The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the performance of the Community Protection Unit Officers in creating Security, Peace, and Order in Kecamatan Malinau Kota, Malinau District. This type of research includes descriptive with a qualitative approach. Primary data is derived from interviews with informant selected purposively and direct observation, supported by secondary data derived from written data owned by the agency. The conclusion of the research was conducted through interactive model data analysis. The results showed that the work of Satlinmas members in creating security, peace, and order in Kecamatan Malinau Kota as measured by several performance instruments, including the ability to finish the task, the quality of the work, the attitude of work discipline, creativity in working, and cooperation with the community showed good work results, but not optimal.Keywords: Performance, Community Protection, Security, Peace, Order

The low interest in reading our society greatly affects the quality of the Indonesian nation, because with the low interest in reading it cannot know and follow the development of science and information in the world. With the library, it can give students an "opiate taste" and bring about new habits, namely reading. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research location which is the main focus in collecting data is SD Negeri 1 in Pamengkang village, located in Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. Primary data is data obtained directly from informants such as school principals, teachers, students, and library staff. Secondary data used such as school archives, and other documents that can support the completeness of primary data. Data collection techniques is a way that researchers do in obtaining data. As for this study researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the study show that the Utilization of School Libraries in Increasing Interest in Reading in SDN 1 Pamengkang, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency has carried out several efforts, but it has not yet run as expected, due to several factors, namely the state of the library, both from collections, facilities, and also not having librarians, so the library walk improperly following the existing path. Keywords: utilization; library; interest in reading Abstrak Rendahnya minat baca masyarakat kita sangat mempengaruhi kualitas bangsa Indonesia, sebab dengan rendahnya minat baca maka tidak bisa mengetahui dan mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan informasi di dunia. Dengan adanya perpustakaan dapat memberikan “rasa candu” pada peserta didik dan memunculkan new habits yakni membaca. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian yang menjadi fokus utama dalam mengumpulkan data adalah di SD Negeri 1 di desa Pamengkang yang terletak di Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon.  Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh langsung dari informan seperti kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan tenaga perpustakaan. Data sekunder yang digunakan seperti seperti arsip-arsip sekolah, serta dokumen lainnya yang dapat menunjang kelengkapan dari data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data merupakan cara yang dilakukan peneliti dalam memperoleh data. Adapun dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Upaya Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Minat Baca di SDN 1 Pamengkang Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon sudah menjalankan beberapa upaya akan tetapi belum berjalan sesuai harapan, disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu keadaan perpustakan baik dari koleksi, sarana, dan juga belum mempunyai pustakawan sehingga perpustakaan berjalan seadanya mengikuti alur yang ada.  Kata Kunci: pemanfaatan; perpustakaan; minat baca

This study discusses the existence of the management of harmony between Islam and Buddhism in Tanjung Batu Kota. This study aims to describe the factors that cause religious harmony in Tanjung Batu Kota, Kundur District, Karimun Regency.This study used the conflict theory according to Lewis Coser. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. purposive sampling technique was used to select the informant that consists of 10 people. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies were used in collecting the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis unit used by the group was Milles and Huberman's data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that several factors are causing religious harmony: 1) Tolerance in the Economic Sector. 2) Inter-Religious Harmony. 3) Mutual Respect and Respect for Other Religions. 4) The Management of Religious Harmony in Tanjung Batu City, Kundur District.

The Covid-19 pandemic has undeniably crippled the economy of the wider community. Beekeeping and its derivatives business are promising efforts during the current pandemic. Honey, which is one of its derivative products, has become a necessity that is most in demand by the public to maintain stamina and endurance. Currently the market demand for good quality honey is getting bigger, so that this opportunity is widely exploited by honey business actors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the efforts made by Bali Honey in improving the working ability of honey breeders in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and to analyze the strategies implemented to improve the quality of the honey harvest to bring benefits to the local community. The data analysis method is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis was carried out by collecting secondary data and primary data. The data and information obtained through field research are then analyzed by doing data reduction, namely summarizing the data from interviews and field observations, then interlinking them with the theoretical basis and literature review to get a final conclusion. The theoretical foundations used in the research are reinforcement theory, expectancy theory, and goal setting theory. The result of the research is that consistent education carried out by Bali Honey plays an important role in improving the working ability of honey farmers so that the quality of the yields produced can compete in the market. This research aimed to explain how far the goverment’s strategy for the relocation of Pedagang Kaki Lima in Sulikan’s garden North Luwu Regency and made it to be the icon of Masamba City of North Luwu Regency. Sulikan’s garden had the strategic location for Pedagang Kaki Lima to sell their trades. The goverment relocated PKL because they were bothering and preventing, therefore PKL moved from Sulikan’s garden to the Market of Masamba which its location were far from Sulikan’sgarden. The source of this data were a primary data that was collected by an interview and direct observation of the informant, a secondary data were a documents or written and unwritten reports. Techniques data analysis applied in this research are an interview, observation, and documention. The data validity techniques used were triangulation of time, triangulation of data sources, and triangulation of theory. The result of the research showed that the goverment’s strategy for relocation and regualtion of PKL used five indicators 1) mission framing 2) objective and strategy 3) funtion systems and, 4) culture groups. 1) approval alocation 2) modals allocation and 3) facilities and infrastructures allocation. Keywords: strategy to relocate Pedagang Kaki Lima

