Inventory is one component of company assets which is very important in supporting the continuity of operational activities of trading companies. The process of inventory mutation, makes business owners required to be able to provide accurate and relevant information about inventory. This information can be generated from the use of a merchandise inventory information system which can help business owners to know the processes related to the availability of these merchandises. To monitor the process of oil transfer and oil availability on the CV. Sumber Lumas Semarang, business owners still use manual data input by using Microsoft Excel applications and hand-written stock cards. The manual use of this system causes several obstacles, including: frequent occurrences of oil inventory balances due to human error factors in recording items on stock cards, over-stock/stock out of oil inventory in warehouses and late oil inventory reporting due to data from stock cards moved into the Microsoft Excel format every month that requires precision and a lot of time. This makes the oil inventory report is not up to date. Observed at the problems faced today, CV. Sumber Lumas Semarang needs a system which can overcome the problems of merchandise inventory record and can produce relevant and accurate merchandise inventory information.

Abstract : Quality control of production is an important thing that must be done by manufacturing companies to be able to produce products in accordance with customer orders. Quality Control (QC) is the department that is responsible for maintaining the quality of the products produced in accordance with predetermined standards. This research was conducted at PT Megah Mas Prima, currently the company still uses conventional methods in the process of creating reports on the results of printing and embossed production. The process of entering the recapitulation data of QC results using Microsoft Excel application, this is very difficult for QC staff because there are many criteria and material codes that must be entered so that the process of making reports requires quite a long time and the level of human error is also high. This research has produced an information system that can assist quality control staff in entering QC data, create QC reporting and accelerate the process of delivering data to QC managers and to other parties who need it.

Abstract – Information system is very important for a company in carrying out operational activities. Information system be supported by information technology such as computer that used in data processing that will produce an information. Computers are needed in a company one of which is a trading company, where every activity of goods in and out required recording of goods. Manual recording of goods is often mistaken or human error, such as recording that is incompatible with incoming and outgoing goods, error ini checking stock, less efficient and inaccurate inventory data in search and delay in reporting inventory. To overcome this problem required a program that support the inventory system using Unified Software Development Porcess. Keywords: USDP, Information System Inventory Abstrak – Sistem informasi saat ini sangat penting untuk suatu perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional. Sistem informasi harus ditunjang dengan teknologi informasi seperti pemanfaatan komputer yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data yang akan menghasilkan suatu informasi. Komputer sangat diperlukan pada suatu perusahaan salah satunya yaitu perusahaan dagang, dimana setiap kegiatan barang masuk dan keluar diperlukan pencatatan barang. Pencatatan barang yang dilakukan secara manual sering terjadi kesalahan atau human error, seperti pencatatan yang tidak sesuai dengan barang yang masuk dan keluar, kesalahan dalam pengecekan stok, kurang efisien dan tidak akuratnya data persediaan dalam pencarian serta keterlambatan dalam pelaporan persediaan barang. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini diperlukan suatu program yang mendukung sistem persediaan menggunakan Unified Software Development Process. Kata Kunci: USDP, Sistem Informasi Persediaan

At present, the world has entered the era of information-based competition. Information becomes a valuable asset for a business institution in winning business competition. At PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk is currently using an information system in the form of the use of computer equipment in carrying out its work activities, but in processing data on demand for goods currently in processing data is still less efficient, fast, accurate, and there are still errors in the monthly report, because when In the average daily demand for goods there are 10 requests, both departments / divisions and from branch offices namely KPP, KPD and KPU, which number around 46 departments / divisions and 75 branch offices, for the number of goods requested by the Demand Management Information System Web-Based Goods at PT. MNC Sky Vision Tbk. In one transaction, there were 8 types out of a total of 738 types of goods, so in the process of recapitulating data, demand for goods requires a long time either in adding data, changing data, deleting data and searching data for items needed in a month. Based on these problems, it is needed an application in processing demand data, especially office stationery (ATK) and other supporting operational activities of the office. In this study, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and literature studies. The application is compiled with the procedure of development stage which includes analysis of needs, making data flow diagrams, implementation using PHP as a programming language and MySql as the database. From the research conducted, a Web-based demand management information system software is produced, which can help in day-to-day office operations, namely data storage or data recap and also avoid losses due to human error.

The Senayan City Employee Cooperative is a cooperative that operates in the field of savings and loans and at the same time manages a shop business unit, buying and selling transactions are only recorded in Microsoft Excel format, when sales transactions are not immediately recorded so mistakes often occur. For this reason, we designed a sales and purchase information system design at the Senayan City Employee Cooperative using desktop-based java NetBeans, with the aim of creating a computerized system so that it could be used by the cooperative management. The software development methodology used in this research includes software requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and support. The results obtained from this research are the need for a cash sales accounting information system, cash receipts and sales reports that can assist cooperative managers in making decisions

The development of technology which continues to increase rapidly has an impact on the internal processing of a company that is required to run faster. Information system technology is the main solution as a tool for activities in a company that is faster and more practical, and allows obtaining data that is more valid, precise and minimizes errors. PT Asahi Fibreglass is a company in Jakarta which started its business from 2001 which is engaged in manufacturing and marketing products for the needs of fiberglass products for industrial, residential, building and property needs. In operational activities of PT. Asahi Fibreglass has several obstacles in the process of recording stock items which still use a book-based recording method which makes recording look messy, there are differences in recording the physical stock of goods in the warehouse with the recording of goods recorded in a Microsoft Excel file, there are missing or tucked data because it still uses manual methods and is still book-based. The purpose of creating a web-based inventory information system at PT Asahi Fibreglass is a system improvement in regulating the flow or path of the process of in and out of warehouse goods that will replace the old inventory system that still uses Microsoft Excel, as well as speed up the process of making reports, and minimize errors in the inventory recording process.

