With this research, it is aimed to reveal some socio-demographic characteristics, experiences and opinions related to poverty, and power situations of coping with poverty of poor women who receive social assistance from social assistance and solidarity foundations. The quantitative research method was used in the study, and the data were obtained by making face-to-face interviews with women who received social assistance from Ankara province Altındağ, Mamak and Keçiören Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations and accepted to participate in the study. The poor women participating in the research are young adult women with a low level of education, married, have at least one child, are unemployed and earn their living on social assistance. They define poverty as not being able to meet their needs and state the reason for poverty as unemployment. Participants see social assistance as a strategy to cope with poverty and think that the aid given is not enough to provide for their livelihood. They think that women are affected more by poverty than men, and they define their strengths mostly as being a good mother and wife.

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>This study aims to analyze the access and needs of poor women in the Tallo district in relation to preaching activities. This study used a preaching communication perspective to identify the challenges of preaching strategies and empowering poor women in urban areas. This study used a mixed method between quantitative and qualitative research. The data was collected through literature study, observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis used in this study was the interactive model of Miles &amp; Huberman. The results showed that most of the poor women in the Tallo district defined preaching as a lecture and face-to-face activity. They consider that the government should be more responsible for its implementation rather than other organizations or communities. Most of them prefer the theme of worship, family, and morals when dealing with preaching messages. The preferred media for delivering preaching is through lectures and face-to- face compared with electronic and social media.</span></p></div></div></div>

Economic demands increase and low level of education makes woman involved making a living for survive. An example is become industrial labor. In reality, their household conditions are affected by the multiple workloads. Women’s involvement in the industrial sector is increase, both industrial labors with putting out system or not. The research aims to analyze the level of equality gender on female bag convection industrial labor household. This research uses quantitative research method supported by qualitative data. Respondents in this research are female bag convection industrial labor household in Loram Kulon village, Jati sub-district, Kudus district. The result shows there are relation between husband’s education level and number of family dependents industrial labor nonPOS with access equality’s level. The level of access, control, and gender equality of industrial labor nonPOS has significant relation with welfare level. The level of gender equality of industrial labor nonPOS more equal than industrial labor POS. The level of welfare of industrial labor nonPOS more equal than industrial labor POS.Keywords: gender analysis, bag convection labor, householdsABSTRAKTuntutan ekonomi yang semakin meningkat dan tingkat pendidikan yang rendah membuat perempuan terlibat dalam mencari nafkah untuk bertahan hidup. Salah satu contohnya sebagai buruh industri. Pada pelaksanaannya, kondisi rumah tangga perempuan yang ikut mencari nafkah mengalami pengaruh akibat beban kerja ganda yang diberikan. Keterlibatan perempuan di sektor industri semakin meningkat, baik buruh industri yang pekerjaannya dibawa pulang maupun tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat kesetaraan gender pada rumah tangga perempuan buruh konveksi tas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif didukung dengan data kualitatif. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah rumah tangga buruh industri konveksi tas di Desa Loram Kulon, Kecamatan Jati, Kabupaten Kudus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan suami dan jumlah tanggungan buruh konveksi tas nonPOS dengan tingkat kesetaraan akses. Tingkat kesetaraan akses, kontrol, dan gender buruh nonPOS memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat kesejahteraan. Tingkat kesetaraan gender buruh nonPOS lebih setara dibandingkan rumah tangga buruh POS. Tingkat kesejahteraan buruh nonPOS cenderung lebih setara dibandingkan rumah tangga buruh POS.Kata kunci: analisis gender, buruh konveksi tas, rumah tangga

Jamkesmas was public health insurance organized by the Indonesian government that aims to ensure the health needs of the poor. Jamkesmas organized to increase the coverage of the poor who cannot access health services. This study aimed to examine the factors associated with utilization Jamkesmas in primary health care.This study is a quantitative research which uses cross sectional design. 100 respondents were selected by random sampling. Method of administration is face-to-face structured interview.The results show 54% people used Jamkesmas in primary health care. According to the result of statistical analyses, factors related to utilization of Jamkesmas in primary health care are accessibility (p= 0.0005) and supports from family and health workers (p=0.0005). In order to increase utilization of Jamkesmas, people need supports from their family and health workers to using primary health care. Health workers, such as doctor and nurse, have to increase quality of services to make patient more comfortable and build trust between doctor and patient. Easier accessibility, included distance, time, cost of transportation, are also needed to increase utilization.Keywords:Jamkesmas, utilization, primary health care

It is a widely known fact that micro finance plays an important role in empowering the poorer section of the population, particularly rural women, who traditionally lack access to the banking related services. From its basic norm to providing small amount of loan to the poor women to implement a number of social development programmes, micro finance is now considered as a tool of women empowerment. The present paper aims to identify the socio-economic factors that affect the empowerment level of microfinance beneficiaries in India and Bangladesh most. Further, it checks whether demographic characteristics of the beneficiaries have any association with the identified factors.

The problem of this research is how the effect of revolving fund loans by the Mandiri National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) on the income of the poor in Tompobulu Village, Rumbia Subdistrict, Jeneponto District. Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a sample design of this study amounting to 30 poor households. The research method used is simple regression analysis. The results obtained are revolving fund loans that have a positive and significant effect on increasing the incomes of the poor in Tompobulu Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. It means that loans and loans given to the poor can increase the income of the poor in Tompobulu Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.
