The present research focuses on developing mathematics comic as a teaching material that integrates the moral value of discipline and hard work for elementary school students. This character-building comic development method was made based on the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Twenty-nine grade four students were recruited as samples, consisting of a small group of students in the limited trial group and a big group of students in the field trial group. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The development of mathematics comic teaching material containing discipline and hard work character-building has successfully resulted in a comic that met the feasibility standards. The field trial showed a significant increase of 0.76 and 0.74 in students’ character development in terms of discipline and hard work, respectively. The results indicate the effectiveness of mathematics comics in instilling Pancasila moral values in elementary mathematics teaching in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to integrate psychology, technology, and language in reading the characters in Indonesian children's films as media and learning materials for character building for elementary school students in Indonesia. This research design uses mixed methods. The source of research data is sourced from elementary school students' learning activities in Indonesian subjects using Indonesian children's films as media and learning materials. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussions. Respondents of this study were elementary school teachers as many as 98 teachers. Qualitative data were analyzed by interpreting techniques and presented in the form of descriptions, while quantitative data were analyzed by calculating the average student learning outcomes presented in the form of percentages. The findings of this study are twofold, namely the findings of this study are twofold, namely by using Indonesian children's films as a medium as well as a source of learning and learning materials can shape students' character and improve student achievement.

The importance of implementing full day school in character building in elementary school students makes the writer interested in making a literature review. Character education is important to be developed and internalized immediately, because it has a noble enough purpose for the provision of students’ lives so that they are always ready to respond to all the dynamics of life with full responsibility. The research method used is literature study. The purpose of this literature review is to obtain a theoretical basis that can support problem solving regarding the application of full day school in character building for elementary school students. The results of this research shows that full day school gives positive impact for the children’s growth especially on establishing the character values since the early stage started from the elementary school.

Playing is near the world of children. The development of the times, science and technology make the purpose of playing not only for mere pleasure, but also need to be inserted educative values in it. The snake ladder game is a game that is liked by elementary school students. Learning mathematics with a snake ladder game media can motivate students to continue learning to develop their abilities by actively involving students in learning. The game of snakes and ladders combined with smart cards can help the students' mathematical learning process to build up flat material. Learning by playing can provide opportunities for students to explore, discover themselves, practice and get a variety of concepts and innumerable understandings and this is where the learning process takes place The teacher is not only limited to transferring knowledge but also guiding students to be skilled in finding concepts of knowledge with experience itself through an inspirational and pleasant learning atmosphere. Thus mathematics subjects which are one of the important sciences that are learned for elementary school students, because they are always used in solving problems in everyday life into pleasant subjects.

The development of character education activities to prevent bullying among elementary school children aims to participate in the fulfillment of the Indonesian golden generation in 2045 with the spirit of the Pancasila, and having a character that is ready to face the dynamics of the future. This activity was carried out in two places, the education village of FIS UNJ and Taman Pintar. The method used is a storytelling technique with children's stories and accompanied by ice breaking and prized quizzes. The results of this activity show bullying have become part of the daily lives of Indonesian children. Although they do not know what bullying is, but they experience it as an everyday experience. Bullying behavior that they experienced is verbal, physical and relationship. The bullying actors come from peers, older friends, and even their own parents. By using storytelling techniques for children, which contain 18 values of developing character education, children feel enthusiastic and want to tell about their experiences with bullying. Better cooperation is needed from all parties so that Indonesian children are free of bullying. Because children who are traumatized by bullying can have a negative impact on their future.

<em><span lang="EN-US">Pendekatan pembelajaran pada era sekarang ini sudah bergeser pada pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, kritis dan menyenangkan, sehingga akan tercipta pembelajaran yang bermakna. Hal tersebut dilandasi oleh tantangan pendidikan abad 21, yang menuntut siswa agar memiliki keterampilan berkomunikasi dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan teknologi melalui proses pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini sudah mengarah pada tantangan abad 21, hal tersebut dibuktikan dari diterapkannya Kurikulum 2013 yang menekankan pada proses pembelajaran. Kendala yang ditemukan selama ini adalah masih sulit sekali melatih keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada siswa. Hal tersebut tidak hanya ditemui pada tingkatan sekolah lanjut, akan tetapi dari tingkatan sekolah dasar. Pentingnya melatih keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada siswa sejak tingkatan sekolah dasar adalah untuk mengembangkan pola pemikiran berkelanjutan pada siswa. Namun, kecenderungan pembelajaran matematika yang diajarkan saat ini masih menekankan pada keterampilan berpikir tingkat rendah. Indikasinya bisa dilihat dari pembelajaran selalu menggunakan metode menghafal dari buku. Selain itu, kebanyakan guru masih sulit mengajarkan dan membiasakan cara berpikir tingkat tinggi pada peserta didiknya. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih kurangnya pengetahuan guru mengenai implementasi pembelajaran HOTS. Pada dasarnya untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi diperlukan keterampilan berpikir tingkat rendah sebagai dasar, tetapi akan lebih baik keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi mulai dilatih sejak siswa tingkat sekolah dasar. Keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi ini akan membuat siswa mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan sesuai dengan tantangan pendidikan abad 21.</span></em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran penjas melalui aktivitas permainan bagi siswa sekolah dasar khususnya kelas atas yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai karakter kerja sama, tanggung jawab dan kejujuran. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan dan melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (6) pembuatan produk final. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi permainan, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan permainan, dan (5) pedoman observasi terhadap guru pelaku uji coba. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku panduan aktivitas permainan untuk pembentukan karakter kerja sama, tanggung jawab dan kejujuran siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas, yang berisikan enam jenis permainan, yaitu: (1) permainan berburu kancil, (2) permainan perang bola, (3) permainan memasukkan bola ke simpai, (4) permainan golku keranjangku, (5) permainan lempar tangkap, dan (6) permainan sentuh bola yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli dan guru.  GAME MODELS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR CHARACTER BUILDING COOPERATION, RESPONSIBILITY AND HONESTY FOR ELEMENTARYS SCHOOL STUDENTAbstract This study aims at delivering game models for especially top grade elementary school students to build character, cooperation, responsibility and honesty that are ready to use. The teachers are expected to use this game model as one of integrated character value instructional forms that is appropriate and effective through enjoyable playing activities.This educational research and development (R & D) was conducted by adapting R & D steps consisting of: (1) collecting information and information analysis, (2) developing initial product, (3) expert validation and revision, (4) preliminary field test and revision, (5) main field test and revision, and (6) making the final product. The preliminary field test was conducted to 14 students year 5 of SD.N.Pantaran Kulon Progo and the main field test was conducted to 40 students Class 4 and 5 of SD.N.2 Kalipetir Pengasih Kulon Progo. Data collecting instrument used were: (1) interview guide, (2) rating scale, (3) observation guide for games observation, (4) observation guide for games effectiveness, and (5) observation guide for perpetrator teachers. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis.The result of this study is in the form of a game guidance book of integrated character building for corporation, responsibility, and honesty in the form of physical activities for upper grade elementary school students, consisting of six games: (1) blast fishing game, (2) ball war game, (3) shoot the ball to the hula hoop game, (4) my goal and basket game, (5) volley throw and catch, and (6) touching ball to the body game. As a conclusion, the game models are very good and effective to transfer character value, corporation, responsibility, and honesty Keywords: model of learning, character and elemantary students.
