This article aims to examine the power of local wisdom in education. Local knowledge will only last if local learning is applied concretely in everyday life. Efforts to represent the concept of education are not merely normative; only stated and explained, but attempted performative form. For example, local wisdom in education policies by the State is implementing character education policies based on local knowledge, culture, and culture. This research is library research by making library materials the primary data source. The research data were obtained from several pieces of literature related to the general description of education in Indonesia, educational problems and character education strategies. The research data were analysed using descriptive-analytical techniques with an inductive mindset. Implementing efforts to conserve various elements of local wisdom, traditions and local institutions, including norms, customs and culture, can function effectively in education. The goals of education are based on local strengths and characteristics that can advocate for disparities and social-cultural discrimination in society and contribute to better cultural education.

This study aims to explore the value of character and philosophy of life of the founder of Muhammadiyah (KH. Ahmad Dahlan). The research method used is library research. The primary data source is the philosophy of the teachings of KH. Ahmad Dahlan, and the secondary sources are other books that are relevant and relevant to the research. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Content analysis method. The author's findings relate to the question that KH. Ahmad Dahlan bequeathed seven philosophies and his messages, in which teaches to be a visionary human being able to think ahead that is to be happy in the world and the hereafter. Character Value is exemplified by him, namely the value of religious character, honesty, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, valuing achievement, friendly or communicative, peace-loving, fond of reading social care and responsibility. The character education of KH. Ahmad Dahlan can support government character education so that it becomes an active character education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali nilai karakter dan falsafah hidup pendiri Muhammadiyah (KH. Ahmad Dahlan). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data primer adalah falsafah ajaran KH. Ahmad Dahlan, sumber sekundernya adalah buku-buku lain yang bersangkutan dan relevan dengan penelitian. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode content analysis. Temuan penulis berkaitan dengan pertanyaan yang ada bahwa KH. Ahmad Dahlan mewariskan tujuh falsafah dan pesan-pesan beliau, yang di dalamnya mengajarkan supaya menjadi manusia yang visioner mampu untuk berfikir kedepan yaitu supaya dapat bahagia dunia dan akherat. Nilai Karakter yang dicontohkan oleh beliau yakni nilai karakter religius, jujur, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat atau komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli sosial, dan tanggungjawab. Adapun pendidikan karakter KH. Ahmad Dahlan dapat mendukung pendidikan karakter pemerintah sehingga menjadi pendidikan karakter yang efektif.

Objectives in this study to describe the concept of character education in the movie Super 30. The research, which is a library research using the primary data source of the film Super 30 Vikas Bahl in 2019. Thus the method of data collection is documentation research Methode, while the analysis of data using content analyze from the contents of the film, then poured in a qualitative descriptive consisting of three activities, namely data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion retrieval as well as data verification. The results of this study pointed out that (1) the concept of character education developed in the film Super 3 applies the value of modesty, responsibility, discipline, compassion, friendship, independence, hard work, and cooperation; and (2) methods used include methods of advice, habituation, and Solicit.

This study aims to reveal the values of character education described in the verses of the Alquran, especially in animal verses (fauna), namely: bees, crows, and lions. The research method uses the Content Analysis method, with the type of library research. The primary data source is the Tafsir Alquran, the fauna verses and the primary source is the support. The results of his research then as for the values of animal character education in the Alquran, namely: 1) bees have the value of character education a) hard work, b) willing and willing to sacrifice, c) discipline, d) obedient and obedient, e ) trustworthy and responsible, f) independent, g) not looking for position, h) respecting the leader, i) beneficial to other creatures, j) maintaining cleanliness. 2) crows, a) intelligence, b) cooperation, c) faith, d) Islamic educational values. 3) Lions, a) courage, b) affection, c) sincerity, d) patience and e) cooperation. While the relevance of character to education are: a) Understanding of character helps formulate educational goals, b) Understanding of character helps formulate the characteristics and content of the curriculum, c) Understanding of character will help formulate the characteristics of professional teachers, d) Understanding of character will help formulate the code school ethics and discipline, e) Understanding of character can help formulate effective methods and approaches in the learning process, f) Understanding of character can create a conducive educational environment.

