The method used in this study is a causal model survey method, collecting data using a questionnaire that was prepared in advance and distributed to 100 respondents. Analysis of parametric and non-parametric statistical data, using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square regarding research variables, instrument testing, normality testing, hypothesis testing, and discussion of hypothesis testing and path analysis results. This study uses path analysis to examine the pattern of relationships that reveal the effect of a variable or set of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect effects, assisted by Smart PLS Ver 3.0 software. The results in this study indicate that: 1) Company Policy directly has a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction with a p-value of 0,002 < 0,05, 2) Company Policy directly has an insignificant effect on Employee Engagement with a p-value of 0.126 > 0.05, 3) Organization Culture directly has a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, 6) Company Policy with Employee Satisfaction as mediation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement with a p-value of 0.030 < 0.05, 7) Organization Culture with Employee Satisfaction as mediation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement with a p-value of 0.003 < 0.05. This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership of the Islamic boarding school principal and motivation on discipline and its implications for the performance of ustadz in Islamic boarding schools in the city of Serang. The research method used is descriptive, (descriptive method definition). This study prioritizes in-depth analysis of the data and facts found. This type of research is intended to raise facts, circumstances, variables, and phenomena that are happening now and present what they are. The population in this study were all teachers/ustadz or teaching staff in boarding school-based educational institutions in the city of Serang as many as 444 people. The samples used were 215 people. So the author made the decision to use a sampling technique, namely the analytical method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study are as follows. Hypothesis testing is carried out based on the results of testing the Inner Model (structural model) which includes r-square output, parameter coefficients and t-statistics. To see whether a hypothesis can be accepted or rejected, among others, by paying attention to the significance value between constructs, t-statistics, and p-values. The hypothesis testing of this research was carried out with the help of the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 software. These values ​​can be seen from the bootstrapping results. The rule of thumb used in this study is t-statistic > 1.96 with a significance level of p-value 0.05 (5%) and a positive beta coefficient. The value of this research hypothesis testing can be shown in the table and the results of this research model can be described as shown in the hypothesis testing carried out on all samples that have been obtained from the questionnaire

Organizational change is directed at increasing the effectiveness and improvement of organizational capabilities. PT PLN (Persero) where one of its units is PLN UIP Sumbagut reorganized in 2018 which included several business functions. The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that affect employee commitment to change after reorganization, namely through trust, emotional attachment and perceived organizational support. The data processing method in this study is to use the causality method between variables with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) modeling equation. The measurement results showed that the Trust variable (X1) was 0,4% & insignificant with a p-value of 0,637>0,05, the Emotional Attachment (X2) variable was 86% & significant with a p-value of 0,016<0,05 and Perceived Organizational Support (X3) of 14,3% & significant with a a p-value of 0,000<0,05 is able to directly influence Employee Commitment to Change as part of an indicator of organizational climate which is very inherent in determining organizational success. The results of the evaluation show that in an effort to build a commitment to change, management needs to increase the intensity of communication among employees both formally and informally to improve the harmony of relationships between colleagues, the generation gap can be managed specifically with a relationship-oriented approach, namely by placing between generations in one work team. To increase trust, increase employee engagement through networking programs through work networking on work experience and the use of technology, increased organizational support that is felt can be done by cerating a work system that is supported by media aspirations of employees that area evaluated regularly, empowering employees to be more active in implementing changes and conduct special training proactively. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the Millennial Generation Characteristics of Employee Engagement. The population in this study The study was conducted by taking samples of Millennials who are actively working at Micro Finance companies with a total of 150 respondents. The sample size was taken as many as 150 respondents, with probability sampling methods especially simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of R- Square (R2) Employee Engagement is 0.786 and Employee Satisfaction is 0.647 thus indicating that the contribution of Grit, Worklife Balance, and Jon Resources variables to Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction are 0.786 or 78.6% and 0.647 or 64.7%. And the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.

This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. This study aims to confirm the  theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees in Investment and Integrated Service Office  Bintan Regency, with sample of 39 employees. Data collecting technical using variable measurements by a  questionnaire instrument, this instrument was developed based on theoretical studies. Data analysis uses descriptive  statistics and statistical analysis. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least  Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS  can be used for a small number of samples and does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or  not. The results of the analysis found that the relationships between variables formulated in the formulation of the  problem as many as 6 pieces obtained significant results.

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of work life balance and employee engagementon employees job performance onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia .The research was conducted to all of employees onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 67 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of work life balance on job performance. (2) there isdirect effect of employee engagement on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of work life balance on employee engagement. Therefore to enhance employee’s job performance can be carried out by work life balance, and employee engagement.

This research was conducted with the background of the phenomena that occur under audit results by the audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia that the poor quality of financial reporting, especially in local government both provincial and city/district. This research was conducted based on theories that already exist which later develoved into a research model in which the model in this study was designed to eximine the quality of financial reporting ands its relevance to the implementation of the asset management and implementation of the internal control.             This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidense of research in oder to obtain answers to the problems of research on how much influense of Implementation of the Asset Management and Implementation of the Internal control on the quality of financial Reporting. The benefits of research is to provide a scientific contribution to the science of public sector accounting and solve problems for local goverments in the implementations of task related to improving the quality of local government financial reporting.             This study used survey method with descriptive verification approach and type of causal research conducted at 28 local government both provincial and city/district.in west java. The unit of observation is the Departement of local Asset and finance management (DPKAD) Respondents in this study is the Head of departement, Secretary of departement, Head of Accounting and Head of Assets, Auditor of Inspektorat and Auditor of BPK RI representatives of western java . The data obtained through the questionnaiers were analyzed using the technique of component-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CBSEM) and processed using program Partial Least Square-Path Modeling (PLS-PM) The result showed that : the Implementation of the asset management have a significant affect on the quality of financial reporting; the implementation of the internal control system have a significant effect on the quality of financial reporting;   Keywords : the Implementation of the Asset Management and The Implementation of the Internal Control system.

