Important role in the comfort of patients. Based on field observation, patients and visitors felt uncomfortable and bored while waiting in the queue to consult a doctor. Hospital visitors are not all ill patients but there are also those who only consult, escort, or visit. In this case, the beauty and comfort in the waiting area, which is a public and intermediary area, is expected to have a psychological effect that can distract visitors from a terrifying impression, provide comfortability while waiting and reduce patient tension before being examined. This study examines the influence of interior on the comfort of patients in the waiting room with case studies at Abby Hospital, Bunda Women and Children Hospital, and PMI Hospital. This study uses a qualitative method with a correlation method approach. Research variables include (1) circulation, (2) cleanliness, (3) noise, (4) lighting, (5) beauty, (6) aromas/odors. The findings show that at Bunda Women and Children Hospital, 32% of the respondents felt uncomfortable with the layout of the room (facilities/furniture), 64% of respondents felt comfortable, 4% of respondents felt very comfortable. While at PMI Hospital, 36% of respondents felt uncomfortable with the layout of the room (facilities/furniture), 56% of respondents felt comfortable, 4% of respondents felt very comfortable. Finally, at Abby Hospital, 0% of respondents felt uncomfortable with the layout of the room (facilities/furniture), 68% of respondents felt comfortable, 32% of respondents felt very comfortable. In this study, conclusions were drawn for basic guidelines for hospital comfort in terms of advantages and disadvantages.

The Arctic region is expected to play an extremely prominent role in the future of the oil and gas industry as growing demand for natural resources leads to greater exploitation of a region that holds about 25% of the world’s oil and gas reserves. It has become clear that ensuring the necessary reliability of Arctic industrial structures is highly dependent on the welding processes used and the materials employed. The main challenge for welding in Arctic conditions is prevention of the formation of brittle fractures in the weld and base material. One mitigating solution to obtain sufficiently low-transition temperatures of the weld is use of a suitable welding process with properly selected parameters. This work provides a comprehensive review with experimental study of modified submerged arc welding processes used for Arctic applications, such as narrow gap welding, multi-wire welding, and welding with metal powder additions. Case studies covered in this article describe welding of Arctic steels such as X70 12.7-mm plate by multi-wire welding technique. Advanced submerged arc welding processes are compared in terms of deposition rate and welding process operational parameters, and the advantages and disadvantages of each process with respect to low-temperature environment applications are listed. This article contributes to the field by presenting a comprehensive state-of-the-art review and case studies of the most common submerged arc welding high deposition modifications. Each modification is reviewed in detail, facilitating understanding and assisting in correct selection of appropriate welding processes and process parameters.

AbstractJapanese architecture retains the characteristic of appreciating its culture, despite the growing influence of Western architecture. Based on this issue, it is a very interesting area to study to understand the design concepts behind two masterpieces from the world’s architects Kisho Kurokawa and Tadao Ando. This study uses a qualitative method by analyzing theories and case studies in the work of the architects Kisho Kurokawa and Tadao Ando. It conducts the following detailed analyses; (a) Western architects who influenced both design concepts; (b) The primary considerations of the two architects in facing the demands of the times. The study concludes that Kisho Kurokawa was influenced by Kenzo Tange, while Tadao Ando has been influenced by Le Corbusier and Louis Khan. The primary consideration of Kisho Kurokawa is Hanasuki, while for Tadao Ando it is Shintai. The findings in this study are that the two architects in the design concept were inspired by Japanese culture, where Japanese culture is influenced by the philosophy of Lau Tze and Confucius.

Muntaha's idea, he is the caretaker of the Al-Asy'ariyyah Taḥfῑż al-Qur’ān Islamic Boarding School, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, Wonosobo, Central of Java. The devotion of KH. Muntaha Al-Hafidz to al-Qur'ān made him to finally realise the grand Qur'ān  writing project. KH. Muntaha al-Hafidz also wants to continue writing Al-Qur’ān  that had been written by his grandfather, namely KH. Abdurrahim (1860-1916 AD). Secondly, before writing, there are certain provisions that must be carried out by writers namely they must be in a sacred condition when writing the muṣḥāf,  do the sunnah prayers of two raka'at and  write it accompanied by fasting except several days that are forbidden to fast. Thirdly, the strong factor that encourages the tradition of writing muṣḥāf at the Qur’ān Sciences Education Foundation (YPIIQ) Wonosobo is still being carried out till now because of devotion to teachers and wants to always glorify the muṣḥāf.

Abstract Ruwatan is a form of ceremony in Javanese society that aims to free people from bad luck and the disasters that will befall on them. Some Javanese Christians who still perform the Ruwatan ceremony. The Ruwatan ceremony itself was rejected by the church and priests, especially the Javanese Christian Church/ Gereja Kristen Jawa (GKJ). This article itself aims to understand the Ruwatan model by Javanese Christians and to review it in a christian ethics related to the implementation of Ruwatan by Javanese Christian. The method used is a qualitative method with a field observation approach. The speakers were Javanese Christians who participated in Ruwatan, cultural practitioner, and priests of GKJ. We found the fact that there are two models of Ruwatan done by Javanese Christians. We give the terms with Javanese Christians A and B. Javanese Christians A do Ruwatan as in general, namely the style of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. While the Javanese Christian B performs Ruwatan that has been contextualized in the form of bidston/ pandonga worship. The Church and GKJ Priests themselves support the Ruwatan model carried out by Javanese Christian B which presents Jesus as the Human Guardian. In conclusion after being reviewed in christian Ethics, the Ruwatan carried out by Javanese Christian A cannot be justified in terms of both the motive and the action. Contrary, the Javanese Christianity B can be accepted and implemented because it is not in conflict with the Bible.

In the novel, the writer analyze the problem by using theory of Islam (2007), Jung in Emir (2016), and Van Dijk (1997) which explains about psychological effect, psychology, and captivity. This thesis uses qualitative method in analyzing the data to be flatly described to show the evidence of the data identified from the novel. The analysis is conducted by classifying the obtained data in chapter four related to the problems of the study. Hence, there are two kinds of psychological effect and three causes of the effect to be analyzed, i.e. social anxiety disorder and posttraumatic disorder, and the causes are: held captive, domination of Old Nick and hard attempt to escape.