<p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>

<p><em>Abstrak </em><strong>- </strong><strong>Aguk Irawan adalah salah satu sastrawan yang menggunakan sastra novel sebagai media dakwahnya. Penanaman pesan-pesan moral-spiritual penulis kepada pembaca melalui tokoh yang dihidupkan di dalamnya. Peneliti tertarik dengan salah satu karya beliau untuk diteliti yang kemudian terangkum dengan judul, “Maqamat Tokoh Midah dalam Novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em> Karya Aguk Irawan”. Novel yang terinspirasi dari kisah nyata ini menggambarkan tentang pengembaraan jiwa seorang perempuan dalam menemukan Tuhannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode <em>library research</em> atau penelitian kepustakaan. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer yaitu novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em>, sedangkan sumber data sekundernya adalah beberapa karya Aguk Irawan yang lain dan juga sumber referensi yang terkait dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah peneliti lakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em> merupakan novel yang mengandung ajaran tasawuf. Aguk Irawan menyampaikan ajaran tasawufnya melalui tokoh Midah Hamidah yang terangkum dalam laku kehidupannya sehari - hari. Peneliti menemukan beberapa maqamat yang tergambar dari tokoh Midah Hamidah, diantaranya adalah: taubat, zuhud, sabar, syukur, dan ridha. Novel karya Aguk Irawan ini sangat berguna untuk digunakan sebagai media dakwah di kalangan remaja maupun masyarakat pada umumnya.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract -</em><strong> </strong><strong>Aguk Irawan is one of the writers who used novel literature as his propaganda media. Planting the writer's moral-spiritual messages to the reader through the characters who are turned on in them. Researchers are interested in one of his works for research which is then summarized with the title, "<em>Maqamat Tokoh Midah dalam Novel Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW Karya Aguk Irawan</em>”. This novel, inspired by a true story, depicts the wandering of a woman's soul in finding her God. This research uses library research or library research. The source of the data used is the primary data source, namely the Mecca novel: Memoirs of Luka of a TKW, while the secondary data source is some of Aguk Irawan's other works and also a reference source related to research. Based on the results of the analysis that researchers have done, it can be concluded that the novel <em>Mecca: Memoirs of Luka of a TKW</em> is a novel that contains the teachings of Sufism. Aguk Irawan conveyed his Sufism teachings through the figure of Midah Hamidah summarized in his daily life. Researchers found several maqamat drawn from the Midah Hamidah figures, including repentance, zuhud, patience, gratitude, and pleasure. This novel by Aguk Irawan is very useful to be used as a media for da'wah among teenagers and the general public.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords -</em></strong><em> Literary works, Novels, Maqamat, Spirituality, Hermeneutics</em></p><p> </p>

<p><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong><em> </em><em>The phenomenon of fraud occurring in the management of educational funds became one of the ideas of the emergence of this study, in particular linked to university funds</em><em>. </em><em>The purpose of this research is</em><em> to describe fraudulent actions that can occur in student organizations. This research is also conducted to see the potential of whistleblowing for fraud prevention and whistleblowing model that can be applied to student organizations. This is a research in the form of descriptive qualitative which exposure of real conditions that occur in the object of research</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>This research data is in the form of primary data obtained from interviews with members of Student Affairs Faculty of Economics and Business Faculty of </em><em>“X”</em><em> University and with field observation. Analytical techniques used through three concurrent activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate the fraudulent actions that can occur in student organizations related to the misuse of assets and manipulation of reports made by student organizations. There is a potential whistleblowing in student organizations that can serve as a prevention of fraudulent acts and whistleblowing models that can be applied to student organizations is anonymous where the identity of whistleblowers is not disclosed</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em> : </em><em>fraudulent</em><em>, fraud prevention, student organizations, whistleblowing potential,  </em></p><p><em>                 whistleblowing models</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK:</strong> Fenomena kecurangan yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan menjadi salah satu ide munculnya penelitian ini, khususnya dikaitkan dengan dana universitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mendeskripsikan tindakan – tindakan kecurangan yang dapat terjadi dalam organisasi mahasiswa serta melihat potensi <em>whistleblowing </em>sebagai sarana pencegahan kecurangan, serta model <em>whistleblowing </em>yang dapat diterapkan pada organisasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif yang berupa pemaparan kondisi nyata yang terjadi di objek penelitian. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan anggota Lembaga Kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas X, ditambah dengan hasil observasi lapangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui tiga alur kegiatan yang dilakukan bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tindakan-tindakan kecurangan dalam pengelolaan dana kemahasiswaan yang terjadi di organisasi mahasiswa. Kecurangan ini tergolong dalam penyalahgunaan aset dan manipulasi laporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh organisasi mahasiswa. Selain itu, terdapat potensi terjadinya <em>whistleblowing </em>di organisasi mahasiswa yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana pencegahan tindakan kecurangan, karena pada dasarnya kecurangan akan menyebabkan kerugian organisasi. Model <em>whistleblowing </em>yang dapat diterapkan pada organisasi mahasiswa adalah <em>anonymous</em>, model ini merupakan bentuk <em>whistleblowing</em> yang tidak mengungkapkan identitas dari pelapor atau <em>whistleblower</em>.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: model <em>whistleblowing</em>, organisasi mahasiswa, potensi <em>whistleblowing, </em>pencegahan kecurangan, tindakan kecurangan</p><pre> </pre>