The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. AbstrakMasalah dalam  penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Kabupaten Tebo selama ini hanya mampu menikmati batik secara fungsional saja tanpa mengetahui nama dari bentuk motif apalagi makna filosofis yang terkandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan desain motif yang meliputi motif utama, motif pelengkap, dan isen-isen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motif yang terdapat pada Rumah Batik Tebo terdiri dari 12 motif yaitu motif tanggo rajo, simpang tugu, bambu runcing, rebung nyengum, rumah adat, bungo pakis, konde mina, tapak kudo, bungo tanjung, baibat, tapak kudo dan buah daun sawit dan pawn.Kata Kunci: modul, media pembelajaran, teknologi, busana.AbstractThe problem in this study is that the people of Tebo Regency have only been able to enjoy batik functionally without knowing the names of the motifs especially the philosophical meanings contained. This  research  aims  to  determine,  understand,  and  analyze  the influence  of  capital  lending  and economic profitability on the cooperative for The Indonesian Republic officials ‘Karya Bhakti’ of The Departement  of  Industry  Cooperation  and  Trading  at  Central  Sulawesi  Province.  It  is  a  descriptive research  using  quantitative  and  qualitative  approach that  consists  of  primary  data  and  secondary data.  Data  collection method to  obtain  the  primary  data  is  observation  on  Karya  Bhakti Employee Cooperative as the subject of research and secondary data obtained from the financial annual report Karya  Bhakti  Cooperative.  The analysis  of  loan  capital  and  economic  profitability  of  Karya  Bhakti Cooperative  is  measured  by  using  trend  analysis.  Based  on  the data  analysis  from  2008  to  2013,  it indicates  that  the  development of  Loan  capital  has  increased  every  year.  This  is  due  to  the development  of  the  business  managed  by  the  cooperatives operations,  while  the  development  of  the economic profitability has been fluctuated, as well as the result of trend analysis of  capital lending and economic profitability showed an increase every year. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui,  memahami  dan menganalisa   modal  pinjaman  dan rentabilitas  ekonomi  pada  KPRI Karya  Bhakti  Provinsi  Sulawesi  Tengah.  Penelitian  ini  merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitafif dan kualitatif yang terdiri dari data primer  dan  data  sekunder.  Dimana peneliti  mendeskripsikan  hasil  penelitian  dengan  menggunakan angka.  Proses  pengumpulan  data  penelitian  ini  menggunakan metode  observasi  yaitu  pengumpulan data primer pada KPRI Karya Bhakti yang menjadi objek penelitiandan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan KPRI Karya Bhakti. Untuk mengukur Analisis modal pinjaman dan Rentabilitas Ekonomi KPRI Karya Bhakti menggunakan Analisis Trend. Berdasarkan  hasil  analisis  data  pada  tahun  2008 – 2013  menunjukan  bahwa   perkembangan  modal pinjaman mengalami kenaikan ditiap tahunnya hal ini disebabkan karna adanya perkembangan usaha yang  dikelola  koperasi  dimana  modal pinjaman  dibutuhkan  untuk  mendukung atau  membiayayi kegiatan oprasional  usaha  koperasi.  sedangkan  perkembangan  rentabilitas ekonomi  mengalami kenaikan  dan  penurunan.   Serta  hasil  analisis trend  modal  pinjaman  dan  rentabilitas  ekonomi menunjukan adanya peningkatan ditiap tahunnya.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the form of legal protection against disabled workers with disabilities. This study uses normative research methods with data collection techniques used to solve the problem formulation is by library data obtained based on legislation and literature - literature or official books. Data analysis used is qualitative approach to primary data and secondary data. The result of the research can be concluded that the form of legal protection for workers with disabilities who are harmed by employers by viewing or reviewing Law No.13 Year 2103, in the law has regulated the legal protection for workers with disabilities. Therefore, the need for legal protection is preventive and repressive, by increasing the supervision of the relevant agencies so that the disability workers are not harmed by the employer. And if there has been a dispute then it can be a repressive legal protection, which prioritizes the form of bipartite negotiations, in deliberation and tripartite, mediated by the facilitator. If in such endeavors remain unreachable, either party may make a lawsuit by enclosing minutes of negotiations and being registered with the industrial relations court at the local district court. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja penyandang disabilitas yang dirugikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memecahkan rumusan masalah yaitu dengan data kepustakaan yang diperoleh berdasarkan dari perundang – undangan dan literaturr - literatur atau buku - buku resmi. Analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif terhadap data primer maupun data sekunder. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja penyandang disabilitas yang dirugikan oleh pemberi kerja / pengusaha dengan melihat atau meninjau Undang-Undang No.13 Tahun 2103, di undang-undang tersebut sudah mengatur tentang perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja penyandang disabilitas tersebut. Untuk itu perlunya perlindungan hukum secara preventif dan represif,  dengan lebih meningkatkan pengawasan dari dinas terkait agar pekerja disabilitas ini tidak dirugikan oleh pemberi kerja. Dan jika telah terjadi perselisihan maka dapat dilakukan perlindungan hukum secara represif,  yang lebih mengutamakan ke bentuk perundingan secara bipartit, secara musyawarah dan tripartit, dengan ditengahi oleh fasiliator. Jika dalam upaya tersebut tetap tidak mencapai kesepakatan, maka salah satu pihak dapat membuat gugatan dengan melampirkan risalah hasil perundingan dan didaftarkan ke pengadilan hubungan industrial di pengadilan negeri setempat.

