The carried out source analysis revealed that during the XIX, XX, and the early XXI centuries there was a gradual accumulation of the source base about the spring calendar of Moldovan Ukrainians. Articles, monographs, folklore collections, archival records, local periodicals, Internet portals, sites, as well as the author’s self-collected field materials are an important source for studying the problem of spring calendar holidays of the Ukrainian population of the Republic and allow them to be considered from a historical retrospective, to trace the connection with the mother Ukrainian culture, interethnic influences and transformations, to conduct a comparative analysis of old and new holidays and rituals, to consider the stages of transformation of their cultural content. The corpus of published and handwritten materials is a valuable source for further ethnological, ethno-linguistic, folklore and cultural studies. It makes possible to trace the originality and territorial and local differences of the Ukrainian ethno-culture on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, to identify the commonality of basic, allUkrainian, as well as distinctive, characteristic exclusively of the Ukrainians in Moldova, elements and features of the spring rituals.

The article presents the result of comparative analysis of the normative regulation of relations in the field of viticulture and winemaking in Ukraine and Moldova. The research is based on comparison of the Law of Ukraine “On Grapes and Grape Wine” and the Law of the Republic of Moldova “On Grapes and Wine”. The Law of the Republic of Moldova “On Grapes and Wine” consists of 9 chapters and 37 articles, including Transitional and Final Provisions. The main part of all articles regulates the legal, economic and social basis of viticulture and winemaking. The Law of Ukraine “On Grapes and Grape Wine” consists of a Preamble, 5 chapters that combine 15 articles, including the Final Provisions. And the legal issues of viticulture and winemaking are regulated disproportionately, because legal regulation of viticulture is covered only in two articles. In Moldova, the legal regulation of viticulture is carried out not only from the prospective of the raw material base for winemaking, as it is in Ukrainian legislation, but also regulates relations in the field of production, processing and sale of grape propagation and planting material, marketable grapes of table and technical varieties. According to the recent changes, wine production is no longer subject to licensing in Moldova, as well as to other restrictions related to advertising, time limits for sale etc. However, this issue remains problematic, since not all laws in Moldova were amended in accordance with the said changes. The Law of Moldova, is already adapted to EU requirements for the protection of geographical indications, while the Law of Ukraine "On Grapes and Grape Wine" still contains such terms as cognacs of Ukraine, champagne of Ukraine, etc. The institutional support of the legal regulation of winemaking in Moldova is noteworthy. The main body in this field is the National Burau of Grapes and Wine based on the public private partnership. The above advantages of legal regulation in the field of viticulture and winemaking should be adopted in Ukrainian legislation.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the Transnistrian conflict of 1990-1992 and the Ukrainian-Russian conflict in 2014-2018. The similarities and differences between the two conflicts are analyzed. It is proved that the scenario under which events in the Donbas are developing is very similar to the events in Transnistria in 1990-1992, in particular, through the use of linguistic issues for the emergence of confrontation, the provision of military and political support, including through the involvement of irregular formations , direct intervention of armed units of the regular Russian army in war. Particular attention is paid to the methods of information warfare against Moldova in the early 90's. The similarity of these methods with those used by Russia in the information war against Ukraine is shown, in particular: 1) dehumanization of the enemy, dissemination of information about its cruelty and inhumanity; 2) manipulation of historical facts; 3) representation of the struggle against separatism as the aggression of one state against the other; 4) appeal. to the events of the Second World War; 5) the statement that foreign troops are fighting on the side of government forces; 6) attempts to present separatist movements as "popular". The conclusions state that the Transnistrian conflict of 1990-1992, as well as the occupation of Crimea and the conflict in the East of Ukraine in 2014-2018, are part of Russia's overall strategy to preserve the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine in its sphere of influence. The ultimate goal of this strategy is the reintegration of separatist enclaves under conditions favorable to Russia, namely: the ability to influence foreign policy, change foreign policy priorities (rejection of the course on European and Euro-Atlantic integration), preservation of dependence on supplies of Russian energy carriers. Key words: Ukraine, Republic of Moldova, Transnistria, Transnistria conflict, Ukrainian-Russian conflict, Donbass

The comparative approach to the evolution of the number of employees at the end of the year is aimed at illustrating the situation of the existing labour market in Bacau County of Romania and the Central Region of the Republic of Moldova over a period of 6 years (2011-2016). The dynamic analysis, with the latest available data of the above mentioned indicator, refers not only to the situation of each territorial unit (Bacau County or the Central Region), but also to a comparative analysis of the situation recorded in each of the two countries, Romania and the Republic of Moldova. In order to identify the existing gaps, data on the number of employees are analysed by gender and forms of ownership. In order to quantify the situation in the two territorial units for statistics regarding the labour market, a rather small number of indicators were taken into account due to lack of their dissemination on the desired administrative-territorial units.