Islamic civilization had ever got a doctor on the medical fields known as Rhazes to the West, he was labelled as “al-mulḥid” due to his controversial thoughts on prophetic concept. The doctor was born in Al-Rayy on 250 H/ 864 AD, he as the writer of “al-Ḥāwī Fī al-Ṭibb” did not feel content of the treatment on human disease that was relying on techniques or certain methods of treatment alone, yet it was to reach the senses of adequacy. He believed that medication treatments required morals in which a doctor should attentively mind a patient. Therefore Al-Rāzī decided to do such a noble thing by composing a conscientious book entitled “Akhlāq al-Ṭabīb” as a treatise to his students. This study was conducted through a qualitative research that applied the methods of library research. The object of this study is al-Rāzī’s thoughts about the moral concept of doctors based on his work entitled “Akhlāq al-Ṭabīb” and this work is used as the primary data source along referrals of other works about al-Rāzī which will be analysed using the paradigm of Amin Abdullah, namely integration-interconnection. This study aims to briefly dissect apropos the primal foundation of al-Rāzī's thought which produced the moral concept of doctors in an era that still was arrantly early long before the existence of medical ethics as it is in the current era. Furthermore, this study intends to appeal Abū Bakr al-Rāzī's view on physician morals and how should a doctor provide thoughtful ministration of the patient. This study reveals that within the essences of al-Rāzī himself had the theocentric paradigm and the anthropocentric paradigm then those were accumulated at once; ergo the epistemological roots of al-Rāzī's thought lead to religion, science (medical sciences) and philosophy. Through a good elaboration of science, philosophy, and religion, in the concept of tawakkal and good character (akhlāq) towards poor people who suffered from diseases, al-Rāzī had laid some -which were not applied to the whole- the moral basics of doctors far ahead of existing legal and legal norms in the current era which can be explored in his book.   ABSTRAK Peradaban Islam telah menyaksikan hadirnya seorang doktor dalam bidang perubatan yang dikenali hatta ke dunia Barat sebagai Rhazes. Dia dilabel sebagai "al-mulḥid" disebabkan kontroversi pemikirannya tentang konsep kenabian. Doktor tersebut lahir di Al-Rayy pada 250 H / 864 M. Sebagai penulis "al-Ḥāwī Fī al-Ṭibb", dia tidak berpuas hati dengan perawatan penyakit manusia yang hanya menggunakan teknik atau kaedah perawatan tertentu sahaja. Baginya ia juga harus berkaitan dengan akhlak. Al-Rāzī meyakini bahawa dalam memberikan khidmat rawatan, doktor memerlukan kepada moral di mana doktor harus memberikan sepenuh perhatian kepada pesakit. Hal ini membawa kepada penyusunan sebuah buku yang berjudul "Akhlāq al-Ṭabīb" sebagai risalah bagi para pelajarnya, satu keputusan dan tindakan mulia oleh al-Rāzī. Kajian ini dilakukan melalui kajian kualitatif dengan menerapkan kaedah kajian perpustakaan. Objektif kajian ini adalah pemikiran al-Rāzī tentang konsep moral doktor berdasarkan karyanya yang berjudul "Akhlāq al-Ṭabīb" dan karya ini sebagai sumber data primer, di samping rujukan karya-karya lain tentang al-Rāzī, dan akan dianalisa menggunakan paradigma Amin Abdullah, iaitu integrasi-interkoneksi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membezakan secara ringkas landasan pemikiran al-Rāzī yang menemukan konsep moral doktor di era terdahulu, jauh sebelum adanya etika perubatan seperti pada zaman ini. Seterusnya, kajian ini juga bertujuan untuk menyingkap pandangan Abū Bakar al-Rāzī tentang moral seorang doktor dan bagaimana seseorang doktor harus memberikan layanan sepenuh perhatian terhadap pesakit. Kajian ini menemukan bahawa di dalam intipati al-Rāzī terhimpun paradigma-paradigma teosentris serta paradigma antroposentris; akar epistemologi pemikiran al-Rāzī bermuara pada agama, ilmu (ilmu perubatan) dan falsafah. Melalui penjabaran yang baik dari sains, falsafah, dan agama, dalam konsep tawakkal dan peribadi yang baik (akhlāq) terhadap orang-orang miskin yang mengidap penyakit, al-Rāzī telah meletakkan beberapa -di mana tidak diterapkan pada keseluruhan - dasar-dasar moral doktor jauh lebih awal dari aturan dan norma hukum yang ada pada era kini, di mana hal itu dapat dieksplorasi dalam bukunya.

