AbstrakDesa sebagai salah satu bagian dari pemerintahan yang memiliki anggaran besar melalui APBDes untuk peningkatan infrastruktur desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Maka desa wajib melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dan pencatatan keuangan (penatausahaan) secara akurat dan detail. Salah satu desa yang memiliki APBDes besar adalah Desa Ciputat. Dalam penatausahaan atau pencatatan keuangan masih dilakukan secara semi manual (Microsoft excel) sehingga banyak kelemahan yaitu besarnya kemungkinan human error dan ketidak seimbangan (balance) keuangan dikarenakan banyaknya format yang harus dibuat dalam beberapa lembar kerja. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengelola data keuangan secara cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan UML, sedangkan system dikembangkan menggunakan metode RAD. Hasil perancangan diterapkan ke dalam Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi akuntansi penatausahaan (pencatatan) keuangan di desa dan menghasilkan laporan dalam bentuk Buku Kas Umum dan Buku Pembantu Kegiatan.�Kata Kunci�Desa, Keuangan, Penatausahaan, RAD, PHP, MySQL,CodeIgniter, Akuntansi., Buku Kas Umum, Buku Pembantu Kegiatan�AbstractVillage as a part of government has big estimation through APBDesa for increasing villages infrastructure and prosperity for the citizens. Therefore, the village should do managing financial and registration financial (administration) accurately and detail. One of villages that has a big APBDesa is Ciputat Village. In administration or registration financia, it still conductes semi-manual (Microsoft excel) so there are many weakness such as big posibility of human error and un-balance of financial caused many kind of format that should be produced in several sheets. So, it needs an application that can manage financial data accurately and fast. This application is designed by using UML, while the system is developed by using RAD methodology. And results are implemented into PHP Programming Language and MySQL by using framework CodeIgniter. The public service administration system at the government offices of the Kemiri village office in the Kemiri District currently does not have a computerized and integrated system. Because the system runs, residents who submit letters for administrative completeness, still use the Ms.Word / Ms.Excel application. of course has many weaknesses including human error, not neat in file storage, resulting in the lengthy process of searching and making a cover letter and required reports. The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are web-based letter information systems at the Office of the Village Chief of Kemiri that can accessed using a local computer browser. Thus the information letter needed by the Kemiri Village community and more effective and efficient in making the letter.

The development of information technology nowadays encourages users to use the software appropriately so that commercial software can be maximally empowered that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the job. To support its work, users use Microsoft's Microsof Excel Office Automation System worksheet commonly used by end users for clerical, repetitive and independent work. Microsoft Excel applications are generally used for office worker, clerical computation and users generally use only a portion of the features of some features owned by the application. In this case, the user can maximize the ability of Excel by creating an interactive pseudo database using only Microsoft Excel, so users can organize data with automated database schema. It is intended for time efficiency and also improves the data security factor of human error in handling data.

Nickel mining in PT. Bintangdelapan Mineral District located in the village Fatufia Bahodopi Morowali, Central Sulawesi. The purpose of this research study sampling techniques and sample checks pit stock pile, and aimed to compare the levels of Ni, Fe. The authors limit the issues on comparative levels of Ni, Fe, based on sampling and sample checks pit mining production and production sample port stock pile, using the analysis tool Minipal. Field research methods consisting of the preparation stage, the stage of data collection, data processing stage and phase of Thesis. Results in getting the checks on the sampling pit, mining samples, and sample port is an increase in levels, this is because the mining PT. Bintangdelapan Minerals has applied to both selective mining mining methods. In this sample, the researcher applied sampling method and sample check stock pile pit nickel laterite operations in accordance with standard PT. Bintangdelapan Minerals, the data obtained is processed using Microsoft Excel and then presented in the form of reading SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution).

High dengue fever cases strongly influenced by the behavior of the public them self. Almost most of the territory in urban and rural areas can be considered as potentially endemic. In the development of the Center of Desease Control give serious action against the locations of the potential for development of the Aedes Aegypti. One way that can be done in order to prevent the environment to being free of dengue wiggler is through some sort of surveys. This monitoring system is designed using Waterfall methodology using the programming language such as Javascript, PHP, CodeIgniter framework, AngularJS, and Ionic also using MySQL database. A needs analysis conducted by interviewing one of the members of Center of Desease Control’s member and the Village Head of Muktiharjo so that the design could be done, appropriate and well targeted. The results of the final project is mobile and desktop applications that can change the performance of the JUMANTIK (Mosquito Eradication Officers) with more modern, neat, and systematic application so that the data obtained can meet the desired needs. The system that has been designed has been tested using black-box method and the results of these tests indicate that all the functions contained in this system has worked well.

The Tenggir Village Office is a government agency engaged in public services that has a good management system. That can be seen from the service to the community, the better. With more and more people, while the problem faced by the agency is managing data that is still less effective, one of which is the management of mail-making services. Management services for writing letters at institutions using computerized systems that are not easy to manage, such as using Microsoft Word. The development of information from the old system to the new system is expected to help the institution, storage, and archiving reports more easily. The design and implementation of the Village Administration Information System at the Tenggir Panji Situbondo Village Office use the PHP programming language and the MySQL database and other software in the design of this system. In its implementation, this application can answer information needs that can be used for financial management easier and faster, especially for reporting.

The payment system in economic transactions is experiencing rapid progress along with the development of sophisticated technology. Graha Sudirman is a housing located in Indramayu Regency, West Java. In the cash dues section of residents in the Graha Sudirman Indramayu housing, cash dues collection is still done conventionally by way of the coordinator collecting each resident's house and recording it through a cash book. However, the cash contributions that are collected are not transparent in the data on expenditures or the remaining balance, so that residents do not know the income and disbursements of cash contributions paid every month. This application is designed and implemented using the PHP programming language with MySQL, it can be concluded that with the Citizen Cash Contribution Monitoring application using a codeigniter framework it can help admins recap cash dues, expenses, remaining balances and can help coordinators be able to streamline their time in collecting cash contributions because In this application the coordinator only needs to verify cash contribution payments made by residents by transfer and make it easier for residents to make cash contribution payments, provide criticism and suggestions for housing, find out financial data such as cash contribution reports, and expense reports.

In this study, a tool has been designed and developed for learning about the concept of lag order within a dynamic model, which can be used in any teaching classes on statistics and financial data computation. To show a solution for a complex and multi-step process of finding the optimal lag order for multiple variables data series based on an information criterion a module using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Microsoft Excel (MS Excel) is being developed. This module can be used for estimating a multivariate dynamic model as well as determining the optimal lag order of such a model.
