The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the role of local political parties and their obstacles in supporting candidates for Regent/Deputy Regent of North Aceh. Descriptive qualitative research was employed in obtaining the data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are taken through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding (verification). The results reveal that one of the local political parties (Aceh Party) has provided support to the Regent/Deputy Regent candidate H. Muhammad Thaib/Fauzi Yusuf through political participation as a medium for conveying political aspirations between voters and the elected Regent/Deputy Regent candidate, with won victory in the election in 2017. The conclusion is that 3 local political parties (PA, PNA, and PDA) have provided support to four candidate pairs for Regent of North Aceh through political participation as a forum for aspiration and in the form of a successful team. Even though this support has been given, the role of local political parties has not been realized effectively, because there are still obstacles, so that it requires various improvements. The obstacles are low human resources and differences in perceptions resulting in internal conflict with local parties.

This study aims to determine the implementation of E-Procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Services Section of the City of Makassar Regional Secretariat. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data analysis techniques using steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification of data that are qualitative in nature, to draw conclusions. The results showed that there were five indicators: (1) BLPBJ Makassar City human resources suppressed the readiness of character qualities that are continuing; (2) Online communication provides accessibility and flexibility; (3) The objective of going hand in hand is between Tender and Non-Tender for the Makassar City DPRD game; (4) The environment supports the Makassar City LPSE in terms of politics and economics and not the general public; (5) Compliance of the implementor on the condition of direct appointment to the deposited contractor requires that the compliance of the implementor in handling Direct Procurement (PL) has not been maximized.

<p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of government policy programs in poverty alleviation by involving the main actor who called PPKH. This study aimed to describe the task and function of PPKH in empowering the sick society in Bone Regency. Qualitative approach used with case study research. Data collection techniques used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself as a human instrument, while the informants selected by a purposive method. Data analysis techniques used an interactive model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that PPKH has carried out their roles well as representatives and technicians but have not been optimal in their roles as facilitators and educators.

The aim of this study was to explore the role of teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) as motivator in political education. The research was conducted at State of Senior High School 1 (SMAN 1) and State of Senior of High School 10 (SMAN 10) at Padang City. This research had employed a qualitative research with comparative studies. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the data was tested by source triangulation. The result showed that the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education not only educating the character of the nation's generation but emphasize the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education as motivators in political education. Where the teacher as a motivator plays a role to give encouragement, enthusiasm, and intelligence to students in understanding political education. AbstractBoyolali Regency is located on the eastern side of Mount Merapi which is one of the most active volcanoes in the world (Pratomo,2006). If observed from its physical conditions that are very destructive, the affected areas are threatened to be isolated from the national communication network. With these geographical conditions, the presence of emergency radios is extremely effective in substituting the communication network in disaster period starts from the mitigation to rehabilitation and reconstruction prosses. The first initiator was started by Aceh Emergency Radio Network (AERNET) when the tsunami hit Aceh Province on 2006. Currently, those emergency radio communities are incorporated in Indonesian Community Radio Network (JRKI) and has grown as present member of 457. Based on this background, this study aims to observe the role of local communities and to understand that phenomena, we use the theory of social capital by Putnam. To obtain data, we use documentation and in-depth interview then analyzed by the Miles and Huberman's technique, those are data collection, data reduction, data presentation so as to produce explanations in descriptive forms. The results of this study are useful as an effort in developing human resources who lives in disaster-prone areas in using the emergency radio as a temporary communication throughout Indonesia.   Kabupaten Boyolali terletak di sisi timur Gunung Merapi yang merupakan gunung berapi teraktif di Pulau Jawa. Ditinjau dari kondisi fisik yang bersifat sangat destruktif yaitu selalu menimbulkan erupsi sehingga menjadikannya termasuk ke dalam Decade Volcanoes. Akibatnya daerah yang terkena dampak terancam terisolasi dari jaringan komunikasi nasional. Dengan kondisi geografis tersebut, keberadaan radio darurat dinilai sangat efektif dalam mengawal komunikasi masa tanggap bencana dari proses mitigasi sampai rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi. Kemunculan pertama diawali oleh AERNET (Aceh Emergency Radio Network) ketika terjadi tsunami di Provinsi Aceh. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasikan peran komunitas lokal dengan menggunakan teori modal sosial oleh Putnam untuk melibatkan komunitas setempat di Kabupaten Boyolali dalam pengembangan radio darurat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam lalu dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data sehingga menghasilkan penjelasan dalam bentuk desktriptif. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai upaya dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah rawan bencana dalam pemanfaatan radio darurat sebagai sarana komunikasi sementara di seluruh Indonesia.