The Qur'an, apart from being a basic guideline in religion, has long been a primary data source in various studies and studies because of the richness of scientific concepts contained in it. Istifhâm as one of the various sentences used as a medium of interaction in the Al-Qur'an. In this study, the researcher discusses the istifhâm in the 20th Al-Qur'an juz. This research is a qualitative research with a research library research design. The purpose of this study was to describe the types and functions of the interrogative words (istifhâm) contained in Al-Qur'an juz 20. The data was collected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were data cards and recapitulation sheets. The data analysis technique used the content analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the researchers found 32 data in the form of adawatul istifhâm, including hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, and ayyana consisting of 26 istifhâm majazi and 8 istifhâm haqiqi data which are divided into 9 functions and istifhâm goals.   Al Qur’an selain sebagai pedoman pokok dalam beragama sejak dahulu telah menjadi sumber data primer dalam berbagai penelitian dan studi karena kekayaan konsep keilmuan yang ada di dalamnya. Istifhâm sebagai salah satu ragam kalimat yang digunakan sebagai media interaksi dalam Al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas istifhâm pada Al-Qur’an juz ke 20. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian library research. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis dan fungsi kata tanya (istifhâm) yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an juz 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling pertimbangan (purposive sampling). Instrumen penelitian berupa kartu data dan lembar rekapitulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menemukan 32 data yang berupa adawatul istifhâm antara lain hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, dan ayyana yang terdiri atas 26 istifhâm majazi dan 8 data istifhâm haqiqi yang dibedakan menjadi 9 fungsi dan tujuan istifhâm.

AbstractThis study aims at explaining the symbols used in the novel and describing the values of optimistic of life reflected in the symbols used in Coelho’s The Alchemist. This research is classified as a descriptive qualitative method. The primary data source of this study is the novel The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. The collecting data process is a note-taking technique. This study is also categorized as library research. Based on the findings and discussion, the researcher draws the conclusion such follows. First, there are six elements or values which characterize someone as the one who has an optimistic view of life and these ones are reflected as the symbols used in this novel. They are the values of hope, faith, power, struggle, positive-thinking, and respect. Second, that there are twelve symbols used in The Alchemist, those symbols are divided into three groups which consist of four symbols of characters, two symbols of events or concepts and six symbols of things. The result of the study shows that the twelve symbols in The Alchemist are how the author addresses Optimistic through a story of self-quest of the author. According to the whole finding, the symbols lead the readers to understand the message of Paulo Coelho that everybody can find their happiness in themselves.  Keywords: Concept of optimistic of life, Symbol, Self-quest. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan simbol-simbol yang digunakan dalam novel dan menggambarkan nilai-nilai optimistis kehidupan yang tercermin dalam simbol-simbol yang digunakan dalam Coelho's The Alchemist. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sebagai metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer dari penelitian ini adalah novel The Alchemist karya Paulo Coelho. Proses pengumpulan data adalah teknik mencatat. Penelitian ini juga termasuk penelitian kepustakaan. Berdasarkan temuan dan diskusi, peneliti menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, ada enam elemen atau nilai-nilai yang mencirikan seseorang sebagai orang yang memiliki pandangan hidup yang optimis dan yang tercermin sebagai simbol yang digunakan dalam novel ini. Mereka adalah nilai-nilai harapan, iman, kekuatan, perjuangan, pemikiran positif, dan rasa hormat. Kedua, bahwa ada dua belas simbol yang digunakan dalam The Alchemist, simbol-simbol itu dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok yang terdiri dari empat simbol karakter, dua simbol peristiwa atau konsep dan enam simbol benda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua belas simbol dalam The Alchemist adalah bagaimana penulis membahas Optimistic melalui kisah pencarian diri penulis. Menurut seluruh temuan itu, simbol-simbol itu mengarahkan para pembaca untuk memahami pesan Paulo Coelho bahwa setiap orang dapat menemukan kebahagiaan mereka dalam diri mereka sendiri. Kata kunci: Konsep optimistis kehidupan, Simbol, Self-quest.

The purpose of this research is 1) the value of tawheed in education according to Muhammad Abduh; 2) the value of tawheed in education according to Rasyid Ridha; 3) the equation and difference in the value of monotheism in Islamic education according to Muhammad Abduh and Rasyid Ridha. The research method used is library research research (library research). The primary data source in this study is the Book of Tafsir al Manar by explaining the thought of learning Tawheed from two influential figures, while the secondary data in this study are books, journals, papers, articles or other sources that do not discuss directly but still have something to do with this research. The findings of this study, according to the two figures, that thinking rationally in achieving a misfortune must be adjusted to the current situation so that new interpretations by opening the door of ijtihad, instilling noble morals, clean souls, accompanied by high education can make faith stronger, form The mindset of a child who gives birth to positive behavior while at the same time realizing a pious person who will achieve happiness in the afterlife, this will form a person who has a balanced mental structure that not only emphasizes the development of reason but also spiritual development so that signs of the greatness and oneness of God materialized and integrated.