The purpose of this research is to give further description how leadership factor and organizationalr cultural factor can contribute or related to the performance gained by the tutors in the organization by looking at (a) the relation between leadership style and tutor’s performance, (b) the relation between organizational culture and tutor’s performance, and (c) the relation between leadership style and organizational culture with tutor’s performance. This positivistic research employed survey method and conducted in Community Learning Center (SKB) Limboto, Gorontalo District, as from September through November 2014. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the tutors, interviewing informant, and studying the document and then analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study indicates (a) leadership style has significant relation with the tutor’s performance, (b) organization culture has significant relation with tutor’s performance, and (c) between leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously has significant relation with tutor’s performance.

Abstrak. Efek eksistensi merupakan eksistensi sumber daya manusia yang muncul dari efek atau sesuatu yang telah dilakukan oleh sebuah aktivitas. Efek eksistensi dalam penelitian ini merupakan eksistensi mahasiswa yang dimunculkan dari kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas. Begitu pentingnya sebuah efek eksistensi sebagai output kegiatan belajar mengajar, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh responsibility, attractiveness, emphaty, dan juga competency dari seorang pengajar dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan efek eksistensi mahasiswa di Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA) Semarang.  Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penjelasan (Explanatory Research) yang berusaha mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 212 mahasiswa dari dari 4 mata kuliah 5 kelas. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan pengujian structural equational modelling (SEM) dan menggunakan pendekatan varians (partial least square), kemudian pengolahan data didukung dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek eksistensi sumber daya manusia didalam organisasi dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan emphaty dosen terhadap mahasiswa. Kemudian untuk meningkatkan kompetensi seorang dosen dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan attractiveness atau metode pembelajaran yang atraktiv ketika melakukan pembelajaran dikelas. Sementara itu responsibility tidak mampu menjelaskan terhadap efek eksistensi mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : Tanggung jawab, atraktif, empati, kompetensi dan efek eksistensi. Abstract. Existancy Effect is the existence of human resources that arise from the effect or something that has been done by an activity. Existancy Effect in this research is the existence of students arising from teaching and learning activities in class. Once the importance of an Existancy Effect as an output of teaching and learning activities, then this research aims to examine the influence of responsibility, attractiveness, empathy, and also competency in influencing the improvement of existency effect toward human resources (students) at Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA) Semarang. The type of this research is an explanatory research that seeks to determine the relationship between research variables. This research was conducted through survey method by distributing questionnaires to 212 students from 4 courses in 5 classes. The research data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and used partial least square. The data processing was supported by SmartPLS application. The results showed that the existence effect of human resources in organizations can be improved through increasing the empathy of lecturers with students, Furthermore, in order to improve the lecturer’s competency, it needs an attractiveness in the learning method. This study aims to explore individual motivations to donate kidney in the context of humanity-oriented marketing. It was aimed to understand the influences of financial incentive and perceived risk in the decision of donating kidney. This study tried to specify the kidney donors into altruistic and unrelated kidney donor type, where previous study tends to generalize the behavior of all kidney sources. This study also tries to test the moderating role of altruism, because kidney donation is an act that’s driven by humanity values. Using non-probability sampling, survey method with online questionnaires, the samples consist of 101 out of 125 obtained data from 545 contacted potential donors in Kidney Donor Indonesia Facebook community. To analyze the data, this study use Structural Equation Modeling with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3 Software. The result indicates that altruism moderates the behavior of kidney donors because the consideration of kidney donor’s in high and low altruism group found to have differences. Health authorities and related institutions that runs the kidney donation program can use the presented findings to create a better strategy in promoting kidney donation and increasing the awareness of potential market in Indonesia. Further, to understood the perception and consideration of kidney donor in donating their organ

Purpose This study aims to identify the key contributing factors of knowledge management (KM) practices with respect to an employee benefit. The research is designed to gain insight into the KM practices of Indian information technology (IT) firms and evaluate its effects on employee perceived benefit (EPB) and employee satisfaction (ES). Design/methodology/approach This study focuses on the cause and effect relationship between the variables. In this research study, a structured questionnaire is administered and accumulated responses from executives, software developers and knowledge managers from five IT firms with the help of google form. The sample size was 339 for this study. Confirmatory factor analysis and partial least square (PLS)-structural equation modeling have been used to analyze the data with the help of SMART-PLS software. Findings The well-fitted model describes the importance of KM practices with respect to increasing employee benefit and satisfaction. The hypothesized model is empirically investigated and it is also supported by the analysis. The KM practices have significant effects on EPBs. Employee benefits have a significant effect on ES. The result shows that the benefits of KM practices are more intended toward the sources of motivation where they can increase their capability with the help of KM practices. Research limitations/implications Benefit leads to the motivation and satisfaction of employees. The work itself can be a highly motivating dimension with the help of proper KM practices. The managers’ prime responsibility is to focus on collaborative work with regularizing the exchange of knowledge, where new knowledge can be created and, do better for the organization. Originality/value This research study offers a new direction of motivation to work. The employee can be highly motivated if he can be benefited from the work itself. This study gives an approach to satisfy the employee with the help of KM practices. Perceived benefit is considered as an essential element for this study.