This study aims to describe the role of teachers as educators in developing the discipline character of students in class IV A 01 Kota Bengkulu Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. The subjects of the study were the principal, grade IV A teachers, and grade IV A students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing perseverance and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher as an educator in developing the character of student discipline has been carried out in class IV A. The role of the teacher in developing the character of student discipline consists of as motivators, facilitators and evaluators. As a motivator the teacher has given encouragement to students to always be disciplined in the classroom, as a facilitator the teacher has provided the facilities needed by students to develop the character of their discipline and as an evaluator the teacher has also conducted an evaluation to see the extent of the development of the discipline character of students in the class.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the strategy atta'bir almushawwar using the book Muthala'ah alqiro'ah al-rosyidah and to determine the increase in speaking skills. This research uses qualitative research. This research was carried out from June to August 2019 at the Islamic Boarding School Ta'mirul Surakarta. The data collection techniques are through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And the data validity technique uses triangulation of sources and methods. And data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The results of the study show that the steps of atta'bir almushawwar using the Muthala'ah alqiro'ah al-rosyidah book, namely the teacher reads the vocabulary aloud and students follow it, and the teacher asks students to interpret it, the teacher asks the students to listen to the teacher's explanation with Image media are on the board and in a situation where students do not open the book, the teacher asks students to read muthalaah books and then gives students time to ask questions about vocabulary or things that have not been understood, the teacher asks some students to retell what the teacher has explained in front of the class by using Arabic. By using the attakbir almushawwar strategy in learning the muthalaah book, it is very helpful for students to remember the material that has been explained by the teacher. Because the explanation using image media makes students interested so that students pay attention to the scale of what is explained by the teacher. And in addition students have to memorize again using Arabic that they have understood, with this students are trained in speaking and can increase students' speaking skills

AbstrakPeran orang tua menjadi suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam pengembangan emosi anak usia dini. Hal tersebut dikarenakan tidak semua orang tua memahami pentingnya perkembangan emosi pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosi anak usia dini di Kelurahan Krobokan Semarang Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena peneliti ingin melihat adanya fenomena orang tua yang memiliki perhatikan terhadap kecerdasan emosi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman yang didalamnya secara berurutan berisi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi, yaitu dengan membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dengan hasil wawancara, membandingkan hasil wawancara yang sama dengan waktu yang berbeda, dan mencari data dari sumber lain selain subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosi anak usia dini meliputi: (1) peran orang tua sebagai pendidik, (2) peran orang tua sebagai pengasuh, (3) peran orang tua sebagai motivator, (4) peran orang tua sebagai model. AbstractThe role of parents becomes an important thing to consider in the emotional development of early childhood. That is because not all parents understand the importance of emotional development in early childhood. This study aims to describe the role of parents in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood in Krobokan Village, Semarang Barat. This study uses a qualitative approach because researchers want to see the phenomenon of parents who have a concern for emotional intelligence. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman which in turn consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data uses triangulation, namely by comparing the observational data with the results of interviews, comparing the results of the same interview with different times, and looking for data from sources other than the research subject. The results showed that the role of parents in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood includes: (1) the role of parents as educators, (2) the role of parents as caregivers, (3) the role of parents as motivators, (4) the role of parents as model.

This study aims to determine the accuracy of task completion in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the accuracy of the completion of tasks in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District, namely the completion of a PATEN application in the KTP service, could be completed within 7 days with a note that the file requirements were complete so that it could be processed immediately. In the management of ID cards, Candi Subdistrict employees have carried out their duties to the maximum. However, in terms of managing E-KTP, there are obstacles in terms of coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs located in Jakarta where the server at the Ministry of Home Affairs is turned off every 3 hours for server maintenance purposes, then after that 5 minutes later it is turned on again. So this causes the processing of E-KTP takes a long time

The Objective of this research is to determine the role of teachers in counseling guidance dealing with students who are victims by risak at SMA Negeri 4 Palu. This research is classified as qualitative research, and the data were described both in written and spoken. This research was conducted in order to see the role of counseling guidance teacher in overcoming the risak victims at SMA Negeri 4 Palu. Furthermore, the data collection methods used in this reasearch are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study was conducted to check the validity of the data using trigulation techniques.
