AbstractThis study focuses on the process of the gradual shaping of Czech national awareness in Moravia from the beginning of the nineteenth century onwards when the necessary conditions for the development of improved mutual relations between the Czech (Slavic) population in the two Lands of the Czech Crown -Bohemia and Moravia - were slowly being formed. Moravia faced a number of handicaps to the development of a national revival in comparison with Bohemia, the most significant of which was the relatively high degree of Germanisation of the land. A change to the image of Moravia came in the revolutionary years 1848/1849, when Czech national awareness spread to broader sections of society in Moravia. The view of Bohemia held by the Moravians underwent significant change and a period of increasingly intensive political and cultural contact between the two lands arose.

The study consists of two parts included socio-demographic characteristics and NIC, a self-designed general information questionnaire, and a Self-Assessment Nursing Informatics Competency Scale-SF28 were used as survey tools. An online survey collected the data, and the scores of nurses' NIC were analyzed, and the factors were determined by linear regression statistical analysis. RESULTS Overall 191 target population responded to the questionnaire, including 22 males (11.52%) and 169 females (88.48%), the age range was 21 to 28 years, the average age was 24.64 (SD 1.43). 53 persons without computer level certificate (27.75%), 138 persons with computer level certificate (72.25%), the total score of Self-Assessment Nursing Informatics Competency Scale was 68.65 (SD 10.47), the scores of each dimension were role of clinical information 10.12 (SD 2.17), basic computer knowledge and skills 26.64 (SD 4.96), application ability of computer skills 7.16 (SD 1.82), wireless equipment skills 8.02 (SD 2.04), nursing information attitude 16.73 (SD 3.25). In the analysis of influencing factors of NIC, “whether learned professional knowledge through the internet” is the influencing factor of NIC (P< .05). CONCLUSIONS The clinical nursing informatics (NC) of nurses was at a medium level, mainly influenced by “whether learned professional knowledge through the internet.” In the future regulation process, it is necessary to strengthen further the capacity training of information to improve their clinical information decision-making ability and better serve patients.

Increasingly complex business processes and rapidly changing market conditions force employers to invest more and more resources in human resources development. At the same time, it is not just the professional knowledge and skills of a particular employee that come first, but also their ability to adapt to changing market circumstances. Most Russian higher education institutions are focused on transferring to future specialists a structured system of knowledge and skills that fit into the concept of "hard skills"(skills that can be easily taught and the result of training can be measured), but the current market situation increasingly requires the development of "soft skills" - universal competencies that are difficult to quantify (ability to work in a team, balance, engagement, dedication), but which significantly affect the final result of the employee's work and the formation of competitive advantages of the entire enterprise. These skills contribute not only to personal professional growth, but also to improving the stability of the enterprise management system as a whole. Today, these areas of knowledge are more covered in the field of corporate education. The article considers the prerequisites for the development of the corporate education market, analyzes the existing models of building a system of professional knowledge and considers the role of professional imprinting in the training of specialists.