Hospital was established to serve the medical needs of the citizen. In addition to serving, hospitals also need to explore the benefits for the sustainability and the development of the hospital. To achieve financial reports have involved a large role. Accounting information system computer-based accounting will help serving the financial reports, so that more accurate and faster. Errors can be diminished.  Research object is selected by the author to conduct research is Bogor Rumah Sakit Islam. A hospital that is located on Jl. Perdana Raya. 22 Budi Agung, Jakarta Utara. This hospital was established on May 12, 1991. The location is strategic as it is in the center of Bogor. In doing activity, accounting information system based on computerized accounting still not yet common use. Computer already exist but support application to create an accurate and fast financial statement does not exist. So much weaknesses if we still using manual method. Like slowly processing data, still using much worker and much step while processing. The information result is still contained high mistake. To solve all problems above we need accounting software as tool for accounting division. For that I try to apply computerized accounting using Microsoft Excel for helping creating financial statement. By doing observation and interview with related employee, this research can do well. Journalize transaction process by using Microsoft Excel is to make a column for each transaction such as Journal Voucher, General Ledger, Balance Sheet. After making a column, the next step is inputing achievement data to Journal Voucher. After inputing data, General Ledger and Balance Sheet can automatically fill up. By using computer, processing data is more faster, information result is more accurately, human resource is less needed. Related management can get information they need more faster, because amount recalculated every doing transaction.

AbstrakDesa sebagai salah satu bagian dari pemerintahan yang memiliki anggaran besar melalui APBDes untuk peningkatan infrastruktur desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Maka desa wajib melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dan pencatatan keuangan (penatausahaan) secara akurat dan detail. Salah satu desa yang memiliki APBDes besar adalah Desa Ciputat. Dalam penatausahaan atau pencatatan keuangan masih dilakukan secara semi manual (Microsoft excel) sehingga banyak kelemahan yaitu besarnya kemungkinan human error dan ketidak seimbangan (balance) keuangan dikarenakan banyaknya format yang harus dibuat dalam beberapa lembar kerja. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengelola data keuangan secara cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan UML, sedangkan system dikembangkan menggunakan metode RAD. Hasil perancangan diterapkan ke dalam Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. In administration or registration financia, it still conductes semi-manual (Microsoft excel) so there are many weakness such as big posibility of human error and un-balance of financial caused many kind of format that should be produced in several sheets. So, it needs an application that can manage financial data accurately and fast. This application is designed by using UML, while the system is developed by using RAD methodology. And results are implemented into PHP Programming Language and MySQL by using framework CodeIgniter. One of the tasks in the field of marketing finance is to analyze customer data to find out which customers have the potential to do credit again. The method used to analyze customer data is by classifying all customers who have completed their credit installments into marketing targets, so this method causes high operational marketing costs. Therefore this research was conducted to help solve the above problems by designing a data mining application that serves to predict the criteria of credit customers with the potential to lend (credit) to Mega Auto Finance. The Mega Auto finance Fund Section located in Kotim Regency is a place chosen by researchers as a case study, assuming the Mega Auto finance Fund Section has experienced the same problems as described above. Data mining techniques that are applied to the application built is a classification while the classification method used is the Decision Tree (decision tree). While the algorithm used as a decision tree forming algorithm is the C4.5 Algorithm. The data processed in this study is the installment data of Mega Auto finance loan customers in July 2018 in Microsoft Excel format. The results of this study are an application that can facilitate the Mega Auto finance Funds Section in obtaining credit marketing targets in the future

A significant amount of digital cultural contents is shared online, but learners do not know where subject matter content is or how to find it. Therefore, there is a need for a service to improve educational quality by effectively providing relevant information in response to searches for content that is useful to learners. This study developed and tested the usability and utility of an intelligent information system that effectively searches and visualizes digital cultural contents. The system collects data on digital cultural contents, automatically classifies them, and creates content triple data to automatically display the results with a 3D timeline, knowledge network map, and keyword relation network map through content search, triple search, and keyword search. We also conducted a survey and in-depth interviews to verify users’ satisfaction with respect to the use and utility of the system. For the experiment, we developed survey questions to measure user satisfaction and conducted in-depth interviews regarding the system’s utility with a total of 65 subjects. The results show that the response for satisfaction with regard to the use and utility was generally “satisfied”. In addition, the system stability was evaluated as “high”.
