the center of tourism village activities in Sayan Village. This study uses collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study contain the existing conditions of Desa Sayan based on tourism product components, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancilliary. And the strategy for developing SWOT-based Sayan Tourism Village. So that the strategies obtained produce the best ways to realize one of the missions of Desa Sayan as a sustainable tourism village. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effec of financial reporting quality and Sustainability Reporting on investment efficiency. This research was conducted on all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling. The samples taken were 16 companies with a total sample observation of 48 in 3 years. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study it is known that the higher the financial reporting quality of a company, the higher the level of efficiency of the company's investment and it is known that Sustainability Reporting has no effect on the efficiency of the company's investment. The results of this study are the practice of stakeholder theory and agency theory carried out by the company to maintain the long-term operational sustainability of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.