Penelitian ini menggambarkan mutu kepuasan pelayanan ibadah haji; untuk memperoleh gambaran mutu kemabruran jemaah haji; dan dampak alumni jemaah haji di tengah masyarakat setelah melaksanakan ibadah haji yang diselenggarakan oleh kantor wilayah Kementerian agama Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, jenis data yang di gunakan adalah kulitatif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan juga sekunder adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Kanwil Kemenag Jabar bidang haji dan Umrah dalam meraih kesuksesannya memperhatikan tahapan-tahapan, yaitu: Perencanaan; Pengorganisasian; Pelaksanaan pelayanan pada jemaah haji. Kedua, Mutu kemabruran jemaah haji didasarkan pada perubahan sikap jemaah haji yang lebih baik. Ketiga, Dampak alumni haji ditengah masyarkat. Secara umum penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen mutu suatu penyelenggara ibadah haji menghasilkan outcome dari alumni jemaah haji yang mabrur dan memiliki manfaat yang fositif ditengah masyarakat. This study describes the quality of satisfaction of Hajj services; to obtain a picture of the quality of the pilgrims' journey; and the impact of alumni of pilgrims in the community after performing the pilgrimage held by the office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Java Province. This research method using descriptive method, the type of data that is used is leather, the data source used is primary data and also the secondary data collection techniques used in the research are observation, interview, and documentation study. The data analysis is done through the interpretation of logic that is connected with the context of Da'wah Management. The results showed that: First, Kanwil Kemenag Jabar field of pilgrimage and Umrah in achieving its success attention to the stages, namely: Planning; Organizing; Implementation of service to pilgrims. Second, the quality of the pilgrims' pilgrimage is based on a better attitude of pilgrims. Third, the impact of Hajj alumni in the community. In general, this study can be concluded that the quality management of a pilgrimage provider produces outcomes from alumni pilgrims who mabrur and has a fossil benefits in the community.

This study was conducted at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Palu, Central Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to find out the service quality for family card administration at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Palu. The theory applied in this study was Zethmal, Parasuraman, & Berry’s theory, which consists of 5 indicators: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The type of this study was descriptive qualitative. Furthermore, the number of informants in this study was 5 people selected purposively. Data used in this study consisted of 2 types: primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews and direct observation in the field, while secondary data were obtained from documents, regulatory rules related to the problem studied, and research reports regarding the service quality of family card administration in qualitative research. The results showed that the service quality of family card administration at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Palu was not in a good category. This can be seen from the five indicators of service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Although the indicators for reliability, assurance, and empathy received a good response from the community, the indicators for tangibles and responsiveness received a poor response from the community. Therefore, the officers in the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Palu need to pay more attention to improve their service quality in order to achieve excellent service quality.Keyword - Quality, Card, Administration, Public
